While Antonio is not supposed to check the accuracy of the document. He is responsible for accurate dates and the signature. As a customer service representative representing UPS, he is also required to be kind to customers especially when making repeated errors on legal documents that he is licensed to check. After packing it I either had to go home to get tape or purchase tape from them for $9. As I was paying another customer came in with there own box to ship, but the top was not taped. They taped it for her at no charge. I asked why they taped hers and I had to purchase my own tape. They said because hers was only one piece. I only needed two pieces one on the top and one on the bottom. It was a pillow, I didn't need it reinforced. Needless to say I will never return to this store. We do ship from there regularly for our customers who leave items. We also recomended this store for our guests who needed any shipping or other services they provide. That will no longer happen.

I ended up paying three times as much for my new order.

What could go wrong? Sadly, everything. Twice…read more I dropped off my own Astrobright paper (Teal) and a sample of my desired finished product. A tri-folded, printed sheet of teal paper. It's my annual new year's card. I asked for 175 copies, giving them 200+ sheets of paper I special ordered. Upon pick up, I find 250 sheets sloppily folded, corners not matched up, with nothing printed on them. The clerk who took the original order looked at me quizzically. He at first blamed me for not telling him I wanted them printed. I showed him the sample, which they'd kept. Remember this? He didn't seem to. Net net, they screwed up. Offered to re-do. Which I accepted, for same day pick up. Fast forward... 5:30p.... they printed the correct message, but on the WRONG color, and the folds were neat but folded inward, again, not matching the sample I had left. They didn't charge for either mess-up, but I'd wasted so much time on this place. Their print manager had even called me to confirm before the re-do. He didn't bother to say the color would not match. And he didn't check the fold on the sample. What could go wrong? EVERYTHING TWICE. Staples LaQuinta? Never again.
