I contacted Omega Print for because the online printer I sent my invitations to kept having problems resizing a file I had sent. I became concerned about how long this process was taking and how much longer it would be before I received the invitations in the mail. Originally, I had planned to support a local business, but the night I finished the design of the invitation, it was late, I was tired, and I figured I would use the recommended online printer. Big mistake! I was at my whits end by the time I contacted Omega Print. Susan helped me and was fantastic!! This printing place is alright for being local. They will often print your projects quickly, however if you submit your artwork online it only seems to get completed if you call and make sure it goes through and ask them to print it. Not sure if the online system works as well as its supposed to. I've submitted artwork and waited days for any sort of response. They always promise to call when your project is done but almost never do. I've had several projects that have needed to be picked up on Friday before the weekend but have never gotten on time because they either didn't call or didn't finish then before the end of the day. It's definitely a bummer to have to go to Kinkos to print something last minute, in addition to not being cost efficient. read more

I needed some paper tags printed out, my process took about 4 weeks of back and forth and they're still not what I originally requested. I ordered a few time sensitive items and planned on ordering more, but after printing out some of my and charging me a set-up fee, they've stopped responding to my emails. I would not recommend for small businesses, since the beginning, they mentioned my order was too small, that it may be a big order for me, but it was a small order for them. read more
