As a shopper…read moreI'd like to say that the uber unique and totally fun gift shop that is a part of this mail store is what drew me in - from games, to trinkets, trendy finds, local Coachella Valley treasures and MORE ... they've got it all - BUT HONESTLY it was meeting the owner who is practically always there giving exceptional service was the real draw. There is nothing like walking into a place of business and feeling like you're home and the people tending to you feel a bit like family. I had to find a post box because we were having so much trouble with traditional mail service from USPS. This place has been a life saver. They even have samples guys!!! Brandini Toffee!?!?! C'mon ... you are not going to find that at your local post office LOL. These guys even helped me recoup my money from another situation where a package I mailed mysteriously went missing - with their knowledge and instruction I was able to recoup my money and repurchase what I had originally sent out. I could go on and on with stories about this place, but this is where I draw the line;) Go by and check it out! When I arrived, the staff spent nearly 20 minutes reviewing the shipment and again indicated there were no issues. However, at the end of the process, they informed me they could not handle the shipment after all. What was most frustrating was that the staff appeared unfamiliar with their own shipping policies and even struggled to properly determine the package measurements. A simple review of the requirements before my trip would have avoided a significant waste of time. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of training, knowledge, and professionalism.

From now on I am going to brave this crazy parking lot because there are some great places in here. Tea and Tea for potstickers and smoothies, Desert Brewery, Cups and Angel View.

I brought products for packaging and shipping on a Friday afternoon at 3:36pm and…read morepaid for delivery and supplies in the total amount of $67.89 for a Saturday delivery as evidenced by my Aim Receipt. Three days later, Monday at 430pm, Fed Ex Tracking still showed my package at Aim Mail Center. Upon calling, I was told that I arrived on Friday after Fed Ex did their last pick up and that delivery service and time of delivery is "not guaranteed", Even when printed on your receipt. According to the Fed Ex website, today, Monday at 437pm Aim still has my package, so it is difficult to believe that I missed the last pick up on Friday. The lack of transparency and honesty when dealing with customers here is unfortunate. I will reconsider using them in the future and go to the other Mail Center located on S. Palm Canyon.
