I don't use a printer often enough to keep one at home, don't want to monkey around with thumb drives. Called this place, confirmed they offer this. Guy on the phone seemed... reluctant. As though i was bothering him with my question asking if they do this, and if so, how. Okay. When I get there, two people working behind the counter, one of them helping the couple in front of me, no one else is in the store. The second guy working there makes no eye contact and does not ask if he can help. He's just... standing there. After several minutes pass, the people in front of me have been helped and leave, they guy who was helping them leaves the shop, and finally Mr. Second Guy asks what I want. This part was easy, that it seems easy for him to find my email and print my 3 page PDF. ... and charges me $5 for three pages. It was just a prescription for my cat, very little ink on the cheap white paper. This will not become the business I regularly use for my printing or any other needs at all. Because I was able to get what I needed, reluctant to give it just one star, but wow... ~$1.60 per page?

I had used them before for a large sized color print to be framed and was very happy with the results. Axel helped me with my order and noticed that one of my artworks was not on my thumb drive. I emailed it to him when I got home and the sign was ready and came out perfectly. I had many compliments when I brought it with me to a demonstration today in Palm Springs. The cost was a little more than $60 and well worth it because it was lightweight and very sturdy, easy for me to hold up high for long periods of time and would not bend in the wind. I was unable to locate the neighbors house. So someone received my whole order. I tried to call FedEx to remediate this and kept getting an automated self service robot. I can't even repurchase my order at the same price because I used a coupon you can only use once a month as well as clippings that work only when bundled. I ended up paying three times as much for my new order.

It's my annual new year's card. I asked for 175 copies, giving them 200+ sheets of paper I special ordered. Upon pick up, I find 250 sheets sloppily folded, corners not matched up, with nothing printed on them. The clerk who took the original order looked at me quizzically. He at first blamed me for not telling him I wanted them printed. I showed him the sample, which they'd kept. Remember this? He didn't seem to. Net net, they screwed up. Offered to re-do. Which I accepted, for same day pick up. Fast forward... 5:30p.... they printed the correct message, but on the WRONG color, and the folds were neat but folded inward, again, not matching the sample I had left. They didn't charge for either mess-up, but I'd wasted so much time on this place. Their print manager had even called me to confirm before the re-do. He didn't bother to say the color would not match. And he didn't check the fold on the sample. What could go wrong? EVERYTHING TWICE. Staples LaQuinta? Never again.
