Came in to get something notarized in Oct 2025, also had that same document faxed from their store…read morelocation that same day and the cost was approximately $80. The organization i submitted the document to never received it, I had to again fax on my own. The the form was rejected because the notary, Isaac Antonio Cross, put the wrong date. Whatever mistakes happen. I came back in today to redo the whole the process and he put the wrong year on the form. I now have to resubmit the form. While Antonio is not supposed to check the accuracy of the document. He is responsible for accurate dates and the signature. As a customer service representative representing UPS, he is also required to be kind to customers especially when making repeated errors on legal documents that he is licensed to check. And you know this fool charged me again. DO NOT get your documents notarized here and actually just skip UPS all together. Sincerely, a new york notary.

As though i was bothering him with my question asking if they do this, and if so, how. Okay. When I get there, two people working behind the counter, one of them helping the couple in front of me, no one else is in the store. The second guy working there makes no eye contact and does not ask if he can help. He's just... standing there. After several minutes pass, the people in front of me have been helped and leave, they guy who was helping them leaves the shop, and finally Mr. Second Guy asks what I want. This part was easy, that it seems easy for him to find my email and print my 3 page PDF. ... and charges me $5 for three pages. It was just a prescription for my cat, very little ink on the cheap white paper. This will not become the business I regularly use for my printing or any other needs at all. Because I was able to get what I needed, reluctant to give it just one star, but wow... ~$1.60 per page?

There is nothing like walking into a place of business and feeling like you're home and the people tending to you feel a bit like family. These guys even helped me recoup my money from another situation where a package I mailed mysteriously went missing - with their knowledge and instruction I was able to recoup my money and repurchase what I had originally sent out. So I did. $4 for a small envelope. When I get the free from Fed Ex. Then I asked for a piece of tape to put the label on and was told it would $6.50 for processing fee. What the hell is a processing fee to give me a piece of tape. This is crazy. They should be removed off the list of a Fed Ex provider. Shame.

One time I had to ship out a wresting mat which seemed impossible for me to find a box for and the Postal Connection clerk at the Indio location helped me find the perfect box no problem. AMAZING customer service from that young man along with everyone at the La Quinta Cove location. I know they have had some new hires which have been super sweet along with the Owner who gave me such good customer service i continue to come back to that store. I am in and out whenever I do have to ship anything and it's literally the easiest process.
