I'm very disappointed with the customer service I received today. This was my first time shipping out orders that I had sold, so I came into the post office knowing I would probably need some assistance. There was a long line, which I completely understood, and I was prepared to wait my turn. However, once it was my turn, I felt rushed, impatiently treated, and made uncomfortable by the way I was spoken to and treated. I needed Wi-Fi to access and print my package labels, and instead of being given a little guidance, I was repeatedly asked if I was ready and told that if I wasn't, I should step out so they could assist the next customer. I understand that other customers were waiting, but I was also a customer who had already waited in line and was trying to figure out a process I had never done before. What bothered me most was the attitude. The facial expressions, sighs, noises, and overall body language made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer who simply needed a little assistance. I understand that working with a long line can be stressful, but that should not come at the expense of treating customers with patience, courtesy, and professionalism. Eventually, I had to ask, "Is this how you treat your customers?" because I genuinely felt uncomfortable with the way I was being treated. This is a government office where people come to receive a service, and I expected a basic level of professionalism and respect. I'm sharing this review because I hope other customers are aware of the experience I had, and more importantly, I hope management takes this feedback seriously. People come into the post office with different levels of experience, and not everyone knows exactly what to do the first time. A little patience and willingness to assist would have made a huge difference. I left feeling very disappointed with the experience and the customer service I received. I came in around 2:56pm to be exact and it was both girls ( older woman's ) who were in the front that were awfully rude, they do not care about giving no good customer service, will not go here again. read more

Not coming back. "Under new ownership" you can't send mail directly through UPS. You have to purchase a booklet of stamps which they charge $6.10 for. I had to buy a whole packet (pack of 4) stamps to send one standard letter. I was a regular here, spending only $1.35 each time I had to send a standard size letter. I had to drop a star on my visit today, unfortunately. I was greeted on arrival. For the most part, everyone did try to help. My daughter came in for a Live Scan. She was told to wait about 10 minutes. She waited near where the lady was fingerprinting someone. Someone else came in for Livescan and waited near the register. Low and behold, when the lady said Live Scan? That lady jumps right in! Now the 10 minutes becomes 20 minutes. A new girl comes and helps. I mentioned that we were skipped. No apology, nothing. But the limitations parking issues aside, this UPS Store is fast. It offers two lines next to each other and a third line (on the left) dedicated for Amazon Returns. All the employees here are friendly and seem incredibly speedy. I love, love, love this UPS for many reasons. The store is clean, has many employees (which is great because they are very busy and usually you can walk right in, take care of you business, and leave in a manner of a few minutes, and has all the shipping/packaging supplies that you may need. However, the #1 reason this UPS location is amazing is due to a young man named Daniel. I was carrying a large, somewhat heavy package and he immediately offered to carry the package to the register. I am a senior citizen and was grateful for his concern. He must be the "Go To" person, as other employees approached him with questions while he was helping me. No worries, he was able to answer their questions and continued assisting me at the same time. He is truly an amazing customer service representative and UPS is fortunate to have him as an employee. read more

I don't really make reviews unless it's customer service is involved. The young kid (boy) working there this morning at 9:24am was so rude! I brought in my package to return from Nike. No one greeted me, he gestured with his hands for me to come as if I was inconveniencing him. Then proceeded to tell me "you know you need to tape this, we charge $1." I said "oh, ok that's fine you can charge me." Then he proceeded to roll his eyes and say "that's fine." Should have just dropped the dollar at the counter and left. Staff apparently NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE when it comes to shipments. 2 different occasions I paid for next day delivery (WHICH IS NOT CHEAP). I went into the store to drop off a box that was already paid for, and i do what i always do and follow the sign that says "Use both lanes". Well when i used the one lane, this young boy kept calling everyone in the other lane, finally i spoke up and with a slight attitude he claims that sign was only put out there for the holidays (lies cause the sign has been there before) and that everyone else was there before me. If i knew they were only using 1 line i would have stood in the 1 line. Don't have a sign that says use 2 lanes if you're not going to use both lanes, and definitely don't give the customer attitude for following the directions on your sign. A young girl demanded that I wear a facial screen AND a mask today in this UPS Store. I wear a full face shield because I cannot breathe well in a mask. I have never been asked to wear more than my face shield during all of covid. This girl was very rude and her actions show the hysteria and ignorance which abounds surrounding covid. I've been here several times before. I've received bad attitudes from the start, from two separate employees. One of them, a male, started it again with me. Lashaun must have noticed something. A look on my face, perhaps. He jumped in, and took over in helping me ship a box. Where the guy with the snooty attitude redirected his attention to some other poor soul. I want to commend Chris for his patience, and great customer service each and every time he waits on me- which is quite a bit. Just today, I had a difficult time pulling up my Amazon returns thingy on my phone for him to scan. He was most patient, and helpful. At any rate, I get the same courteous service each time I happen to see him. I must also mention at this point that this location was VERY warm inside. I did get there shortly after opening, so maybe they turned it off for the night? Despite the heat- Chris was very polite and courteous. There's no good reason for the employees to drip with sweat at the counter (he wasn't the only one). I've been a customer for many years and did not like how I was treated by "Munoz" yesterday when I came in to get my incoming package. When I came in, nobody but one other guy was at the counter. I got my mail from my UPS Postal Box I have with you. Then patiently waited on the side to be waited on. I saw associates walkabout and never try to look up. I waited for a while and by that time there was a line forming. When your associate, Munoz saw me she shook her head and said, I need to wait in line next time. I said, I was here before these people. She said, there was a note that was placed in all the mailboxes notifying all box rentals that they need to wait in line to pick up packages? The last note I got was at Christmas when they were overwhelmed and I understood that. We are now in the middle of May 2022. When I opened my box years ago, I was told the perks of having my mailbox and paying the higher fees were for being provided better service by waiting on the side and an associate will get my simple package. I'm not the ones that get 20 or 30 packages. I get 1 or 2 and it's rare to get 3 and it's not every month. So why are box owners now treated as low class and have to wait in line behind people turning in their cable boxes and Amazon returns when they didn't pay a dime for customer service with the UPS Store having a mailbox. I'm speaking for so many more box owners that are upset too with your "new policy"? I asked to speak to a manager and she said there wasn't any. I said the UPS store goes through so many people who's to know what you want from us when I come to pick up my package. I'm NOT waiting an hour or so for others to return goods like a retail store.
