Roadrunner Print Company absolutely went above and beyond for us on a very last-minute, time-sensitive printing job, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! What a wonderful company! Everyone involved, from the owner on down, was exemplary. They were incredibly responsive from the very beginning, immediately understanding our tight timeline, budget, and the complexity of this large, custom job. The owner personally jumped in to help make it happen and made sure we had everything we needed to complete the project on time -- and beautifully. Kammie was wonderful from the get-go, and Dan went **ABOVE AND BEYOND** to make sure our workbooks were delivered and in our hands on time, with absolutely no delay. His attention to detail and commitment to getting everything across the finish line made such a difference. The attendees **RAVED** about how amazing the workbooks looked, and my clients were absolutely thrilled. Seeing the finished product come together so beautifully, especially under such a tight deadline, was incredibly rewarding. Having a team that genuinely cares makes all the difference. They took incredible care of us from start to finish, and we are so grateful. **If you need a printer you can count on--especially when the timeline is tight--look no further than Roadrunner Print Company. Highly, highly recommend!** read more

My private mailbox! Simple needs. They are always friendly. Owner certainly cares. I like that. Good pricing too.

Dan and Liam are awesome. We had very important land records copied and they did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend. read more

Huge mixup on my contract documents. Instead received local business worksheets! I was very disappointed as I have enjoyed using this business for over 15 years in past. read more

They are always friendly, the work done when promised and it's good quality. Friday I got caught in Coachellafest traffic and arrived two minutes before closing. They took the time to go over everything to insure the order was right, They could have just taken my payment and started their weekend instead I received the same great service as always. read more

Huge THANKS to LIAM, who is a perfect example of a well-trained, customer-focused employee. He's knowledgeable, upbeat, eager to help. He made sending a priority envelope quick and easy, and he's a pleasure talking to him. Road Runner is lucky to have LIAM. Great place to do business with locally. read more

They are so helpful and friendly and professional here. I will always come here for any shipping needs. Great service.

Had exact change to ship a package - $33.81. The clerk added 4 cents and told us that they round up as the penny is no longer made. We explained that we had exact change. Clerk said we needed to pay 33.85 or his drawer would be off. So we just got penalized for using cash. I am trying to make sense of this business model. Is it worth losing a customer over 4 cents? read more

I adore the entire staff. Liam goes above expectations and Ben does things effortlessly! Really everyone is great. I know every time my prints are going to be great and they are going to help:) read more

They were great. Yhe quality the service the price everything was amazing. They did a wonderful job.

Would give two and a half stars if I could. So rounding up on this one. Always willing to support our community businesses...so when we needed to receive a fax out and about they were at the top of the list. Unfortunately, they do not tell you they have $5 minimum for using a card to pay. We got the fax number off of their answering machine which would have been a great place to let people know their payment policies. They also charge full price for a cover sheet which seems ridiculous and might lead to a breach of privacy. This was an eyeglass prescription which couldn't be emailed. Anyway, the employee behind the counter's solution was to charge me double to meet the minimum. Kidding not kidding? ‍ Definitely wasn't the owners as the employee I was interacting with was very nervous almost afraid to bring up the issue of a card minimum and was looking over his shoulder at the other workers during our interaction. I offered to go to Von's and get cash back as I wasn't about to overpay when I was literally at FedEx and Staples but wanted to support a small business that came highly recommended by a close friend. Maybe they should sell soft drinks or small tchotchke items to meet their rigid requirements or just charge a fee like a gas station or bargain market. Love the disco ball boys but your tight payment policy especially when it's crazy hot outside turns off future customers and is a vibe killer. Hopefully your employee didn't get in trouble for whatever he did to solve my problem. I would have bought some See's candy but it was hot outside and I wasn't going home anytime soon. I'll stick with the chains for stuff like this in the future, and recommend others do as well. read more

The ladies at this place are always so wonderful and so helpful. love gettin my printing done here, and highly recommend it.

Just had a great experience working with the staff at Roadrunner on East Palm Canyon Road. I had photos enlarged and cropped by hand to fit into a frame for a 50th Wedding Anniversary. It required a bit of arts and crafts which they did for me without charging for it. Highly recommend this store for the friendly staff and the personal customer service. read more

Eric did a superb job for me today! I have a last minute speech to give in NYC in a couple of days and was on a major time crunch to get my bullet points and photos downloaded to a thumb drive. Eric was masterful at getting the job done! Thanks, Road Runner Print & Ship! read more

Needed to have a few color printed items and a few documents laminated. Quick, friendly, and kind service. Was probably pricey, but I also have no clue what the going rate is for the service so it's probably compatible and I'm clueless. Would absolutely return for future printing needs to continue support small business. read more

You can expect great work by Roadrunner and with a simple, easy-to-understand process. I only had a very small order of business cards, but I felt heard in my design and the final product. They have it down to a science, you can choose to either design your stuff online, or if you go in person they can help you out, or even give thoughts/direction over email. Very happy with how my little order came out! Thanks! read more

If you have packages to return that you have prepared with a prepaid label, this is the place to take them. The services are defined on the windows and it is only a few steps from your car. Parking is easy and plentiful. Jessica J. was my helper today. She was friendly and efficient. She knew what to do and quickly printed out my tracking number and was finished in mere minutes. But best of all was her extra service in offering to carry in my packages. I walk with a cane and while I could have brought them in on my walker, her help carrying them in for me was very much appreciated. I will be back when I need any of their other services. read more

Always friendly and ready to help. They always help me finds the most reasonable way to mail packages.

As the year comes to an end, we have worked with Bob & Ben for multiple years and this year again was fantastic. They as we (an advertising & marketing agency) have processes and deadlines and they go above and beyond to work with us and their team. The quality of print is 100% perfect. What more can you say but there is a reason why they were voted #1 in the Coachella Valley this year. read more

Fast, friendly, efficient and resourceful are but a few of the adjectives I would use to describe this company and its staff. I recently needed to print a lengthy set of documents from an email, notarize and FEDEx them. The Roadrunner crew had the documents printed, notarized and mailed in no time and with a minimum of fuss. I must also add their prices were exceedingly competitive. Service was top notch. Kudos! read more

I was completely satisfied with the product and service I received from Ben & Bob at Roadrunner. It's probably a rare print job that does not involve a glitch or two, as did mine, but it was a bit of an oddball product. The folks at Roadrunner handled that quickly and politely and the end result was perfect. Any car handles well on a smoothly paved road. A good car handles well on a bumpy road. Roadrunner is a "great car." Highly recommended. read more

Stopped in for a the first time to send a graduation gift. Service was beyond nice (and helpful!), definitely interested in helping me make the best choice and not necessarily the most expensive shipping choice. I really wanted to support a gay owned business and this was an epic fail. I personally drove to the location to give them a sample of what I wanted. That visit was great and I expected an answer to my question which was how much would it cost to make these. Three weeks go by and I have heard nothing from them so I write an email sharing my disappointment and express my desire to still get the quote and work with them. I get an email from Bob telling me how sorry he is and that the automated system must have sent the email to the spam folder. I check the spam folder and there is no email from Roadrunner. I thought he would have answered the one and only question I had of how much would it cost to make the receipt envelopes I gave him as a sample in the email but he still does not. I really have a hard time supporting a business that wants me to do all the work. He had all the tools he needed to discuss the quote yet he never did. I will end this review with saying that I never got the quote I ask for. I was hoping to build a lasting business relationship with Roadrunner Print and Ship but when they don't participate it leaves me with no other option than to give my business to Postal Palm Springs and Canyon print. read more

I always dread going to the post office or UPS office - usually because of the bad long lines, grumpy employees, or lack of options to help my with service needs. That all changed with Roadrunner Print and Ship. Bob is such an amazing business person - very personable and professional at the same time. I needed to mail some very delicate artwork to a client of mine and Bob understood the assignment and absolutely delivered. He had the exact box I needed as well as wrapping paper and bubble wrap needed. I was also extremely impressed by his pricing structure for printing and mailing needs. Since then, I have moved my entire printing and shipping business to Roadrunner. They are able to help me deliver my post cards and business mailings on time and under my usual budget. They are simply the best. 13/10 would recommend. read more
