After 4 years my mobile pet grooming was wrap by an another company in Los Angeles, and now, it needs some wrap repairs in different spots, especially the logo. It was challenging for Cody and his team because the format that I have was not in a good picture format and the design department had to adjust it. At first, the result was not satisfying and with some misunderstanding but Cody, take a great care! They restarted over until the result was perfect. I really appreciate the professionalism of Cody and I am very thankful! I dearly recommended Desert Wrap! read more

I called several places to get my sons helmet wrapped around the desert before finding desert wraps. Nobody would do it. Finally I found them and the staff was so inviting and easy to work with. They asked me specific questions to help understand exactly what I needed and was looking for. They were thorough and precise. I appreciate them so much. They did a great job on the helmet and we get compliments and questions about it all the time! They worked me in in a timely manner and were so kind and after dropping off the helmet it was done within two hours. So grateful I found them! 10/10 recommend. read more

I went in for the first time for a magnet sign for my pool service truck and Shelly, Jeff, the whole staff were awesome they gave me some brilliant ideas on how to advertise my business. They came out with an eye opening design which I loved and decided to wrap my truck. I made the best decision ever to go with Desertwraps. Seeing the whole staff as excited as I was, made it fun and a full filling experience. They certainly have passion for what they do and I enjoyed that. I recommend desert wraps 100% and I will be back for more. Thank you Shelly, Jeff & staff. David Uriarte Pool Rescue read more

Shelly as my main point of contact was professional, courteous and extremely helpful right out of the gate. When I decided to do away with the beautiful black paint on my Cadillac(could not keep up with it), I tossed around a getting a wrap done to achieve the "dull" sheen...to make it mine. Shelly and the super smart girl working side by side with her, went through some swatches with me, based on my thoughts. They made some recommendations and we came up with a formula. The team went to work and I was a little nervous because it is a sizable commitment that is hard to visualize. My concerns were eased as I got a couple of progress photos via text message..."this thing is going to be super clean" was my new thought. When I received a call that they were finished, and that I could pick it up, I got pretty excited! I picked it up and could not have been happier with it(they were stoked on it also), which gave me more satisfaction. GREAT JOB TO ALL INVOLVED!!! And thank you! read more

I went to this shop to wrap the side mirrors on my Tesla Y. They assured me they could, and showed me what they would do. The first time it looked fine at their shop, but by evening it had started to peel on a couple of edges. I returned, they agreed it wasn't acceptable, and re-did it with the same vinyl. With an even worse result! I returned and they agreed to do it one last time, in the same vinyl or a different one, or they would remove the vinyl and refund my money. Here's my mistake...I opted for a different vinyl. This time, without advising me, they did a one piece wrap instead of the 2 piece they originally sold me on. Again it looked good straight out of the shop, but peeled back in several places after only one day. I e-mailed them photos and told them they did crap work, and that I would not return since I had already wasted enough time on them. They have not replied. I'm writing off the $150 as a life lesson expense. In the meantime I have watched a few YouTube videos on DIY wraps. Their tech clearly had not, because it is now obvious to me that he overstretched and improperly stretched the material. I have ordered the tools and materials I need ($73) and will do them myself over the weekend. read more

Everyone was courteous and helpful, but what I asked for and what I received were 2 different things. I have a BMW which I wanted a Black Roof wrap. I was told no problem we can do that. All was good with the inspection, review, coordination and approval. What I received was a partial wrap of what was discussed. There was NO communication of "we can't do that" or "this would be better". It was more of get him in and get him out ASAP. As soon as I made a complaint I was told someone will get back to me. No, I had to make another trip to their office myself. Yet kicked out again, I was told the original sales/designer would get back to me. A week later NO WORD! I'm sure they are great for commercial companies, but if you want something done on a personal level, it's up to you to take that chance. All I got to say is "I'll call you back" and never hear from them ever again. Update: 2 weeks later I finally heard from them, again. I get the excuse of I'm sorry I wasn't in the office to help you with your situation. Well apparently the other 20 or so people in the office couldn't pick up a phone or help either. To run a company more than 1 person should be involved with helping out on a problem. The best part about the whole thing is asking me...Me...on how to fix this. The fix or solution should be made by this horrible company! read more

I sent an email request on a Sunday. Called for a follow-up the next day. Spoke to Shelly and she told me she'd call me back in 45 minutes with an answer to my question. Two days later and no reply. These guys did a great job making sure the artwork fit the windows then put in great effort to make sure it was properly applied to my windows. The on-site labor is even more important than the wrap technology. You might be able to find a place on the net to get the wraps cheaper, but it would cost you, in the end. I was totally satisfied with the work they did. read more

Went in today to get information on getting a mesh window wrap for my car and the kindness I was shown from them was heart warming I let them know I needed the wrap in search for a kidney for myself and Shelly out of the kindness of her heart shared a story of some of the things they donate/gift and she offered to help me in my time of need and gifted me my wrap . #desertwraps #Bestof2015 #BESTWRAPS I started to look around the valley for places to help us get great advertising exposure...(starting a small business and making sure your not being talked into a marketing scam that ultimately drain your pockets- IS VERY STRESSFUL!!!) When I found out that Desert Wraps specialized in mobile advertising: I checked them out. Called a number and within an hour I was in their office! Soto and his team made me feel like I was making a right business decision, assisted in designing what I WANTED, and made sure to give me their professional opinion on "what works .vs. what doesn't". What's even better is that they specialize in EVERYTHING A SMALL BUSINESS NEEDS! Flyers, business cards, websites, social media, t-shirts,signs, banners...I truly can go on and on. Thank you Soto, Shelly, Patricia, and Daniel!! No matter how far fetched my ideas were- Desert Wraps told me "skies the limit" to me that's priceless and not just any Advertising business would let you do that! I went to Desert Wraps in hopes of getting my rear bumper wrapped to match the rest of the car to cover some paint defects. The team here could have easily moved forward with the project, told me all would be taken care of and taken my money, however, they were honest and told me that they would not be able to do the job correctly as the paint was too chipped and problematic. They offered great advice, and one employee even accompanied me to the shop they recommended to me for repainting the bumper (which was a 10/10 job, might I add). I did not do business with Desert Wraps, but even then their honesty, professionalism, and customer service went above and beyond. Keep it up! read more

From the start, my experience with Desert Wraps was great. They are a small local business, but leave nothing short in the quality of work they do. This team is top notch! Over the past 5 years of using them, this last experience is what really encouraged me to leave a review. Their communication is gold! Cody over there is so passionate and dedicated. Emails get replied to quickly, calls are always answered, work is done on time or earlier than estimated. Top notch quality work and great communication couple with fair pricing is a massive win and keeps me coming back. They're not the cheapest without a doubt but they're also not the most expensive I've seen. They're always great about disclosing every detail about what you're getting for what you're spending. The value here can't be beat. Thanks desert wraps team for always doing a great job read more

Desert Wrap did a wonderful job on our delivery van. They were very professional and had competitive rates. They stayed on time with our project and took my ideas and created a awesome looking design on the van. We have only had the van a week and have already had sales coming in from customers seeing us drive down the road. Best decision we made to have our van fully wrapped. Our driving billboard. You can't buy that kind of advertisement. read more

Desert Wraps really impressed! I wanted to turn my car a completely different all over color and I just couldn't find a place in LA to do it for less than $4000! It was ridiculous. Worst work ethic I've seen in years. I tried getting a quote for my two vehicles and the sales lady Shelly didn't even call me back!! She obviously cherry picks work, and is lazy enough to think it will just come her way. I don't know about you guys but that makes me feel like they clearly don't want my money? Also speaking with her briefly she threw all these design words at me almost like she was trying to confuse me and make herself seem smarter but I wasn't born yesterday. Anyways I'm glad she didn't get back to me because This is the type of place without set pricing they basically look at you and judge how much money they think you will spend they will charge you thousands of dollars for something you could probably do yourself. We just had Desert Wraps, wrap 2 vans for our automobile dealerships. The entire staff was awesome to work with. We have had many wraps on our service vehicles in the past and this is by far the best job we have ever received. The design was very intricate and required many changes, which they did without any problems. The most impressive part was the design and installers eye for detail. We are extremely satisfied with this company and will be taking another van for them to wrap in the very near future. I would highly recommend this company.
