Demolished box usps did
Brandy L.

This is a general complaint about the usps. I'm not sure which stop my box got dropped on its corner demolishing the Apple computer within, but I'm posting this in as many places as possible so people understand how corrupt and non caring you all are. In August of last year my uncles Apple computer was delivered to him completely damaged with the box demolished. I had to wait 17 days to put in a complaint. They replied with sending me the 50.00 in insurance I purchased as I did not think someone would be so careless as to drop the box and damage the computer. This company is awful and needs to fix this. This is blatant damage not lost or stolen property. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Use UPS or FedEX instead. At least they stand behind their service and will pay for what they damage.

This a record of his message!

Don't understand why they have their time of operations until 5pm when they lock the doors 15 minutes earlier.

I go in almost on a daily basis. They are always busy but always super friendly and pretty quick.

$5 for three black and white documents. Looking for a new place where I can email a document and…read morepick it up later. I don't use a printer often enough to keep one at home, don't want to monkey around with thumb drives. Called this place, confirmed they offer this. Guy on the phone seemed... reluctant. As though i was bothering him with my question asking if they do this, and if so, how. Okay. When I get there, two people working behind the counter, one of them helping the couple in front of me, no one else is in the store. The second guy working there makes no eye contact and does not ask if he can help. He's just... standing there. After several minutes pass, the people in front of me have been helped and leave, they guy who was helping them leaves the shop, and finally Mr. Second Guy asks what I want. This part was easy, that it seems easy for him to find my email and print my 3 page PDF. ... and charges me $5 for three pages. It was just a prescription for my cat, very little ink on the cheap white paper. This will not become the business I regularly use for my printing or any other needs at all. Because I was able to get what I needed, reluctant to give it just one star, but wow... ~$1.60 per page?

Terrible location, I would leave ZERO stars if possible. The man was extremely less than thrilled…read moreto help. I needed tape seal a pre paid shipping box. He told em I had to buy a whole roll of tape from him if I wanted needed tape. The location is old and dirty. I tried to support what appears to be a struggling business, but sadly they don't care about customers. Treating people with kindness is free, but it was obvious, that isn't their goal. I will never do business with here again, I highly suggest you stay away as well.

DON'T USE THIS SERVICE, RUN! If I could give this minus 5…read morestars I would. I shipped 11 heavy well sealed cardboard boxes from Indio to Wisconsin in early August. I requested 100 dollar insurance per box, but found later I was given that amount for all the boxes. The girl at the counter assured me they would all arrive within 10 days. The girl at the counter was also very bored and rude. They arrived in Wisconsin one by one OVER 3 MONTHS. All the boxes were smashed and open. Anything breakable was smashed. Some things were missing. I spent countless hours on the phone trying to find anyone English to speak with. Finally a corporate woman called and told me my remaining 3 boxes are lost and she emailed me a claim report and hung up on me. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I lost a lot of my belongings. Please do yourself a huge favor. Dont ship greyhound.

A great deal but follow these tips for better service. I have shipped twice with GPX, first time 7…read moreboxes from Arkansas to Indio, CA. Second, 4 boxes from California to Connecticut. By far, GPX offers the best price for shipping cross-country. The set up process on-line is very easy; measure the box dimensions and weight. They give you a quote. You can pay on-line and they email the shipping labels. You schedule when you want to drop the boxes. Bring them to the greyhound station, drop off and arrange for pick-up at the other end. First time I shipped, I was paranoid and enclosed slips of paper with name, address, and contents in each box, plus photographed each box. Second time, I was lazy and I even forgot about the step where they email you the labels. I brought the packed boxes, unmarked, with just the receipt from the online order. The clerk told me that normally, they wouldn't take them without the labels but that he would print them out for me. He also mentioned that I should have packed the items in Shipping boxes, not moving boxes. After 21/2 weeks, no word of my boxes. The tracking numbers indicated that they had arrived in Las Vegas but no word from thereon. Numerous phone calls later, mostly with no answer from the station in Las Vegas or New London, CT and many times speaking with customer service who had no more information than what the tracking website showed, and a few pointed letters to GPX and Lo and Behold, the boxes arrived intact, a couple of weeks later. I had given them up for lost so I was very grateful when they had been retrieved and delivered. I was negative on the frustration of getting satisfactory response from customer service but since they ultimately came through, I was more generous with my rating than I was initially. You can't beat the price, and it is a great idea to maximize efficiency of transport so I will definitely use this service again. Here are the tips I would recommend: 1. Definitely print out and use the labels they send you 2. Pack boxes in sturdy shipping boxes. Keep a list of all items packed in each box. Include your name and contact info in a slip inside the box. Photograph the packed box. 3. Make the appointment for drop-off and call the office to confirm prior to leaving for the appointment. 4. Pay attention and track your boxes during the process so if there is a glitch, you can catch it early on. I see a lot of negative reviews and I would certainly be one of them if my boxes were lost but I would hate to see them stop offering the service. **Having just read another review, I think I might have used busfreighter to set up my delivery. Then you drop it off at Greyhound. But I believe GPX helped me track down the boxes?? Not sure, it is a bit confusing.
