There is nothing like walking into a place of business and feeling like you're home and the people tending to you feel a bit like family. I had to find a post box because we were having so much trouble with traditional mail service from USPS. This place has been a life saver. They even have samples guys!!! Brandini Toffee!?!?! These guys even helped me recoup my money from another situation where a package I mailed mysteriously went missing - with their knowledge and instruction I was able to recoup my money and repurchase what I had originally sent out. They then wanted to charge me $11 to Pack the pillow in the box that I just purchased for $12. I said I could pack it myself. After packing it I either had to go home to get tape or purchase tape from them for $9. As I was paying another customer came in with there own box to ship, but the top was not taped. They taped it for her at no charge. I asked why they taped hers and I had to purchase my own tape. They said because hers was only one piece. I only needed two pieces one on the top and one on the bottom. It was a pillow, I didn't need it reinforced. Needless to say I will never return to this store. We do ship from there regularly for our customers who leave items. We also recomended this store for our guests who needed any shipping or other services they provide. That will no longer happen.

Avoid this UPS store at all costs! Especially for notary work. Needed one notary, no other…read morecustomers in store, was told to sit while I waited for him. With no urgency, came over and asked for ID which was already on table along with document notary section. Asked me what the document was, I turned to first page, for him, so he could read it and he told me to read it to him. Perplexed I said "you can read, can't you?".....being that I too have been a notary for over 24 years and never once have I ever required a signer to tell me the name of the document! As far as I know, that's not a requirement to notarize. He didn't like my comment and said he would not do the notary for me. All I know is that he must be on a power trip or something and that my opinion of UPS stores in general has been solidified by disappointment. I am acutely aware of the notary requirements in the state of california. I don't need you, to try and "school" me on the do's and dont's and apparently it is crystal clear why your employee is as they are because they must have learned from you. Courtesy and communication are key in doing a notary of which your employee had none. Mask my review with regurgitated notary handbook verbiage all you want. It doesn't make your store or its employees any better than I originally stated.
