This is the third and final time I'll ever use Teresa at the UPS Store for my needs. The first time she helped me at the UPS Store off of Clinton Keith she damaged items I intended to ship to loved ones for Christmas. She told me she'd "make them fit" in the shipping box provided and crushed two out of three items I had within the box, so much so I had to COMPLETELY REPLACE the two items upon taking my box back to have shipped by USPS. Second time Teresa "helped me" at the UPS Store she was so rude and short with customers even a sweet elderly woman commented on her behavior in the store when I looked at her horrified at how I was being treated. Today, the third and final time I'll EVER use this woman's help, was when she almost completely destroyed my daughter's very first tournament sheet from her huge tennis win. I came into the UPS Store on Scott Rd. excited to get her bracket sheet laminated for her and explained to another how important this piece of paper was. The employee didn't know enough about lamination to help so she handed my daughter's tournament sheet to Teresa, WHO KNEW THE LAMINATOR WAS BROKEN, and Teresa forced the sheet through a cold lamination machine making it look as though the sheet had STRIPES. My daughter cried BUCKETS learning that this had happened. Doing the best I could with the situation, I drove my kids to the UPS Store on Clinton Keith and they fixed her error free of charge, while they were all aghast that Teresa had done that as "everyone knows that machine is broken." The associates were incredibly helpful and understanding of the error made as it looks like Teresa has botched so so so many things before. The owner of both stores truly needs to reprimand this woman as she creates chaos in whatever situation she's involved in. If I see her again, I'll run full speed the opposite way! Don't make the same mistake I have (three times) and trust this woman! She's AWFUL and truly shouldn't be working there let alone be the manager! read more

The manager is NICE but all over the place, excites easily and makes the environment more stressed than necessary. She has A LOT on her plate! their employees are nice except for the one with the green eyes. She always has an attitude but if you're a guy she's extra nice. So that's annoying. I know that they get a lot of business and I am sure it's not a fun job but they can definitely work on their customer service skills and how they interact as well as communicate. this has happened so many times that I had to address it on here hoping that there will be not any type of discipline because I don't think it's to that level but a retraining for interactions. A great example would be Anna, who is ALWAYS professional and kind. Please try to get the others to that level. read more

The business does what it needs to by receiving packages and shipping, etc. but the place ALWAYS smells like a vape shop. Can only imagine the staff are just sitting in there hitting their vapes. Was in on 10/9 around 4pm and it was headache inducing. read more

This location is fast and efficient. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable of all the services they offer. During my last visit the young lady was able to process my outgoing priority box, certified letter, Amazon return and notarize a letter for me. Gotta love a one stop shop. Postal services such as stamps and certified letters cost a tad bit more than purchasing at the Post Office. The only downside with this location is there's barely any cell phone reception. First time here. Needed to purchase a box since the last 2 I got from other stores didn't seem to fit the package. Well I walked in to purchase the box. I also brought my supplies to pack it. And once I paid the clerk asked if I had a return label. I did. He said he'll pack it. Printed a reciept and I was shocked how fast that was. I had no idea. My experience with this location was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!! First time I went there I could not get internet in store to get bar code needed to return my item. I was told rudely to take a screen shot next time and that there wi-fi connection was not very good. I asked if they could use there computer to access my email and print bar code and snap rude response was "Yes there will be charge of 3.00 dollars. Feeling like I was a burden I left with my package returning next day with shipping label to same RUDE tone when asked "How can I help you"! I wont be back!!!! Worst customer service read more

After finishing a semester in school (before COVID hit) I was mailing back rental textbooks. Somehow I'd gotten the opening time wrong, I was early. After walking up to the door with my boxes and seeing they weren't open I was just planning on returning later. The gentleman inside saw me and walked out and said he could help me. He said he gets there early sometimes and was happy to help me send off my books. I was honestly shocked that he'd go out of his way like that. I had a particularly difficult return. The label would not print out at home nor on my granddaughters printer and I was not able to return these items. I took my return to this specific UPS store Today and both the girls in that store were so friendly and so kind and so helpful they both struggled for about a half an hour to try and get my label printed out so it could be used they didn't complain they were boys have a smile on their face they were able to help customers that came in in between me I have nothing but praise for them. Needed to do a lot of copies quickly and The worker there offered to make the copies for me and told me the cheapest and fastest way to send it. I was in and out of there in five minutes and had hundreds of pages to take care of as well as a return . They are extremely efficient and friendly. read more

Horrible customer service at multiple locations in one day. I've dealt with the horrible service at the Clinton Keith location with Carolina before, but my wife got to experience it today and had to go to the Scott rd location because the fax was down and got to experience the young mans horrible service. I'm not asking for anything special, but don't act like me paying for a service is such a bother to you or maybe try a different job. I wanted to thank the manager Teresa for making me look like a hero at my beautician wife's beauty salon. I bought one of those oversized Valentines Day cards and wanted to make sure it arrived during business hours on Valentines Day. The post office employee rolled his eyes at me when I asked if they could assure me it would arrive On February 14th. I almost went ahead and left it at USPS office when I thought about the UPS store where I bring all of my Amazon Prime returns (much more convenient and faster than using Kohl's returns). Teresa told me to bring it on February 12th and she would hold it back from the UPS driver until the following day and it would most likely get there on Valentines Day. I've been a customer, at this specific location, for over 5 years. In that time, I've used their shipping, packing, mailbox, fingerprinting/Live Scan and Notary services. I can say with 100% confidence that I've NEVER had a problem! I can't say that about anyone else! Recently, I had Vincent pack a handmade picture frame....I was worried because it was made with 200 year old wood. A family heirloom. These guys are awesome! Great location, (close to the freeway, starbucks, gas station and the less busy of the Target stores) and friendly staff! The service here has been great since day one! Very friendly and always ready to help. They're a bit more expensive I believe than the Lake Elsinore store- but I could be wrong. Even if they are though, the location is so good it's worth it! They do everything here- mail, packages, faxing, etc! I highly recommend it if you're looking to get a PO box- they not only accept your packages but text/email when they arrive. Plus they have a door key for after hours (mail only) if you need to stop in after work and grab your mail. Absolutely worth doing! Did I mention the service is friendly? :) read more

This UPS store location is GREAT! I started getting all my mail delivered here well over 6 years ago. As a consistant customer i am very pleased with the operation of this business. I have seen one too many mailboxes broken into. I love that i can have a SECURE mailbox delivery place and i dont need to be there to receive packages as they recieve them for me. They simply email me a package has been recieved and i can show up at my convenience and sign for the package. Service is always up to par and kind. Thank you guys!! read more
