We always use this location for mailing packages. Today we went in with a box to mail to Wyoming and there was extra space in the box. They pushed the content down, cut the box down to meet the content and taped it up for shipping. This extra process they did saved us money in shipping costs because everything now is costed off of the size of the box. What an excellent service!! I can not express how wonderful La Quinta Mail is. It was a lifesaver for me and I am so thankful. I had a large item that required special care packaging with glass. When I went into La Quinta Mail I met the very kind and attentive Nayan and expressed my concern of shipping this item to North Carolina. He assured me that it could be done and he would gladly take care of it. He did so by packing these items in double custom made boxes that he made in front of me and packaged that safely and secured the glass. It was amazing and so detailed. He gave me a very sweet deal on the bubble wrap and boxing and I so appreciated that since we all know the outrageous prices shipping can be. I waited to post my review because I wanted to wait to hear what my customer had to say when he received the package, he too said he had never seen anything like it and he was very grateful of the extra care that was taken to secure a safe delivery. Had mailbox service here for over 5 years (only stopped because we moved). Super efficient at getting me my mail - much more dependable and lower stress than postal street delivery. Easy to use for internet purchases (and Many returns with nothing but a happy "how are you?" from Nayan every time I brought stuff in to be sent back). Tons of onsite supplies - and next store to Vons and Cleaners for one stop shopping. Notary. Better key service (we are real estate agents) than Home Depot or Lowes - the keys actually worked on the first try! HIGHLY recommend. read more

I have never experienced anything like this. I overnighted a package via FedEx at this location. It was delivered to completely incorrect address. The man I shipped the package with called the next morning and said 'the driver doesn't know what to do with your package.' Which was a disturbing message to receive. I called the number he gave me and it was not FedEx, but the gentleman who received my package. He told me he would give it back to the driver to take to the right address. Five hours later, it had still not arrived at the correct address (which was only a few miles down the road). At this point I called FedEx - again - to check on the status. They said they could send a driver back to pick it up at the wrong location. I told FedEx the package was no longer at the wrong address, but back with the driver. They said there is no way for them to contact the driver and I would have to wait for him to get back to the station. Someone would call me when the driver returned to the station. 11pm...no call. 7am the NEXT day (that's now two days since I shipped the package)...The package still did not arrive and I still did not receive a phone call. I called FedEx again. They somehow discovered a new tracking number and said my package wasn't shipping until yesterday. When I spoke to La Quinta Mailboxes, the response was incredibly odd. I kept asking how this happened, and was told the address was invalid and 'when I typed it in, my computer automatically changed the address.' I have no idea how that happens. I FedEx things to this same address on a monthly basis and have never experienced such issues. I do not blame FedEx in the slightest. This was entirely the fault of LQ Mailboxes and their incompetency using a computer system. My package has yet to arrive and it is now too late. The event the package was for is here and my associate has no collateral for the event. Beware the 'People Love Us On Yelp' sticker on the door to the LQ Mailbox store. It's a joke. read more

We've used La Quinta Mail for many years when we come to Indian Wells for tennis. Whether we are shipping something or needing to pick mail/packages up, Nayan and his staff are always accommodating.
