I needed to find a place that does live scans, was affordable and this was one of the highly rated places on Google. I also loved that I didn't need an appointment and could just walk in during business hours. When I got to the address, I honestly wasn't sure where it was and was no indication on the outside from a distance. Live scan place is called Desert Live Scan. I parked and called the number. Woman was friendly and told me the business was inside Postal Connections. I walked in and was greeted, waited in line and was able to get my live scan done. Fee was only $25 which is reasonable and does it digitally. You can pay card or cash. Postal Connections does not only do live scans but rent P.O. Boxes, ship out packages by using USPS, UPS and Fed-EX. They also offer packing material and boxes in various sizes, trinkets and also does graphic design. Tons of parking and located in the Dollar Tree, CVS and Albertsons center. Place was also kept clean and organized. . read more

I've been here several times as well, the owner is always polite but business like which I like! He is very efficient, his prices are fair. If I had one suggestion for his business it would be that the lady that assist him,she should not remind his customers that they can carry their packages behind the counter for her. read more

For whatever reason, the contracted mail delivery persons do NOT scan the packages when they pick them so you're left wondering if the mail is lost and just hoping that they show up to their destination. If you run a business that's dependent on your clients/customers being able to track their items until delivery, avoid Welty's altogether. read more

I rarely need notary service and had several options which I found on the internet. Oh my gosh, i never expected to have such a great experience getting a document notarized! Stephanie was awesome! She greeted me energetically and friendly with such a positive attitude. I accidentally signed the legal document on the wrong line. Rather than having to drive all the way home, she had me email the document to the store. She printed the form on my behalf while she juggled other customers' needs. Rarely do we find such good customer service these days. I was so glad the owner was on site so I could tell her how awesome Stephanie was. They make each customer feel important and provide quick and easy transactions. Don't feel discouraged if there's a line when you walk in the store. The operation is run so efficiently that the line moves very quickly. This place is top on my list any time I need a business service taken care of! read more

Their time online says that they are open from 8-6 pm. On their door it says 8:30-5:30 pm. It even says this on their live scan section. Call ahead to see what times they are actually open. I was told their live scan was closed even though it says 5:30pm. They should change their signs to have their actual hours of operation. read more

First time here to drop off an Amazon return. Note that they are not able to provide drop off receipts. FedEx, UPS, and USPS pickup times are all Mon-Fri at 3pm. You would figure staff would be more customer oriented at the register but their only objective is to get you out of their space. Guess it's understandable due to the pandemic but I hope this isn't how they would operate under normal circumstances. I'm in awe of how rude the workers are here. I sat inside for quite a while and listened to the way they spoke on the phone and to clients as they walked in and I was astounded at how unprofessional they are. Not only that, but as people got off the phone or walked out the employees proceeded to talk crap and make fun of the customers! They discussed their schedules and complained about their jobs, hours, etc, SEVERAL times. So unprofessional and rude. I certainly won't be back again. read more

I've used this place a coupe of times and no issues - but Lat week, i placed important papers in the mail with them and paid them. They did not put the postage on the envelope and dropped it in the mail without postage. I went away for several days and found the packet in my mail box. I took it in immediately and said what happened and this was important - no apology - Long nails put the postage and said, "It will go out tomorrow. Have a nice day". The facility itself is very nice. I like the huge rotating fan on the ceiling--super cool! The problem is that the staff behind the counter are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have given them a lot of business, but have never received a genuine smile back from any one of the staff. This place sucks. Charged me an extra $5.00 on a medium flat rate box without letting me know that they have a surcharge! I questioned the amount and of course NO explanation and was NOT told until the next day when I called & questioned them what the extra was! They are NOT affiliated with USPS so they can get away with this. This is disgusting and clearly they do not care about gouging their customers. If I had been told it was going to be more I would of just gone to the post office. To top it off they ALWAYS seem to be handling personal business as well in here. Every single time I have gone here I have had to wait because 1.) One of their spouses or boyfriends were there talking with them at the counter 2.) They were all huddled discussing personal things while the customer waits 3.) Girl at front refuses to LOOK UP!! It is called POOR customer service and a lack of respect for your customers. I am new in the area and had NO idea this place was like this. Shame on them as they lost me as a good customer that would have used them regularly if they had been nicer and more honest.
