The cost was a little more than $60 and well worth it because it was lightweight and very sturdy, easy for me to hold up high for long periods of time and would not bend in the wind. Daniel at the Cathedral City store took my order for office door signs. I didn't hear back for two…read moreweeks, so I called him to see when the work would be done. He said the next day. I didn't hear back for another week so I called again. Finally an installer arrived with the signs. One was damaged--the edges were chipped. The installer said "that's just from the machine that cuts the signs" and was going to install it anyway. I refused to accept the sign and asked him to take it back and have it re-done. I didn't hear anything for a month, soI emailed Daniel and asked if he was going to re-do the sign or give me a refund. Now it's been three more weeks and I haven't heard anything back. At this point I'm just going to write it off. But I'm p!ssed off enough to take the time to write this review.
