I needed a rental mail box and the pricing was right and the service exceptional. I recommend Murrieta Postal Center and give it 5 's.

MailWerkz is my go to for shipping but there is so much more. Printing pictures today was so simple and we had great support from the owners, they are so personable and happy to assist. Our pics came out great. They can print any size, shape and even on canvass or a banner. They also can do photo to T shirt which gave me about a million ideas for customized gifts. By the way, they have awesome gifts and cards too. Go check out this great small business, spend with our local owned businesses, it is the right thing to do! Like Wal*mart or Target really need your cash read more

Super friendly and competent service. I had a few PDF files on a thumb drive and was looking for a place that could print them out. This place was super close to my vacation rental. The young man behind the desk was able to get it done quite efficiently and with lots of joy and personability to go boot. I was really impressed! read more

I thought I left a review for this place already, but I guess not. If you're looking to print a document or a photo, a collage, a poster, live scan, or mail something... this is the place to go. Avoid the chaos, the crowdedness. Come to them! I remember Jennifer and Lorraine. Both sweethearts. They know what they're doing! Jennifer helped me print out a big photo for my mother in law's celebration of life. Office depot, did a terrible job. I was stressing out as the viewing was within a few days. I found MailWerkz and Jennifer worked her editing skills and printed out a beautiful photo of my mother in law. Clear and colorful. I have also recommended a few friends of mine to do their live scans here. It's quick and easy. They also apply this moisturizing cream to help capture your prints better. But that's not the amazing part of it. It's really how soft and oil-free your skin looks after putting it. During my visit they weren't selling it at that time. A friend of mine however came in to do her scan and she told me they finally were! read more

I stopped going to the usual place I go to because I feel they started charging me an arm and a leg to do anything there and plus, the customer service was never all that great. I started going here about a month ago and the customer service is above and beyond. Every time I come in, I'm greeted in a very friendly manner and their prices are very affordable. This store will continue to receive my business primarily because of their excellent attitudes from all the employees. read more

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Daniel over at MailwerkZ... I took my son's computer in and had no idea what was wrong with it but it wasn't turning on and he needed it to do homework. Daniel was patient and so kind. He said he would call me in a couple hours since he was busy that day. No biggie... he ended up calling me only 20 mins later to say it was a simple fix and ready to be picked up. When I arrived I asked how much it would be and he said nothing! Super simple fix and only took him 5 mins! It's so pleasant to see such an amazing family owned business who are honest and reliable! I don't know much about computers so who knows how much I would have paid someone elsewhere! Highly recommend going here for all your postal services and computer repairs! Thank you again!! read more

The nicest people in the business. Courteous, polite and helpful. I'd be lost without their help at times. They go that extra mile and the customer service is exceptional. Trust me when I say, I'd rather go here then USPS. They take care of it all. read more

I needed to get my fingerprints taken and found MailWerkZ through the CAgov website. They had the most flexible hours, payment methods and the best rolling fee. I called them to make sure I didn't need an appointment, which I didn't. Lorraine took excellent care of me and was friendly & talkative. The fingerprinting process went smoothly. She knew exactly how to do it. Afterwards, I also sent my paperwork with tracking. From what I could tell, they offer a whole bunch of other services as well such as computer repair, key copying, marketing services, etc. Very versatile store that I will definitely be visiting again! read more

Blatantly rude customer service from the husband on multiple occasions. Very disappointed with the lack of approachable hospitality. In my opinion mom and pop operations should offer the most authentic customer service experience to those that support your business. Each time the wife is approachable and seems to save the day but a negative first impression is hard to overlook when it becomes a pattern. On multiple occasions I have entered the store to use the mail services. Today, I was greeted with a rude greeting of "what do you need" by the husband and as I chose to overlook his small minded rudeness and greet him properly (As a Veteran I choose to show respect in order to receive it back) he cuts me off and then asks me again (what do you need) only to pass me off to the wife. Sure it would have been easy for me to have an alpha attitude back to confront the lack of customer service but it seems that this business owner has some outdated notions that he should deal with because his current way of dealing with customers is detrimental to the business and is a liability. Maybe retirement is necessary because the world is changing and your reputation will be affected greatly. In conclusion, I took my business down the road to another mail supply store and I wouldn't recommend or return based on the pattern of behavior over the past 12 months. read more

Needed a live scan for a new job, called several places in Temecula. All the places gave skechy prices, bunch of BS, one place said $84 just for DOJ. This place was straight about price and what they charge. Good family owned location, honest price and fast service. They have a ton of different services as well. Will be back for all my shipping and mail services, thanks guys! read more

Very little consideration for others. They watched me unload my children, carry them into my older child's preschool and followed me in to announce that I had been parked in their (not just theirs) 10 minute parking spot for too long. I have parked in that spot 3 days a week for more than 6 months and have never exceeded 10 minutes. I arrived early and had a phone call and also had to get 2 other kids in and out of the car and it took more than 10 minutes. But instead of extending grace and realizing that it wasn't a pattern at all. They proceeded to berate me in front of my children, other students, and his teacher. So after loading my kids up, I walked back into their place of business and asked for consideration in the future because I was in fact a customer of theirs as well. Instead of the man who addressed me responding, I was met with 4 other women immediately shouting (not exaggerating at all) "it says 10 minutes, 10 minutes, 10 minutes, we have kids too, 10 minutes" over and over again until I walked out. When I walked out, I also took notice that every single 10 minute spot (at least 5 of them) were open and available. If you need a filthy kids play area or gross complimentary coffee while you handle your mail needs, then I'm sure this place will do. But if you care about supporting quality small businesses who still provide kindness in today's world, I think you should take your mail needs elsewhere. Also, if you've taken the time to read this, the dry cleaning 2 doors down is amazing and kind, even helped me load things in my car once. read more
