Our mailbox was cleared out, there were no notifications, and none of our "returned mail" made it back to any of the places that it was supposedly returned to.
It looks as if they threw out our mail.

Christina is the front desk bully and is an interloper in my state and my town. She also claims to have worked there 17+ years but performs as if she's only been there a week at most. She also claims to be a Christian while bulling people from behind a Federal counter.
My husband was down with COVID and I was required to isolate. They do not answer their phone.
We have lived here for over 3 years and I was continuing to pick up our mail once per week because I could not get ahold of them via phone.
When my husband was better and we were both cleared to go out, we stopped by the post office and found NOTHING, zero, zip, in our box.
No apologies, no attempts to call, no notices of taking our mail or closing our box.
The red-head lady came out and was smiling through the entire conversation, saying she put the renewal form in there, when I've never seen her smile once.
The renewal form is only that. A renewal form. It says nothing about your mailbox being closed or date of closure, or notification of mail that had been held. She told us that she, "just returned the mail yesterday."
As usual, Christina was unprofessional and after saying she has no idea about what happens in the back, stood there watching and listening to us while customers waited. Then when my husband and I pointed out that it's a small town, they have our phone number, why didn't they call? She said, "There's too many closures per month to call."
Christina then yelled from the other end of the counter, "Isn't it something like 200 box closures a month..."
Luckily, all of are bills our paid online and our income is through direct deposit. read more
