These people never answer the phone, I've called over 20 times today way before closing time and they don't answer the phone. Update 10/15/2025: I tried calling again this morning, multiple times, no one answered the phone, and they have now blocked me or somehow restricted my phone number. This is literally a service that I use and pay for. Run away from this location, use any other one but this one. read more

If I could give this business "0" stars then I would. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had a virtual mailbox here, rented through a service called Anytime Mailbox. The whole point of paying for this service is so that your mail can stay organized for pick-up without the risk of getting lost or stolen. Not only does the person running it constantly act like you are a burden every time you walk in the door, he argued with me about how much mail was waiting for me to pick-up even though I had scanned versions of everything that was supposed to be ready for me. The best part is they completely LOST one piece of mail (a tax document!) and his solution was telling me to contact the sender and tell them to send it again. We went there today for Notary services. It was painless. We were in & out in ten minutes tops. Jeff was very nice on the phone and when we appeared LIVE at his store. It seems there are many other things he offers too. Four signatures and a birthday card later.......$43.18. I am sure he was a happy camper. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews!! Since the first time I went into PostNet, Jeff has been nothing but professional, kind and complete opposite of what the bad reviewers had to say. Jeff is somewhat reserved (not a chatterbox like myself) so some may interpret that as being rude if they have high expectations and demand attention. Perhaps he needs to get to know someone first before opening up. Honestly, I'm glad that I didn't pay attention to the reviews and took a chance. I won't go anywhere else! UPDATE: 3 months have passed and the only thing that I can say differently from before is that Jeff does need to get to know you a bit before he opens up but he's also very busy kicking butt running his business that he doesn't have time to chit-chat. Save yourself the despair and travel the extra 2 miles to Post n' Ship where they treat their customers with kindness (in the albertsons shopping center on Monterey and Country Club) The guy that runs Post Net (assuming so because he's the only one I have ever seen in there) is sooooo rude! He doesn't give a s&%# about your business, he won't acknowledge you when you come in and when you ask him something, he acts like you are a burden. He is very short with you and as it seems, he must hate his job! I stopped at the 99 cent store to get packing tape and I taped my box when I got into post net, and that irritated him. I have been supporting this local businesse for many years...I've put up with grunting and zero "Hello's" Smiles or "Welcome's" from Jeff all this time I just figured he was just a miserable unhappy guy. This is what a Friend shared with me recently: The owner of that establishment is very unprofessional and is clear that he has no experience with the services he offers, I went in there the other day for help printing out a lable for a package I needed to mail out and he flat out refused to help me print it out for no reason...it was a very easy task and he didn't help. He had no other customers in the store but me..he just refuses to offer good customer service! I'll never take my business there again. I had a horrible experience. first I had two pages to print they tried to print for 10 to 15 minutes without success. Finally switched to a different printer. They charge $5.25 for this horrible service for two pages. Don't support these rip off businesses. In the future I will drive many miles to avoid giving them any business in the future. I won't bore you with details on how incompetent the notary is she can't even provide a clear stamp of her notary seal. read more

12/23/15 Cannot understand the prior negative reviews because my wife and I had a great customer experience with Jeff (the owner). We had numerous documents that required a Notary Signature and Jeff was efficient, professional and so easy to work with. I sell on eBay and sold a lighted Western Union sign and the cheapest shipping was FedEx home delivery, like $24. I pack the sign using a wardrobe box from WalMart and other packing materials costing me about $6 total. The nearest drop off location is this PostNet nearby. So I hand the box to the owner at about 1:30 PM on a Friday afternoon and he says my package will be picked up that afternoon. How hard can it be right? Wait...So I check the tracking number on Saturday and aside from my generating the shipping label, nothing. It says FedEx hasn't received the package. WHAT??? I call the PostNet store and agonize through the lamest outgoing message imaginable but no "leave a message after the beep"! You say that's my opinion? Call the number at about 7 PM sometime and listen for yourself. I guarantee you will think that my description of "lamest" is way to soft. I check the tracking number the next day and the next. Still nothing. I call the PostNet a dozen times and still the annoying message that always ends with "try us back later", click. By Monday the eBay buyer who purchased my sign for $40 is writing me like, "What the hell???" The PostNet owner, Jeff, doesn't answer his business phone until Wednesday and I mention that I had been calling since Saturday and he's just like, "And?" AND???? And so this scathing 1 star review THAT'S what AND!!! And so IF he gave my package to FedEx AT ALL he didn't bother to see to it that the driver SCANNED the label so FedEx just says they never had possession of my package! The buyer flips out so he is refunded the $40 plus $24 shipping so I lose the sale, the sign and the $24 I shelled out for the shipping PLUS the $6 I spent on packing materials. As a designated FedEx drop off location Jeff's duty is to see to it that packages left in his care are scanned by the FedEx driver when the packages are picked up. So I ask him "Now what?" and he just shrugs it off. What a jerk***! NOW I read the Yelp reviews on this tool and so it's MY bad for not having done so before hand. If you were smart and had the foresight to read these reviews BEFORE going to Jeff's Postnet BELIEVE the one star reviews and stay away. Any better reviews were obviously written by Jeff or his mom. By the way there are 2 more 1 star reviews and you can see those by clicking the link at the bottom of this page. The only reason they arent in this group is because the reviewers only wrote that one Yelp review. You gotta be pretty bad to inspire 1 star reviews from people who usually never bother! I have used this postnet location for years when I am in the desert, conveniently located to where my home is so that makes sense for me. I would have to agree with some of the observations others have made, lots of services offered of which I have used, notary, packaging, Fedex, scanning, and supplies; those all fine but the person who helped with all those things could improve his customer relationship skills. read more

I think this Postnet franchise is one of the best I have ever used. When I owned a mailbox ect in Beverly hills in the 90's it was a hard gig but Jeff runs this one with class and precision, I am a local resident and support my local businesses. read more

After waiting for 2 minutes, this guy came from the back room WITHOUT so much a glance my way, let alone a simple "hello, how are you". He pointed to the front counter and said leave your Box there it will go out at 4 and walked back into the back room! I guess they don't need customers. I was looking up PostNet's address online and came across reviews on Yelp. I have gone to this PostNet and totally agree with others who wrote that Jeff (I didn't know his name before) needs to take a class on customer service. I have extensive training in customer service and Jeff needs a lot of help. When you enter Jeff's store he never acknowleges you or says hello..he basically ignores you and when I have ask for help he seems irritated you ask. He's obviously an unhappy guy. I'm not paying for postal service to be treated rudley. Jeff if you read this.. life is short, put on a smile and be happy you have customers before you lose more of them. I have used PostNet many times and have received excellent service each and every time. Customer service is first class!

Jeff is only friendly to his regulars. I waited for 20 minutes as he helped others that came in after me. I needed notary service and fed ex service. He was rude and disrespectful. My notarized document never made it to its destination. I will go elsewhere in the future. read more
