There is nothing like walking into a place of business and feeling like you're home and the people tending to you feel a bit like family. When I arrived, the staff spent nearly 20 minutes reviewing the shipment and again indicated there were no issues. However, at the end of the process, they informed me they could not handle the shipment after all. What was most frustrating was that the staff appeared unfamiliar with their own shipping policies and even struggled to properly determine the package measurements. A simple review of the requirements before my trip would have avoided a significant waste of time. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of training, knowledge, and professionalism.
