My printer was acting up again. I needed to print out a form for my HOA for a new key fob for our pool. I zipped over to fedex to print it because it was needed first thing on a Saturday. I tried to use the self service but I was receiving the code. I asked one of the ladies to print it for me. I was in and out just before the rush came because as I was paying about 8 people came in at once. ( that tells me lots of people in my area use them too)I will definitely use them again if needed because they offer drop off for Amazon packages as well. read more

Great location to have wine shipments sent. Hours for pick up are good and time spent retrieving wine package is minimal. Employees are very nice and helpful. Shipments normally arrive between 2-4 PM and we receive notice for pickup shortly after delivery arrives. Lots of business services offered and some that are self service. Came in after work because I needed to fax some documents. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location has a nice setup and offers many services. Prices for faxing aren't cheap but they aren't expensive either. I paid $6 just to fax four papers so that was alright. A little ways out from the I15 freeway but it needed to be done. read more

I started using FedEx for printing because I had a huge media event coming up for my catering business and I needed new business cards and a banner made up quickly. The banner only took 1 day and looked FABULOUS. And the business cards literally took 2 and a half hours to print and make. I'm SO impressed with how fast they got everything done! My husband and I went into FedEx a few days ago to have a memorial booklet for my mother printed. I stood in line for a few minutes, which was fine, then another employee started talking to me from across the store asking what I wanted done. Her name was Crystal and she told me I'd have to print it myself on their in-store machine. It was a complicated project and I said I just wanted to show it to the staff and have them print it. She looked at my thumb drive and said, "Oh, no, we can't print these. They have to be PDFs and our computer won't even open them." She went on to say it was only her and one other person in the store and they couldn't help me. Her attitude was extremely condescending and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. My husband and I decided to drive over to Staples and our experience there was the complete opposite. The manager of the print department took the thumb drive and converted the documents easily, having us come behind the counter to get the documents in the correct order, then offering us suggestions on the best way to proceed with the project. The booklet came out beautifully, thanks to Ken at Staples on Temecula Parkway. Forget FedEx --- just head to Staples --- you'll be happy you did. read more

I came here to pick up a package and there was 4 people ahead of me. There was only one guy at the counter and I can hear a lady in the back on the phone. People are waiting over 20 min or more. They need more people or have someone come out from the back to assist the lines. After waiting forever, I left because he didn't even finish that one customer and I still had to wait for 3 more. I was getting invitations printed for my son's birthday earlier this week and trying to do it on line for in store pick up. I'm down in Fallbrook so it was a bit of a drive but this was the closest location. The fed ex website was being super glitchy and wouldn't let me complete the order. I decided to just head right to the store instead. Let me just say that the two ladies working (I think one was named Maria) went above an beyond to help me get my order placed and even printed the invites out for me right then and there so that I wouldn't have to drive all the way back from Fallbrook later that afternoon when the online scheduler said they would be ready. I've been to a lot of copy places and this was by far the best service I've had at one. Way to go ladies :) read more

I've never had to ship a large item before. I had called this location earlier in the day to ask if someone would be able to help me carry it from my car. I spoke with a guy named Trever and he was very nice and yes that he would be able to help. When I arrived Trever greeted me and asked if I was the one who called about the large package. I said yes and he helped me right away and was very professional! His service was also very fast and efficient. After my transaction, I ended up having to come back a couple min later to get a refund and take my package back due to the seller not wanting to reimburse me for the amount I'm paying to send it back! I decided to try to sell this item on fb market place or offer up. Going back into the store, Trever was very understanding and helped me take it back to my car after he issued me a full refund. These guys do the job if you need shipping, copying, faxing or any other type of office-related work done. BUT, and this is a big BUT, it is really hard to get over how much they charge for the most basic of services. They wanted $40 to print a 16 page document in color. Whaaaaa!!!!???? Highway robbery much?! Also $1.49 per page to fax... to a local #. Sheesh! Thankfully I don't have to run back to the 1990s very often for people who still like to receive faxes. This is the second time I tried to have something completed at this store. This is the second time it wasn't completed in a 24 hour period. I'm not really sure what the problem is. The first project wasn't done correctly and I had to return the next day to pick it up. I have a weird feeling that when I return to pick this up tomorrow....it will be wrong and I'll probably have to wait another day to have them redo it. So sad. This review is based on my recent experience with the staff at fedex, when i had a problem with a printer the gentlemen did help me. I paid for 10 eight by 10 photos. The last photo came up short (4 x8). I waited Ten minutes until they sent some women from the back counter who was doing another task. When I tried to explain what the issue was she cut me off and said i would have pay again and was Rude to me. I paid for another copy and left the store. As a customer we pay for the service and to be treated like we are bothering them is completely wrong. I will not come back to this establishment. read more

This morning I imagine I was the first person in FedEx, I was ignored by the girl behind the counter I grabbed the cart I went outside got the package went back in the door and was ignored until I got up to the counter and she said she would be with me in a bit. I was the only person there, she didn't say hello she didn't say good morning she didn't say anything, her name is chanterelle she has a horrible attitude. Chanterelle if you don't like getting up early in the morning get a job where you don't have to get up early in the morning, if you don't like working with the public get a job where you don't have to work with the public but don't effect the customers at FedEx office who use this place on a regular basis with your bulshit attitude, after awhile you just become a bad fungus with a pretty name. read more

This review is solely based upon the invitation printing service and wonderful customer service I received from Maria. I designed invitations on Etsy and needed to find reasonably priced printing for them. I was referred to FedEx by a friend, but when I tried ordering myself, I came to the conclusion it was over budget. I called in for help, hoping there was something more I could do to get the price where I needed it to be and get the right size print, which I could not figure out online. (FedEx.. time to work on your site UX lol) She helped me navigate the ordering process, get the size I needed and saved me some money! She answered my 5+ phone calls with a friendly and helpful tone every time and really made me feel taken care of. Thank you for your patience and help Maria! Zero stars. The guy here ignored everything I said -- the date I wanted my package to arrive, and that I needed to add a value. He handed me back the receipt, with the wrong shipment date and zero claim value and walked away. I tracked the package to 3 locations, as I was not comfortable that this guy got it right -- and sure enough, the package was lost in New Mexico at a FedEx facility where it was scanned it. I have been told conflicting information by fedex about where the package was and they have really lost my confidence over this. I have spend hundreds, if not thousands shipping and printing here -- but will never do business with them again. read more

After an extremely long day and my printer dying on me - I rushed to this store for help. First I was told they can't work with Apple formatted products (really?) then when I asked for time to make some adjustments on a non Apple formatted version I was told no- store was closing at 9pm and I had to leave. Instead of giving me a few minutes and offering to help (even after I told her how important this was and why I came there) she said "I get in trouble if any customers are here after 9pm". Really?- there was you and me in the store..... who was going to know if it was 9:05 when I left. If you ever need help and it's close to closing -Find someplace else. They only are worried about watching the clock so they can go home at 9pm..... if that's the case - why not just lock the doors at 8:45pm and say we close at 9pm so there is no way we can help you with anything in 15minutes". The worst FedEx location I've ever visited. I'm in FedEx locations Nationwide and the manger here has very poor customer service skills. EVERY time I've been here they try and tell me that the perfectly good boxes that I bring in are in poor condition and they try and sell me new boxes or even if it's a factory- packed box, they tell me it needs more packing material.....for a fee. I even called FedEx corporate one time to see if this is FedEx policy....Turns out, it isn't and they made the manager call me back to apologize. Guess she didn't learn her lesson because they still do the same old stuff. Ive finally had enough and won't be back........The Winchester location doesn't do this and they respect the customer and are much faster. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to the Winchester location. read more
