The team at the LQ Avenida Bermuda's office is wonderful. I like going to this location because it typically is not as busy as the LQ Corporate dr location, making service requested quicker. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. It can be a tough job and people need to be more patient. I hope this location never closes read more

Tried to mail a birthday card today that I knew needed some extra postage because it was a little thicker and Carlos tried to charge me $5.40 for a small package. I said no it should only need some extra postage. He said I'm not gonna go back-and-forth with you and I'm not gonna take it. You're welcome to go use the kiosk. So I took the extra time to go to the kiosk and punched all the information to print a postage label of $1.47. I think Carlos needs to understand the difference between a small package and a birthday card. read more

We have had a PO Box here for years! We've seen the staff change over the years. Everyone has been super nice! From Debbie to Jenny!! I would have to say Jenny has been sooooo amazing!! She goes over and beyond! You don't have to ask-she just gives you options!! She calls you & checks on my tracking since I live far and I had my mail forwarded. Jenny exceeds her customer service in ALL WAYS-- Always a smile, engaging, asking about my family! She young enough that I am glad I'll have her helping me for years to come! She is a one to promote and one to keep! Jenny keep you the positive Attitude- you can't train this and the USPS should be thrilled to have her!! read more

I'm kind of surprised by so many negative reviews of this location. I love this tiny little spot because the encounters that I have experienced have all been extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. I have arrived unprepared, and even uninformed and was gently educated and helped. On a few occasions where there were lines out the door I was surprised at how quickly the lines did move. I have witnessed irate customers, and it wasn't the fault of the postal workers, as it was the customer just looking for a fight. They were verbally abusive to the postal workers. That is just so wrong. I have had my mail held or forwarded for me several times and most successfully. I've picked up packages that didn't fit in my mailbox, and I have mailed packages from this tiny location. Wish they had a stamp machine for after hours. I like coming here as I have found them to be quite complimentary. read more

This post office is not corporate at all, it's got the feel of Little Town, USA. On a side street opposite to adorable downtown La Quinta, it's tiny -- no self-service scale & purchase, and only a 2 window service counter. When I was there, it was only staffed with 1 lady -- and she was ultra-sweet and very helpful. Limited hours: Mon-Fri, 830a-430p, and closed SAT and SUN. We moved here about 5 months ago and the USPS service was terrible, Went to the post office to complain and no one seemed to care. Talked to the post Master and explained all the problems we were having and believe it or not everything changed. Now we get our mail on time and our Postal Delivery Person Christina is the hardest working and nicest person you could meet. What a difference when yo finally get people who care about doing their job. Christina handles the route at 54th and Madison. Thank yo for all the help you give our community. read more

It's a post office and it will do basic functions. They are often out of material and we have even been there when they were out of stamps. I've watched the postal workers literally yell at people outside the door. I go here in a pinch but otherwise much prefer going out to the Thermal or Indio locations, Where are the staff is gracious. read more

This is what a post office use to be. The clerks here are always friendly. It is seldom too busy and offers all the services you need. Don't go here it will just ruin it for the rest of us. Parking can be a little tricky but you'll figure it out. read more

I'm not sure why the rating is so low! I visit this store almost once a week and the staff is always very efficient and polite! They're always ready to help or answer questions. The store is always stocked with boxes and tape. I just wiiiish they stayed open until 5 instead of 4 but I won't be selfish :P read more

Excellent Service. It is busy because of its proximity for the La Quinta Cove and several nearby gated communities but those who come to this Post Office are friendly because we are neighbors. The staff is also friendly, patient and knowledgeable. read more

USPS has had drastic cuts in service and gets a bad rap (kinda dread post office visits), which is why we were stunned by the stellar service we had thanks to Debbie. We had a big mistake on an online form which Debbie could have easily dismissed us to fix and come back. We were thrilled that she used a contact at another branch and walked him through multiple steps over the phone to correct = problem solved asap! Wow, it's always a treat to have someone go above and beyond to find a solution. Hooray Debbie and USPS! read more
