I spend a lot of time on my cards so I want them to arrive intact. Unfortunately, I forgot to put my stamps on the envelopes so I figured I'd just purchase the three stamps here. NEVER in my wildest dreams did I think I'd have to pay THREE TIMES the value of the stamps that I purchased at the USPS office. The non-machinable stamps at the USPS is $1.31 each. I was charged $3.20 here are the Hemet Postal Annex+ 3037 I guess you can say I learned my lesson. I will NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING from this place. I can understand that they are a third party facility, but it seems that as far as shipping fees go, you can actually charge any amount as long as you have someone who will pay. Maybe if the USPS was charging what the third party companies are charging, they wouldn't be going out of business.

That is when I discovered that deliveries addressed to my business were being refused at this location. When I called to address the situation, the employee I spoke with gave me different explanations -- first suggesting there was no box number, then questioning whether my name was associated with the box. Instead of simply acknowledging the issue and helping resolve it, I felt like I was being patronized and given excuses. For someone running a business, this is not a minor inconvenience. Missing and refused mail can cost thousands of dollars, damage business relationships and partnerships, and jeopardize important opportunities. I should not have to track every piece of mail just to make sure the location I am paying to receive it at is actually accepting it. After finally getting to the bottom of what has been happening, I no longer feel comfortable trusting this location with my business mail.
