Shelly as my main point of contact was professional, courteous and extremely helpful right out of the gate. When I decided to do away with the beautiful black paint on my Cadillac(could not keep up with it), I tossed around a getting a wrap done to achieve the "dull" sheen...to make it mine. Shelly and the super smart girl working side by side with her, went through some swatches with me, based on my thoughts. They made some recommendations and we came up with a formula. The team went to work and I was a little nervous because it is a sizable commitment that is hard to visualize. My concerns were eased as I got a couple of progress photos via text message..."this thing is going to be super clean" was my new thought. When I received a call that they were finished, and that I could pick it up, I got pretty excited! I went to this shop to wrap the side mirrors on my Tesla Y. They assured me they could, and showed me what they would do. The first time it looked fine at their shop, but by evening it had started to peel on a couple of edges. I returned, they agreed it wasn't acceptable, and re-did it with the same vinyl. With an even worse result! I returned and they agreed to do it one last time, in the same vinyl or a different one, or they would remove the vinyl and refund my money. Here's my mistake...I opted for a different vinyl. This time, without advising me, they did a one piece wrap instead of the 2 piece they originally sold me on. Again it looked good straight out of the shop, but peeled back in several places after only one day. I e-mailed them photos and told them they did crap work, and that I would not return since I had already wasted enough time on them. They have not replied. I'm writing off the $150 as a life lesson expense. In the meantime I have watched a few YouTube videos on DIY wraps. Their tech clearly had not, because it is now obvious to me that he overstretched and improperly stretched the material. I have ordered the tools and materials I need ($73) and will do them myself over the weekend. read more

Everyone was courteous and helpful, but what I asked for and what I received were 2 different things. I have a BMW which I wanted a Black Roof wrap. I was told no problem we can do that. All was good with the inspection, review, coordination and approval. What I received was a partial wrap of what was discussed. There was NO communication of "we can't do that" or "this would be better". It was more of get him in and get him out ASAP. As soon as I made a complaint I was told someone will get back to me. No, I had to make another trip to their office myself. Yet kicked out again, I was told the original sales/designer would get back to me. A week later NO WORD! I'm sure they are great for commercial companies, but if you want something done on a personal level, it's up to you to take that chance. All I got to say is "I'll call you back" and never hear from them ever again. Update: 2 weeks later I finally heard from them, again. I get the excuse of I'm sorry I wasn't in the office to help you with your situation. Well apparently the other 20 or so people in the office couldn't pick up a phone or help either. To run a company more than 1 person should be involved with helping out on a problem. The best part about the whole thing is asking me...Me...on how to fix this. The fix or solution should be made by this horrible company! read more

I went to Desert Wraps in hopes of getting my rear bumper wrapped to match the rest of the car to cover some paint defects. The team here could have easily moved forward with the project, told me all would be taken care of and taken my money, however, they were honest and told me that they would not be able to do the job correctly as the paint was too chipped and problematic. They offered great advice, and one employee even accompanied me to the shop they recommended to me for repainting the bumper (which was a 10/10 job, might I add). Worst work ethic I've seen in years. I tried getting a quote for my two vehicles and the sales lady Shelly didn't even call me back!! She obviously cherry picks work, and is lazy enough to think it will just come her way. I don't know about you guys but that makes me feel like they clearly don't want my money? Also speaking with her briefly she threw all these design words at me almost like she was trying to confuse me and make herself seem smarter but I wasn't born yesterday. Anyways I'm glad she didn't get back to me because This is the type of place without set pricing they basically look at you and judge how much money they think you will spend they will charge you thousands of dollars for something you could probably do yourself.
