Great place for dropping off your packages! I never have a problem and the process is always so easy. They take packages from almost everywhere including both UPS and USPS. The shop is nicely stocked with all sorts of supplies to help with packing boxes. Although the shop is rather small, they also offer fun and random items for sale. The prices are fairly reasonable and they also sell boxes. The door not only lists their opening hours, but the time for pickups as well. I've used this location for. It's it's postal and notary services. They're always professional and prompt, not to mention reliable. The location is also great as it allows one to make a high value run. I walked out of the US post office today in Murrieta because of the long lines and no help to find the adequate shipping material, I was a little lost and overwhelmed with the crowd and price breakdown. walked into the post annex where I met Todd and Evan. They have no idea what they are talking about. Needed fingerprinting for a Florida real estate license. This place was listed on their website as an approved vendor. The Florida board provided the info I would need to provide. But they told me they needed something else. Called another vendor and they were able to do it with the info provided by the Florida board. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!! That lady is a lunatic. She can barely speak English, and gets insulted when you can't understand her. She is rude and absolutely incompetent. I have been in here several times as its the closest to my house. I have heard the owner ( I believe the older woman with broken English) basically call customers liars when they say they paid less for copies previously... its kind of funny but not ideal customer service. Two separate occasions, two separate individuals.... you do the math. Do not go here for passport photos. If you are applying a passport, or renewal, go to an actual post office. Otherwise, you will get a letter from the State Department, saying the photo can not be used, because the staff do not know how to take correct ones. Because of this, I have to pay for an expedited fee to get my passport just to have it in time for a trip. read more

It is the closest postal place on my way, and that is the only reason that I have continued to go here over the years. However, the people own the place are incredibly mean, just downright bitter. I even saw the lady make a woman cry one time. Like I said though, rude doesn't bother me when it is weighed against the convenience. Although I would never recommend the place to anyone that didn't absolutely have to go there. The prices are insane on anything you buy, and they charge large premiums on some shipping services. A ten cent envelope will cost you two bucks. It pays to have your postage already paid for, and just use the place as a drop off. This place is the most convenient post office for me, but i don't think i will want to come back.. the staff helping me was rude and showing an attitude. I politely asked if she could tape my envelopes ( I was sending a paperback books inside of it) for me and used scotch tape ( which isn't strong, at all! who uses scotch tape?) I asked her to please use packing tape instead and she said that cost .25 cents (Which is another weird thing too because they only take debit for some things and only cash for others). Post Offices are in relatively short supply in the Temecula/Murrieta area. Their hours are limited... much more so than in a big city such as San Diego. Postal Annex, by the Sizzler in Murrieta, practically offers a "mobile office", and their services have really come in handy time and again. The staff is really friendly and nice (Pam and Shy, only two I know by name currently), and are a great help. They're also open until 6:00 p.m., which is great. read more

went to postal annex today to send out some auto parts. the courier proceeded to wrap my item and pack it in a box thats way too big, and added peanuts to it which i did not even ask for. when she rings it up it costs $20, for a lousy wrap job and peanuts which won't even be effective because she only filled it up half way. I told her that i was unhappy with the job, and i will just pay for the box and bring my business elsewhere. she wanted to be compensated for her time she said, so she can't just sell me the box. the owner/manager then comes out from the back and threatens to call the cops if i don't pay, instead of being rational and trying to work out a solution. long story short, the owner needs a lesson in customer service, and the one who packed my item needs a lesson in well....packing! read more

I have been in this Postal Annex about 5 times. Mostly to buy postage. After the last time I was there I just can't go back. The woman who I think is the owner actually told a customer in front of me "Don't come back here" She was so rude to the customer I was shocked. I have seen her be rude before as well. I just can't give her my money when she thinks that little of her customers. There is another woman that works there that is nice but it doesn't make up for the other woman's complete rudeness. Rude, indifferent, and slow staff (I was served by a woman) who ended up not being able to assist in sending a check to the east coast. (Even if she was successful in actually printing up the shipping label, she was going to charge $13 more than if I sent directly from FedEx.) After a frustrating and time-consuming process which was ultimately unsuccessful, I ended up having to drive across town to Fedex in Temecula where I was able to send it without issue. read more

2nd time I have been here. I will not be back. Was using my debit card and the lady told me I had no funds on my card. I knew she was wrong because we just sold a house and I have plenty in our account. So I gave her another card and she told me my cards were bad. I in turn gave her another card and she told me that my cards were bad and that I needed to find a way to pay her. I told her I had plenty of money in y account didn't she think something could be wrong with her system since it kept saying host error. She told me NO, I have had customers all morning using credit, it is you and your cards you have no money. I asked her are you the manager. She said , NO I am the owner. I said , for an owner you are awfully rude. If it says error host that means it is your system not my cards have no funds and she kept telling me , No, I had no funds in my accounts. I told her She was the rudest person an owner I have ever dealt with and I would go next door and get money out to pay for the package they packed for me and pay her. So I did and of course I had no problem with my card next door. So when I told her I had no problem next door with my card, there was no apology from her at all. I paid for my box she packed and she wanted to know if I wanted her to send it for me and I said.. I don't think so, I will drive the extra distance and give the Post Office the money instead of you. This is the 2nd time I have been in your place and been treated rudely and I will never be back. Avoid at all costs, if the owner is this rude watch out.
