Well first time I have ever been told no you can't have your package unless you have an account with us. It costs $3.00 to open an account and $5.00 to give you your package !!!! $8.00 for a ONE TIME probably never going to use this service ever again as I am a full time RVER and I travel most likely would not be back here in Palm Desert California for years. I have had packages delivered to other postal annex stores and no one has ever told me to pay to pick up a package especially since Amazon lists this store as a business to use for delivery. When I arrived, the staff spent nearly 20 minutes reviewing the shipment and again indicated there were no issues. However, at the end of the process, they informed me they could not handle the shipment after all. What was most frustrating was that the staff appeared unfamiliar with their own shipping policies and even struggled to properly determine the package measurements. A simple review of the requirements before my trip would have avoided a significant waste of time. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of training, knowledge, and professionalism.

Three days later, Monday at 430pm, Fed Ex Tracking still showed my package at Aim Mail Center. Upon calling, I was told that I arrived on Friday after Fed Ex did their last pick up and that delivery service and time of delivery is "not guaranteed", Even when printed on your receipt. According to the Fed Ex website, today, Monday at 437pm Aim still has my package, so it is difficult to believe that I missed the last pick up on Friday. The lack of transparency and honesty when dealing with customers here is unfortunate. I will reconsider using them in the future and go to the other Mail Center located on S. Palm Canyon.
