ZERO STARS - Unprofessional and Unreliable The company I…read morework for is currently applying for a California agency license, which requires fingerprint submission. As a fully remote organization, our leadership is not based in California, and state rules require Live Scan to be completed in-state. While our executive was traveling in California, we scheduled a Live Scan appointment with this provider based on a referral from a local partner. Initially, communication was responsive and professional. However, following the appointment, we never received the required receipt. Approximately one month later, I followed up to request it and received no response. Since then, our application has been placed on hold due to deficiencies related to the fingerprint submission. For several months, I have made repeated attempts to contact this provider via phone and email, with no response. We are only requesting the ATI number, which should be maintained on file as part of standard Live Scan requirements. Despite multiple outreach efforts--including attempts from colleagues--communication has ceased, and my number appears to have been blocked. At this point, our concern is not only the lack of responsiveness but also whether the fingerprints were submitted at all. This situation has caused significant delays in a process that is already time-consuming and costly. I strongly recommend avoiding this provider. For anyone familiar with California licensing, the process involves substantial fees and long processing times--working with an unreliable and unresponsive vendor only adds unnecessary risk and frustration. Save yourself the time, expense, and headache by choosing a more professional service.

They are more then just a postal service for me, because at times I feel like I am walking into "Cheers" or the town general store where everyone knows you're name! As a shopper…read moreI'd like to say that the uber unique and totally fun gift shop that is a part of this mail store is what drew me in - from games, to trinkets, trendy finds, local Coachella Valley treasures and MORE ... they've got it all - BUT HONESTLY it was meeting the owner who is practically always there giving exceptional service was the real draw. There is nothing like walking into a place of business and feeling like you're home and the people tending to you feel a bit like family. I had to find a post box because we were having so much trouble with traditional mail service from USPS. This place has been a life saver. They even have samples guys!!! Brandini Toffee!?!?! C'mon ... you are not going to find that at your local post office LOL. These guys even helped me recoup my money from another situation where a package I mailed mysteriously went missing - with their knowledge and instruction I was able to recoup my money and repurchase what I had originally sent out. I could go on and on with stories about this place, but this is where I draw the line;) Go by and check it out! If you see me at the sample table or notice me gazing in a happy stupor at the games, don't be alarmed just say hi! #lissaroundtown
