This location at one time was great the staff was always kind and more than willing to help customers with any issues. Not now ! Last few visits here I noticed the staff are always fighting among themselves and today I witnessed it first hand again . If your help requires the worker to step outside the counter they behave disrespectful and rude . Some folks have disabilities and a simple common task like sending a e mail can be confusing and require help to complete. This staff working in this office on Winchester in Temecula has made it very clear don't even bother them asking for assistance . It's a shame because this location at one time was a pleasant experience . The store now is always dirty and not well kept . Floors need vacuuming ect. I can't recommend this location I hope they can change the staff up and remind them a simple act of kindness to there customers goes a long way read more

I come here often because it's close by. After this visit, I will no longer even try. They have "new" printers. I needed to scan documents. The first machine was out of order. The next one, would time out. After 5 minutes of trying, I went to the next available one. Same thing. It timed me out! Another person needed to scan his documents and when he asked an employee, the response we got was "the printers are slow today" I left and went to the FedEx on Temecula Pkwy. I was able to scan and email my documents the first try! read more

WOW. What amazing service here tonight (1/29/25). Really appreciate the guy I worked with tonight really going out of his way to help me out and figure out how to print and scan the things that I needed so they look great and will present really well to my team. Definitely recommend coming here for your scanning and printing needs. Great value here as well where I spent less than 15 bucks to get everything done and looking fantastic. I ended up picking up a cool book here as well since they had a small selection... Surf When You Can was a great read, so whoever is making the book selections here does a great job. Lots of great food in the same parking lot if you want to cruise down and get some tacos or a great! Burger or coffee here. 10/10 I recommend coming to FedEx office. read more

Geri was absolutely amazing! When the bride's original wedding welcome sign didn't arrive on time, we were in a panic to get a replacement. We needed a rush order, which was stressful--but Geri came through and truly saved the day! Not only did she create a beautifully cut piece, but she also delivered it ahead of schedule. Went in to print up some flyers for my son, apparently the "Lead" person a female, was the only one that could assist, but she never bothered to even greet us. She was informed once that we needed her assistance, she looked at us and went to put a hole puncher away, then returned to her computer and proceeded to do something on it....still had not greeted us. A second person, male, who was vacuuming went over to her and notified her that we were standing there waiting to be helped, she mumbled something to him and continued on her computer.....still did not greet us or inform us that she would be with us soon. Just ignored us. So we left, went across the street to Staples, where we were promptly greeted and provided with excellent customer service. The flyers were done within 30 minutes. I went to this location today to get a passport photo. Alyssa helped me. She said they did not have any USB ports to save the photo to, which is required to take a photo. She said they were backordered?? funny. I called another location that I'm headed to in a few minutes and they said they have them and they are not back ordered. So somebody is lying. I also asked can I just buy one in the store and you can save it to that so she had to go and ask someone she came back and said yes we think we can do that but she didn't know which one I was supposed to buy. Don't go to this location, it's a bunch of kids that don't know what they're doing. FedEx why are you in the passport business when you don't know what the heck you're doing? Also, If I was a manager and I was truly out of USB ports for passport photos, I would go and borrow some from another location until I could get my shipment in and don't tell your customers that they are back ordered when you just forgot to order them and you know it. It's hit and miss here. Needed a booklet printed. Their prices aren't cheap. Was given the wrong cover sheet which was clearly stated on my order. Because the employee made the mistake/their error, my booklet was placed on their counter to be fixed. In the meantime another customer was dealing with his order being incorrect because the employee admitted she didn't pay attention. I stood there for almost 10 minutes waiting for my booklet to be fixed. They "forgot" I was standing there. Finally my booklet was fixed but given to me with the comb placed incorrectly. Sigh. They seemed frazzled, forgetful, and appear to not have enough employees. I gave one star because they were nice. But what customers need are correctly printed orders, and apparently several customers had their orders messed up here. Seems like you either catch the competent employees or the incompetent ones depending on the day... read more

Great service, fast and efficient. Do check your printouts, had an issue with my passport renewal printed application (layout cut off barcode on 2 pages) and passport pic was rejected. Luckily they redid both at no charge. Other services did not encounter any problems, do recommend this location. read more

Went here a month or so ago for a passport photo. I had gotten one at a UPS store and it was rejected. I decided to come here for a retake and the manager went to extra effort to make sure my photo was just right to make sure I felt comfortable with it. They use a special system to double check that photos would pass. UPS just used a small camera , but Fedex was so professional that I highly recommend them for a passport photo. My photo passed and I have received my passport. read more

People will acknowledge you, but I don't believe that the employees are trained well enough to help you out. I went out with my phone thinking I could print some thing, but the file was too large and long story short. They didn't know why it didn't work and told me to save my copy to a flash drive or go to the website which they didn't know how to use and I went home and figured it out that you can't really print large files from your phone. That information would have been useful and should be standard practice for employees to advise otherwise again the company needs to invest in training so that the staff is more knowledgeable. They all look like they're overworked and super busy not very warm environment as far as employees go. read more

Had a disaster experience with this location shipping a golf shirt and wind breaker as a gift to customers in Madrid. First the FedX website "estimated" my shipment as $52.00 for service, however at the facility the worker calculated $142.00 which I questioned, but the worker assured me there were additional "fees," so I paid. The worker complained that his printer wasn't working and he needed to switch printers but was unable, so he cancelled the transaction and started over. He asked the value and I said it was a gift, and the value was minimal so he indicated $1 value. When the package arrived in Spain (scheduled for 3 day delivery) it sat in customs for a week (not a FedX issue), but when the driver delivered the package, he demanded 64.16 € in duty fees/taxes! For a gift! I returned to the FedX office to get an explanation, the employee said he had "no idea" (his words) how to solve the problem. However, he took my info and said he would have his manager, Gabby (sp.) call me. This never happened despite my attempts to reach him/her. Our customer called, and said they would pay the additional fee, but told us that there should've been no tax charged, so they paid the tax, and we reimbursed them. We were embarrassed. In the end, the episode cost $250! We're a global social media firm who ships worldwide. We are dropping FedX, and moving to UPS. No thanks FedX Temecula! Terrible service. 0 stars. read more

Every time I try to print at self serve here there is some sort of obstacle. Today I had a jpeg file of a birthday invite for my son. I needed 1 printed for the one person that I couldn't send an e-invite to. The self service machines were only capable of scaling the image to the size of the page (8.5"x11") despite there being a resize option on the menu. I asked an employee for help and was told that I would have to print a full size image and then copy it to scale it down, (which I know degrades the quality quite a bit, she didn't seem to know that). I said that wouldn't work and she referred me to full service. The full service employee immediately treated me like an interruption instead of a customer. When I explained my needs she informed me that there was about $10 in fees before the printing prices even came into play. $10+ for one print! And with a rude/unhelpful attitude. I took myself to a Office Depot instead. They printed 4 invites for me for me in less than 2 minutes for about $1.50. And they were friendly! I know where I'm going next time. read more

Been coming to this Fedex to get support for stuff that I can't do it at my home office. The staff is always friendly. They provide so many complementary accessories that you don't think about until you get in. It's wonderful when I have kids school projects or court documents that would require more professional tools. They have it all. Jeri was a lifesaver when I needed to print a journal for my son and she help direct me to have it bonded. So glad we have these services available to us! Because some agencies (inexplicably) still use fax as a primary contact method, I swung by my local FedEx office to take care of my business. An associate showed me how to use their self-service machine to get my fax where it was going (the process was surprisingly easy and unfussy), and within minutes I had completed the step necessary and thought I'd be on my way. The agency to which I was sending my information had technical problems, and after a few tries, I was frustrated, to say the least. A kind gentleman (I later learned it was the District Manager, Brian) approached and asked if he could help. I shared my situation, and he asked if the staff could try a different method. He requested that two associates, Gaby and Sheri, help me out. Over the next 10 minutes or so, all three employees tried everything they could think of to get my fax where it was going. Ultimately, those efforts were unsuccessful, and I needed to send the documents via mail instead. This one small issue became a team effort to help me; while I ultimately ended up using a completely different service to complete my task, I found the assistance provided to be above and beyond what one might anticipate. Gaby and Brian were in the middle of a walkthrough when they approached and offered help. Sheri was working on no fewer than three other projects when her assistance was requested. Not once did any of the three make me feel as though I was a bother or that they were begrudging in their offers of help. I appreciate that they were willing to go so far to help, even though it would have been completely appropriate for them to continue on without taking notice of my issue. Thank you very much, Gaby, Sheri, and Brian, for taking the extra time to help. You turned my frustration into gratitude and a reminder to be good to others, no matter how small the gesture! read more

I shipped a bicycle recently and Fedex's employees were super! Instead of selling me high priced packaging materials to pack the bike they suggested simple paper which they stuffed into the box and then taped it up for me!
