I found this print shop on Washington at Hovley between the CVS and the dollar store. I had no idea that this business even existed. There are two parts: one is a printer and next door in the same room is a shipping center and postal center that does passport photos, and shipping of all sorts of items. Laura at the front desk took a look at my photos and my text and put together a beautiful flyer for us to hope for a good outcome in finding my neighbor's dog. I had thought that it would take a while to produce the items, but in less than 15 minutes, I had exactly what I needed This will be my printing center and shipping center from now on. I really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism that Laura showed. You can go in and email the content that you wish to have produced, and this Office will become your new best printer friend.

I needed to have a sturdy, double sided poster sign made the same day so I put my artwork on a…read morethumb drive and hopped in to Xpress Graphics. I had used them before for a large sized color print to be framed and was very happy with the results. Axel helped me with my order and noticed that one of my artworks was not on my thumb drive. I emailed it to him when I got home and the sign was ready and came out perfectly. I had many compliments when I brought it with me to a demonstration today in Palm Springs. The cost was a little more than $60 and well worth it because it was lightweight and very sturdy, easy for me to hold up high for long periods of time and would not bend in the wind. Very happy with the service at this store!

I went to multiple printers in Palm Desert for quotes on advertising materials. I got quotes from…read morestaples, the FedEx store, a few online places, and Palm Desert printing. The quote that they gave me was not the lowest nor the highest. I think staples put in a bid from their national center for slightly less (like $50). What I soon realized though is that the quality of the product I was quoted from Palm Desert Printing was vastly superior to everyone else. Not only have all the products I've ordered here been too-notch (postcard mailers and magnetic signs) their customer service is very on-the-ball and would recommend them to anyone looking for a printer. I love that I can have reasonable rates for my materials and I have an actual person to interact with (opposed to an online printer) that takes accountability for their business. The last thing that I loved about this business is the convenience. It's close to where I live and they have wicked fast turn around times! Most recently I put an order in Monday morning for 5,000 pieces and it was waiting for me Thursday afternoon.

I stumbled upon JR Graphics purely by accident, but have been searching for a company that would…read morework with me on shirts for my local small independent business. Handyman of the Desert! So the 4 places I inquired about having only 6 shirts made, well all 4 of THOSE places wanted a setup fee up front ranging from $100 to $300 of which is non refundable. When I talked to the gentleman at JR graphics they were extremely kind professional friendly and helpful. There was no out-of-pocket extra expense set up fee nothing I asked if I could get six shirts and they said yes they were done in four days and they cost me $15 each total out the door they look amazing they're perfect and I recommend this graphics and design shop for all of the other businesses small and large they are the guys that know how to take care of their customers and take care of business! !
