I dropped my item off then over a week passed and I never heard back until I had to follow up with them to get a status. They proceeded to tell me they were busy and it would still take a few more days but no expected date to have it done. Poor expectations, and definitely don't rely on them to get a job completed as promised!

I stumbled upon JR Graphics purely by accident, but have been searching for a company that would…read morework with me on shirts for my local small independent business. Handyman of the Desert! So the 4 places I inquired about having only 6 shirts made, well all 4 of THOSE places wanted a setup fee up front ranging from $100 to $300 of which is non refundable. When I talked to the gentleman at JR graphics they were extremely kind professional friendly and helpful. There was no out-of-pocket extra expense set up fee nothing I asked if I could get six shirts and they said yes they were done in four days and they cost me $15 each total out the door they look amazing they're perfect and I recommend this graphics and design shop for all of the other businesses small and large they are the guys that know how to take care of their customers and take care of business! !

I found this print shop on Washington at Hovley between the CVS and the dollar store. I had no idea that this business even existed. There are two parts: one is a printer and next door in the same room is a shipping center and postal center that does passport photos, and shipping of all sorts of items. Laura at the front desk took a look at my photos and my text and put together a beautiful flyer for us to hope for a good outcome in finding my neighbor's dog. I had thought that it would take a while to produce the items, but in less than 15 minutes, I had exactly what I needed This will be my printing center and shipping center from now on. I really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism that Laura showed. You can go in and email the content that you wish to have produced, and this Office will become your new best printer friend.

I had used them before for a large sized color print to be framed and was very happy with the results. Axel helped me with my order and noticed that one of my artworks was not on my thumb drive. I emailed it to him when I got home and the sign was ready and came out perfectly. I had many compliments when I brought it with me to a demonstration today in Palm Springs. The cost was a little more than $60 and well worth it because it was lightweight and very sturdy, easy for me to hold up high for long periods of time and would not bend in the wind.
