Omega Print is amazing! I truly can't recommend them enough. I'm a wedding planner, so last-minute requests from clients are sometimes unavoidable, and the Omega Print team has always been incredibly helpful and accommodating. I've now used them for three weddings, and I absolutely plan to continue working with them! A special thank you to Susan, who took care of me so quickly and efficiently. As a first-time Canva user, I came in with very little experience, and Susan went above and beyond to help me resize all of my designs correctly through Canva. She made the entire process so easy! Today I'll be picking up another order that includes welcome signs, signature cocktail signs, place cards, and more. Everything I've ordered from them has had a clean, professional finish with beautiful, high-resolution printing. Amazing service, great quality, and a wonderful team to work with. As a wedding planner, having a reliable print company I can trust--especially when those last-minute requests come in--is so important. Thank you, Susan and the entire Omega Print team! You have a loyal customer in me! read more

I contacted Omega Print for because the online printer I sent my invitations to kept having problems resizing a file I had sent. I became concerned about how long this process was taking and how much longer it would be before I received the invitations in the mail. Originally, I had planned to support a local business, but the night I finished the design of the invitation, it was late, I was tired, and I figured I would use the recommended online printer. Big mistake! I was at my whits end by the time I contacted Omega Print. Susan helped me and was fantastic!! She resized my file so quickly, and the invitations were finished a day earlier than they had quoted, AND it was HALF the price of the online printer. The invitations are beautiful! Moral of the story: support a good local business and everyone is happier read more

I came here last year to print some documents for an upcoming court date I had regarding custody of my children. The woman that helped me was so kind, I wish I could remember her name, but she had told me that she had also been in my position at one point in time. It was a really stressful time for me and it meant the world to me that she was so genuinely nice. She brought me to tears with her kindness, I will definitely be a returning customer. read more

I had a small project I needed quick, as lots of other stores either could not help me, or let me down and I was on a limited time frame. I called Omega Print and thankfully got a hold of Louis, who said he would help me out. What a relief! He was very attentive, helpful, and patient as I know very little about the printing world, and what can and can not be done. All I knew is that I had a printing job that I needed done, and quick. Louis made the process way easier than anyone else I had talked to, and was willing to work with me. Thank you Louis, and Omega Print! read more

I have been using Omega Print for several years, and I am 100% satisfied! Their print quality is excellent, and their customer service and staff are excellent! Here is one example. Today I brought in a large format printing job, and at first I was informed that Nicole was at lunch, and there would be a wait. However as soon as Nicole saw that there was a customer at the counter, she interrupted her lunch and completed my job within 15 minutes. Many thanks to Nicole for her "above and beyond" customer service! I also have high praise for Paul, the owner. He is a great guy, and he has assembled a great and helpful staff! Highly recommend! read more

Christian took great care of us to copy our order for our BSF BIBLE STUY GROUP. Thank you. God Bless

I've been using Paul and his team at Omega for years for printing our community newsletter. Not only does their talented team do outstanding work but they do everything they can to get my order processed as quickly as possible while still meeting the needs of their other customers. I've also had them blow up a few hi res photos and print them on large PVC panels to hang as art. Nicely done. Also, they're reasonably priced! read more

Had a great experience and will use them for all future prints. Ricardo was so helpful and they were able to help with pricing. I loved the quality and the bright colors of the prints. read more

In love with this place! I was in a little bit of a pickle and they were able to help me out last minute. The women I spoke to on the phone was very kind and assertive with me. Great place for professional prints with a great price. read more

This printing place is alright for being local. They will often print your projects quickly, however if you submit your artwork online it only seems to get completed if you call and make sure it goes through and ask them to print it. Not sure if the online system works as well as its supposed to. I've submitted artwork and waited days for any sort of response. They always promise to call when your project is done but almost never do. I've had several projects that have needed to be picked up on Friday before the weekend but have never gotten on time because they either didn't call or didn't finish then before the end of the day. It's definitely a bummer to have to go to Kinkos to print something last minute, in addition to not being cost efficient. read more

We've found our printing home! Came here twice in two days with some printing/shipping emergencies and they knocked it out of the park. The guys are super helpful and courteous (Shout out to Max). As an Engineering firm (www.WinstonEngineeringLLC.com), getting full size plans printed quickly is essential. read more

This is the place to use for all of your printing needs. I had a relatively small series of jobs for them, they did a wonderful job at a great price and treated me with customer service that was as if I were a $10,000 client. Thank you Luis, for your great service! read more

Super fast! I almost didn't call them because I wasn't sure that they would have my printing done in time. Boy was I wrong, I needed the printing done within 4 days, but they had it ready for me within 24 hours. Great staff, perfect customer service, fastest work in town. Highly recommend! read more

These guys are amazing! They took care of me with a very quick turnaround time when most other places could not do that. Luis was very helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs quality service with a quick turnaround time at a great price. read more

I needed some paper tags printed out, my process took about 4 weeks of back and forth and they're still not what I originally requested. I ordered a few time sensitive items and planned on ordering more, but after printing out some of my and charging me a set-up fee, they've stopped responding to my emails. I would not recommend for small businesses, since the beginning, they mentioned my order was too small, that it may be a big order for me, but it was a small order for them. read more

Great service! On time and swift with requests. They even offer suggestions to bring projects further to life. I appreciate the service and have already referred more business their way. read more

Omega Print is the best print & copy shop in town. I worked in printing for 17 years and with that said I would highly recommend Omega Print. Paul the owner is extremely knowledgeable. After my regular local printer in Lake Elsinore failed three times to properly print a self-produced automotive-themed calendar (color calibration and contrast/brightness issues), I turned to Omega Print & Copy and I couldn't have been more pleased. Paul, Max and Luis couldn't have been more professional, especially Luis who produced three proofs before I was able to approve the final version. Then Luis arranged to get my project the same day and for 15 cents a copy less. Outstanding! Today, many people think a postage store is a printer and in reality, when you get beyond the basics and have a project that requires a real printer, in the Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, Temecula area and have a small to mid-sized printing job, you will not do better than Omega Print & Copy. read more

This company has the best customer service around! Our company loves supporting such a great local business! Maximus at Omega Print always takes care of all our blueprint needs, always with a smile on his face and the friendliest service! read more

This is my second trip to Omega print in Murrieta, CA.. I called for a reorder of business labels, and Luis picked up the phone within 2 rings- no annoying answer machine. He pulled up my info, and I placed my order around 3pm. At 5pm Luis called me, and said my print job is ready for pickup. Excellent Service! Fast, and friendly. Highly recommended. read more

Luis at Omega Print & Copy has not ever let me down. I used to use FedEx Print & Copy on Winchester and they screwed up every order and the prices were outrageous. Idk how they can do what they do in the time they do it or the price they do it for but I don't care. This place is so awesome I can't even tell you. In fact, I almost didn't write this review because I don't want people to know how good they are in case MY jobs take longer as a result. But someone reminded me that was super selfish and so since I never write reviews and would only do so for a company that gives me outstanding service I give you this 5 STAR review. read more

SIMPLY AMAZING! Recently I had a huge project in which Paul, the owner helped me personally. My boss is very particular and he was super patient during the entire process. Besides the great quote he gave us (saving our office a lot), his care and attention to detail is what makes his printing store so different from the rest! Thank you again! read more
