After packing it I either had to go home to get tape or purchase tape from them for $9. As I was paying another customer came in with there own box to ship, but the top was not taped. They taped it for her at no charge. I asked why they taped hers and I had to purchase my own tape. They said because hers was only one piece. I only needed two pieces one on the top and one on the bottom. It was a pillow, I didn't need it reinforced. Needless to say I will never return to this store. We do ship from there regularly for our customers who leave items. We also recomended this store for our guests who needed any shipping or other services they provide. That will no longer happen.
