I have been here a few times. It is a very convenient location and the store layout is typical…read morewhich makes it easy to find things. My biggest gripe is the printing area. The printers are almost always out of service and the staff there is useless, rude, and lacks accountability. I had a printing job submitted and I received a call which required me to come in to help explain to them what I wanted/what their website was telling them to do. The staff recommended i do it another way so I came back the next day and things were missing, tabs weren't labeled, and my double sided document became single sided making it 3-4in thick! The staff blamed me for not correcting them even though they recommended me to XYZ to remedy the issues, then the manager blamed the website saying they weren't even supposed to put tabs in it, and then they went back to blaming me for all the issues. I ended up walking out and told them i'm not paying $100+ for something that is messed up. The manager was upset that I didn't want to pay but I would highly recommend never pay upfront at this location until you see the product. If i paid beforehand i am almost certain they would have told me to deal with ut.

There was a long line, which I completely understood, and I was prepared to wait my turn. However, once it was my turn, I felt rushed, impatiently treated, and made uncomfortable by the way I was spoken to and treated. I needed Wi-Fi to access and print my package labels, and instead of being given a little guidance, I was repeatedly asked if I was ready and told that if I wasn't, I should step out so they could assist the next customer. I understand that other customers were waiting, but I was also a customer who had already waited in line and was trying to figure out a process I had never done before. What bothered me most was the attitude. The facial expressions, sighs, noises, and overall body language made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer who simply needed a little assistance. I understand that working with a long line can be stressful, but that should not come at the expense of treating customers with patience, courtesy, and professionalism. Eventually, I had to ask, "Is this how you treat your customers?" because I genuinely felt uncomfortable with the way I was being treated. This is a government office where people come to receive a service, and I expected a basic level of professionalism and respect. I'm sharing this review because I hope other customers are aware of the experience I had, and more importantly, I hope management takes this feedback seriously. People come into the post office with different levels of experience, and not everyone knows exactly what to do the first time. A little patience and willingness to assist would have made a huge difference. I left feeling very disappointed with the experience and the customer service I received. I came in around 2:56pm to be exact and it was both girls ( older woman's ) who were in the front that were awfully rude, they do not care about giving no good customer service, will not go here again.
