I requested for LiveScan. Please note UPS Store charge a service fee in addition to the charge required by the agency requiring it. Example: if the agency charges $49, it will be collected by The UPS Store plus the $30 as their service charge. Thus, a total of $79. Knowledgeable staff, friendly, but a little aloof. Their smile would definitely help customers be at ease, possibly inquire for more services. I wanted to ask about their printing services after the LiveScan but did not bother because it felt like the staff want customers to be in-out fast. read more

I have a mailbox here for my business so that they can receive packages for me. Unfortunately, it's not as convenient as I had hoped. I was expecting several shipments which I had tracking on. Once I received notification from all my orders that they were delivered AND received a text from UPS I went to pickup, but when I arrived they were rude. Apparently they had only checked in one of my several packages and told me I would need to wait for the rest. Not "wait a moment" while they checked...they had me leave and wait until I received a new text. The text happened to come just after I arrived back home. Really? Wow - really amazed by the amount of people that work in customer service and have no customer service skills- I walked in to this UPS store - the young girl at the counter looked liked if she hated her job, not friendly at all just looked at me like if she was bothered that I walked in right before closing didn't say a word - train your employees better .. ..Well- first and last time there, I thought it was convenient because it's on my way to work and our company does a lot of business shipping but I'd rather just drive up Murrieta Hot Springs to the Postal Annex by Vons where I always get above and beyond customer service and people are actually happy and helpful. read more

Do not come here If you need to scan a document and email it to yourself. it's just wild to me that I had them scan a document for me because my printer was giving me an issue and I had to get this document out in a hurry. It literally took them two seconds and they charged me $30 for it. my fault for not asking how much they were going to charge I just assumed maybe 3 to 5 dollars to scan a document and email it to me, not 30. She didn't tell me until after the fact when the job was already done. It really is blowing my mind that they would charge $30 to scan a document and email it. I came in here to drop off a frontier router and return something from Amazon, and the associate was soooo nice! I didn't get a name and the receipt didn't have her name from what I could see. She was a younger African American lady. She was so friendly and geninuely sweet and helpful and you don't see that very often anymore. Most people seem annoyed to help you but from the minute I walked in, she greeted me, asked how my day was going, helped me with the router and I asked her if it was possible to print out a label for the item to be sent back to Amazon and she said yes and helped me send it to the email address. She gave me all the receipts and then a coupon to return for shredding services. If I need anymore services, I'll for sure come back. Give that girl a raise! read more

Last week I came into this location to ship out 3 packages for my customers. The lady that helped me was employee # 259191, she was not friendly at all and then she put the wrong label on my packages. She clearly is very careless and this has costed me money and now my customer has to wait until the other customer sends the product back to get hers. I thought I made it pretty simple by putting all the labels on top of the right packages but she seemed to even mess that up. Very disappointed in the service that was provided. read more

I've been coming here for years and have always been impressed by their customer service. Today there were 2 young girls, Jonah/Lyda or Lydia (16-17 yrs old maybe) and they were both incredibly aggressive/rude. Perhaps they've never worked in a customer service position, but they most likely aren't prepared to work with the public yet. Unkind attitude, disdain in their tones, one actually yelling at me publicly with customers in line behind me, when I told her that this was unprofessional. I told her I would be notifying the store & she is telling her response as I'm trying to leave the store "GOOD! I hope you do!!!" I was in shock. Every time I come in, no matter how busy they are, I'm always greeted when I come in the door and helped almost immediately. I would give zero stars if possible. I sent a package to my family in Texas. It was very expensive so I insured it and set signature required. All the information printed on the label to include recipients phone number was correct. I spent $85.00 to send this package. About a week past when I was contacted my my family stating they had not received it. I gave them the tracking details and they found that it had been sitting at some pick up location and was then being sent back after seven days. Now the problem is there was no notice on the door of a missed delivery. Security cameras indicated no one arrived at the location on the date they implied they did, and they didn't even try to reach them by phone. Once the family understood what was happening they notified me that the package was being returned to me. Got a call from this UPS store (also where I shipped from stating the package was there. When I went to secure the package and try to redirect it was thrashed (see pics). The store counted the manager who stated not our problem and take it up with UPS. I pointed out that the logo on the store is ups and I needed this corrected But they declined to help. I did not get a refund for the shipping nor a new box nor any offer to resend. Came to drop off a package and the woman working the counter by the name of Solange was extremely rude and pushy. I simply wanted to make sure I was sending everything correctly and she was absolutely no help. I will avoid this location at all costs in the future. The only advantage of using this place and the one on Clinton Keith (Wildomar), is that it is open on Sundays. This place was closed on May 8. All other retail establishments are open on Mothers day. Myself and an elderly woman walked up at 5:58 on the pouring rain and their door was already locked and employees were still at the registers. Knocked and they shook their head no. This rude customer service is not necessary. I was upset for myself but even more upset for the poor older lady who had just shuffled all the way across the parking lot in the rain while carrying a huge box. It was one inch too big for free tape so they charged me for my return! when I asked if I could decline the taping so save from being charged he said he would decline my return. Just felt taken advantage of. I gave in. Paid for the tape and thought I would mail a small cube shaped package to my friend in HI. It barely weighed a pound the box is small 8 imuch but 8 inch cube. They wanted to charge me over $80!!! It's $30 at the post office. I needed a Live Scan for the DOJ so I could renew my nursing license. The state website indicated that LIVESCANS were available until six o'clock. After I arrived at 5:30.... waited in line for 15 minutes, a clerk with an African accent told me that she could not process my Livescan because they were closing in 15 minutes!!!!!! I was like what????? I told her that the state board listed their business as processing live scans until 6:00pm!!!! It was not MY fault they had a line out the door, it was not my fault they lied to the state when submitting their hours of operation. I could have gone somewhere else!!!!! This is a BIG inconvenience due to a lazy worker!!!! I told her I was going to contact the state and ask that their business be removed from their website... she said "Okay". I left, I won't be back, and I'll tell the other nurses not to come here either!!!! read more

So again I come here because it's super close but here it is on a Saturday, there is one worker and she doesn't even greet anybody, no, "I'll be right with you", "sorry guys about the wait" I'm trying to go as quick as I can, NOTHING. She actually acts like she's bothered that there's so many people in the store. She also let another lady who said she was not in line go in front of 3 of us who have been waiting at least 15 minutes. I think the owners are getting too old to run this business, and the employees that they get are just rude and don't want to work so maybe it's time to sell. Worst experience. Extremely rude black female with bleach blonde hair who acted as if she owns the store. She had an attitude from the time she helped to time I left, I came in for a big return, had all QR code ready, and everything in its original packaging, with the exception I did not have QR codes readily available for the two last package. Before she started I apologize that I had so many returns. No response and the attitude begun. As she starts to scan the QR codes, she told me with attitude that next time if I come in with boxes they need to be taped or else she will need to charge me. She was irritated and started to throw all the packages on the floor as if to make a point to me. Never have I had this problem before. She could have just asked me to remove all items from the boxes, instead of giving me attitude and being rude and continue to be rude. Needless to say I was with a child who had to witness this. Towards the end, when I had to pull up the last two QR codes, she printed out the receipts tossed it at me and serviced another customer. Before leaving I told her there is no need to be rude and she said that I was not prepared when I was except for the last two packages then as I walked out continue to speak loudly and poorly of me, I did turn around and said if she had something to say to me she should have not to everyone in the store behind my back. My family and I have had our box here for 11 years. The staff New and Old have ALWAYS been super helpful. The have had their (many) handfuls of rude customers and have handled situations so gracefully when many would have exploded. When it's really busy they try and pump through the line as quickly as possible while still giving each customer in front of them the attention they need during their visit. Not happy with the "international" phone service, the website that kept dropping my tracking number, or the store in Murrieta. This year, I shipped 2 packages to the same address and neither was received according to the recipient. I went to UPS on Washington in Murrieta. They had No record of transaction. I was told to call this 800 number, which I did, to find the packages. Today I reached a robot person reading from a script, who told me to go on line and file a claim. Horrible site. I could not get that site to work for me - it wouldn't take the tracking number, or send me to the area to file a claim. Because of that, I went to where I shipped the package. Annya decided to take over after I was talking to the worker about my problem. Bossy, know it all. She copied my receipts and info; but oddly said to me: what was it insured for? I said $600. Then she must have looked at the receipt and said no its $400. I said no, one was for $400 and the other was for $200. Duh. Then I was asked can you prove it was worth $600. I said yes, in a definite tone. She copied all the paperwork I had. She said she would file the claim for me, and get back to me. We will see. If that were true why when I was in this store before, didn't the worker offer to file the claim for me? BTW she said manager was gone all week (how convenient). read more
