Came in to get something notarized in Oct 2025, also had that same document faxed from their store location that same day and the cost was approximately $80. The organization i submitted the document to never received it, I had to again fax on my own. The the form was rejected because the notary, Isaac Antonio Cross, put the wrong date. Whatever mistakes happen. I came back in today to redo the whole the process and he put the wrong year on the form. I now have to resubmit the form. While Antonio is not supposed to check the accuracy of the document. He is responsible for accurate dates and the signature. As a customer service representative representing UPS, he is also required to be kind to customers especially when making repeated errors on legal documents that he is licensed to check. There was only one worker in this store this morning and a line of about 15-20 people in line. He was doing a great job and seemed calm and composed, so this wasn't his fault. He just needed help. The nearby FedEx store ALWAYS has at least 2 workers and there is never a long line or wait. The store was clean and when it was my turn he did a great job. I just can't believe they only had one worker in the whole place. The need to schedule more workers so they can get better reviews and serve their customers better! read more

Went in Yesterday 03-17-26 in the afternoon and the the line was around the inside of the store a dozen deep, there was one clerk working on a large order a second also working with a client and a third working on the computer / register. We waited about 10. minutes or more as more people lined up till both orders were completed, several people walked out and the two clerks finally took other customers. The third person should have at least helped a little it would have helped a lot. Amazon returns are the cuplerate but servicing those customers are important too. i would not go back to the ups store for anything else but an amazon return do to this terrible service. read more

Every time I come to this location it's like begging her to do her job that she APPLIED for . today I went in for a live scan keep in mind I asked before if they had time to do them still they said yes. My turn in line she made the most ugly sigh saying oh no we don't have time anymore look at the line. Maybe they can put a sign that says we don't take no one in after 3 ? Instead of saying yes to doing something and then it's your turn and turning you away. I go in at least every two weeks and it's a constant issue with her. Never been treated so rudely in my life. I made an appt to take my 86 year old mother in to get some documents notarized. When we got there the line was out the door. I went inside and told one of the people that I had an appointment for a notary. He went in the back and came out and said the person who did the notary wasn't available yet but would come out when he was. So, we stood there for 15 minutes and then the notary person comes out and tells us that we need to go get in the line.. which is still out the door. I explained that I made an appointment and that it was for 15 minutes ago.. he said that didn't matter. I asked what was the point of making the appointment if I was just going to wait in the line.. he said it didn't matter that was their process and we could go get in line or go elsewhere.. which we did.. my mother was in tears. Poor service. I called the store to let them know I was most likely going to arrive just before they close to drop off a package. Mind you I have label and everything I just needed to hand it off. I'm driving a 30min drive and told them my GPS says I'll arrive 2 min before. (On the phone he was very expressive that if I arrive by 6 I will be fine ) I come and the door was already locked with 2 employees standing their saying there closed i look at my phone..it just turned 6pm. They sounded very irritated. I work with people for a living & thought what a poor attitude. Extremely rude staff here and It seems they don't have a clear policy on Amazon returns. I came here last week to drop off my returns with only a QR code and no shipping box without a problem. 5 days later I come in to drop off more returns and was told I have to purchase a box to ship them in. Everything was in its original manufacturing box so it made no sense. The guy that assisted me seemed annoyed and clearly did not want my service. I use UPS often to ship products for my business but I will gladly drive the extra mile to another location. read more

This is by far the best experience I have had at a UPS store. This store is a little out of the way from my home but I happen to be near here so I went to get my packages sent to my mom in New York. The staff was so courteous and helpful. From now on, I will always come here for all my shipping needs. Routinely insane long lines and terrible service. However, my experience today topped all of my previous irritating experiences. I waited in line for about 20 minutes to return a router to Frontier. (As a side note, the woman standing in line behind me said that last week the line went all around the building). After mailing the package and getting the tracking and receipt, I returned home. I called Frontier with the tracking number and receipt given to me by the cashier at the UPS Store. The tracking number on the receipt could not be traced. So, I called the UPS store at the number listed online and asked to speak (?) to a dopey AI person. I kept asking for a real person, but, typical AI wont let you proceed. I finally get through to some UPS outsourced overseas person who I can barely understand...and she confirms that the receipt has a tracking number that is wrong. DUH!!!! She tells me that I have to go BACK to the UPS store with my receipt. Looking forward to standing in line for another 20 minutes to resolve their mistake. read more

They help me set up a P.O. Box and a great price which I thought was a great value for my money. And they even gave me a good price for shredding my documents. If I could, I would give 0 stars. I've been a customer at this location since it opened. It used to be the best place on this side of the valley for shipping. Today, there was a consistent line of at least 5 customers. One man was helping off to the side, looked like Amazon returns. There was one woman at a register that was doing her best to seem very busy. She repeatedly looked at the line, flipped her hair, checked her phone, peeled a label, moved a box. Zero pep to her step and clearly no desire to provide customer service. Another man finally emerged from the back and helped one customer, and then immediately disappeared again. I was laughing to myself while remembering the super awesome lady that used to be the manager there. She kept everything running so smoothly. And Christina was always efficient. As was everyone who worked there. None of those people work there anymore, sadly. I don't know if they have a new owner, or if it's simply a managerial change, but that place is absolutely terrible. The reviews are terrible. I will be looking for another UPS store immediately. And I realize that it doesn't matter that I'm not going to this store anymore, but UPS should take note of how terribly this store is being run. Lots of room for improvement! read more

Called to ask about notary services and specifically asked if I had to make an appointment and their response was no. I asked if I could come at anytime and they said "yes". Arrive 30 mins later to the store and "the notary is done at 3". I returned rugs that I purchased from Amazon which is free returns. They charged me 94.58 to have them box it. Now mind you the huge rug was not shipped by Amazon in a box and the two other rugs I had the box for them. The girl was rude wouldn't help with the the Amazon app to pull up the information I told her twice that I don't know how to do this and when I said it the third time in a louder voice she helped me. When I asked why would I have to pay she said it's their policy I said I don't see it posted any where she said it's our policy! I contacted Amazon they sent an email to the store and of course I have not received my money or a phone call. This place SUCKS and your employees are even worse. read more

Immediately told me your store no longer allows people to drop prepaid packages that I must wait in line to get it scanned.That literally defeats the purpose . She said as of yesterday the manager does not allow any packages to be just dropped off. My husband took a package in to mail back to Amazon for me. The lady in there was abrupt and rude. My husband is 87 and she kept raising her voice at him to tell him his cellular data was off. Of course to him he didn't know what that meant. She was extremely rude. This is a place we have done business with before and will now use another UPS office. I had to return a 35 pound broken ladder to Amazon. I had a prepaid shipping label for the return. When the ladder was originally delivered to my home it was wrapped ONLY in tape and some shrink wrap. When I arrived at the UPS store, I was informed by the cashier that it needed to be returned in a "box" or "shrink wrapped" more (of course the cashier was willing to SELL me some tape and shrink wrap or a box). I asked why it needed to have more wrapping when it was a broken item and it was shipped to me that way. The cashier told me that it could open up during shipping. I am 65 years old and I weigh 115 pounds. It was a struggle for me to bring it back the first time. I re-loaded the ladder back into my car and brought it back home. I bubble wrapped the latter and taped the ladder from top to bottom and drove 15 minutes back to the UPS store to have it returned. Although the ladder was completely safe and wrapped tight, they once again refused it. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was not any manager on duty until the following Tuesday. Charged $1.99 for a bag because the Amazon return had to be in a box or bag. Apparently the return wasn't in the type of box she wanted it in so pay up or leave and come back after waiting 10 minutes in line. I brought it in the box it was delivered in. She said I needed a QR code, which is exactly what she just scanned of my phone. Don't expect free Amazon returns and if you have a QR code you won't know until they print out their label whether you have to pay or not. She said the entire business is about making money and they don't make money off Amazon returns (don't know if that's true) so I guess at least she was honest about it being a money grab. Amazon refunded the $1.99 which was more about the principle of saying it was a free return but that's only up to the discretion of who takes your return at this store. read more
