Their owner Paulden, saved my hyde by completing a home renovation that another GC just couldn't seem to complete. He came in like a tsunami, crushing every problem down in his giant productive solution finding waves, and in no time my place was ready to go and with an excellent finish level. He was also just a fabulous person to work with. Fast forward to summer 2023. I buy a new home an am excited to reconnect and this time start properly with him as GC. After no response to emails, I had multiple less than pleasant conversations with Amber (the only reachable person there), who seemed completely uninterested in helping secure a time for a walk through, didn't call me back as promised, had no news on when he could meet when I did call back, and then disappeared when I continually had the audacity to try to set up a sales appointment? I found this print shop on Washington at Hovley between the CVS and the dollar store. I had no idea that this business even existed. There are two parts: one is a printer and next door in the same room is a shipping center and postal center that does passport photos, and shipping of all sorts of items. Laura at the front desk took a look at my photos and my text and put together a beautiful flyer for us to hope for a good outcome in finding my neighbor's dog. I had thought that it would take a while to produce the items, but in less than 15 minutes, I had exactly what I needed This will be my printing center and shipping center from now on. I really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism that Laura showed. You can go in and email the content that you wish to have produced, and this Office will become your new best printer friend.
