They are very friendly and thoughtful. They helped me ship a small piece and gave me a good price compared to others.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is why:…read more 1. After paying the rolling fee which was definitely over $70 for a live scan a little over a month ago I found out it was never processed. I called them to see what happened, but it turns out their number is a personal number? The person who answered was a man who said he was driving his kids to school and couldn't talk, but to check the DOJ website-- very unprofessional. 2. After following his advice by checking the DOJ website, it prompted me to check with the agency that requested the background check (Postal Annex). I called back and he simply said "you have to help yourself." and hung up. Both times he was very defensive as if I was accusing him of something-- very sketchy. EDIT: So the owner was quick to respond to this review, but can't help me or at least respond in a professional manner on the phone. Instead he chose to lie and gaslight me in his reply to my review. I called them four times trying to reconcile the issue-- attached are pictures to prove it (the longest call being 1 minute because he was quick to dismiss my concerns and to hang up on me). So I will not be called a liar by someone who likes playing victim and villain at the same time. I will be reporting this establishment to the Better Business Bureau and to the IRS for fraud and scam. Do not go here.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I recently brought a computer to this UPS store for an ATT/Asturion repair…read moredelivery on special box and packaging provided by ATT. The experience was frustrating from the start. The store is located in a confusing spot between storage units, as handicap it was hard to park. My son initially brought the package inside. A woman working there rudely told him he needed to pay for the box and tape, even though we already had all necessary packing materials and only needed tape to seal it for inspection. My son steeped out of the store and helped me to get out of the car (I'm using a knee scooter) so I could help. She reluctantly agreed not to charge us, claiming she thought it was an Amazon return -- which clearly it was not. She also insisted on using a different box than the one provided by ATT, citing "instructions," which seemed questionable. The package, prepaid for UPS overnight, was not shipped on time (Thursday) and remained at the store with no updates until the following week on Tuesday when I called to complain; and even then, she claimed "unbelievably" she didn't have boxes available -- despite the original packaging being provided. Based on this experience and reviews I've read, this store seems to have a pattern of: * Delaying or loosing shipments * Confusing or incorrect charges for boxes and packing materials * Providing poor customer service -rudeness- * Inconsistent or misleading information -like store hours, need to pay for packaging- Other customers have complained about similar issues for very long time; including lost packages and stores being closed when listed as open. Responses from the owner promising fixes do not appear to result in any real improvement. Next time I will read reviews in advance, I used this store for location convenience but certainly will use the stores at Rancho California and Temecula Parkway where I had no issues, staff is professional and cordial and I don't have to pay for a piece of tape of being charged for packing material unnecessarily. Bottom line: the service is unreliable, staff can be rude or unhelpful, and shipments may be delayed or mishandled or even lost. I cannot recommend this store for time-sensitive or important packages, or may at all. GO TO OTHER LOCATIONS!

I had a terrible experience with this UPS store - I shipped a package that arrived at its…read moredestination torn open and rummaged through and then sloppily retaped - with items missing. I contacted UPS and went through the very detailed process of reporting the problem (that they insist on) - listing contents, submitting photos of the contents and every side of the shipping box - including box number, etc. After all my trouble, they told me I needed to contact the specific store I mailed it from - (didn't take it upon themselves to communicate the problem and pass on all the info and pictures to their UPS store). When I contacted this Murietta/Winchester store, they told me to send the pictures and info. Next in the process, they told me I needed to contact the vendor. I told them, "You are the 'vendor.' This wasn't a package shipped by another company through UPS. It was sent by an individual at your store and stayed within the UPS system throughout the entire process." They said they'd look into it and call me back. No return call, so I called back. They continued to put it off, the one lady went on maternity leave, the next employee said they'd pick up where she left off - many phone calls over many months trying to get some help to pay for the phone that was stolen - or some kind of compensation - and was consistently neglected. I finally let it go - but I have made it a point not to use UPS for my many mailings and shipments since then. I had never had a problem with UPS over my lifetime, but was surprised that when I did, they didn't step up and take responsibility for their mistake. I won't have a problem with them again because I won't use their services voluntarily again. It has cost them (& will continue to cost them) way more than the cost of a (even inexpensive) cell phone worth of business - just from myself and my family. Customer service is not what it used to be - even from long-time companies like UPS. Disappointing.

The PostalAnnex at California Oaks (Murrieta, No. 92563)…read more Murrieta, California. The wide avenues of Riverside County stretch beneath a relentless sun, where strip malls rise like modest caravanserais along the trail. Tucked into one such outpost at 40960 California Oaks Road lies PostalAnnex--a quiet emporium of shipping, printing, and the unexpected. You arrive expecting the usual postal rites: boxes, tape, the faint scent of cardboard. What you discover instead is a pleasant revelation--this unassuming annex offers LiveScan fingerprinting, a service as rare in these parts as a cool breeze in July. Convenient? Exceedingly so. Mere minutes from the highway, sparing one the pilgrimage to distant county offices or sterile government halls. The gentleman behind the counter greets you with genuine courtesy--no hurried sighs, no veiled impatience. Friendly, efficient, almost disarmingly so. The process unfolds with expeditionary grace: forms completed, fingers rolled across the glass platen, digital ghosts captured and dispatched to whatever bureaucracy awaits them. The entire affair? A brisk twelve to fifteen minutes--swift enough to feel like a minor detour on a grand journey. The store itself brims with character: shelves laden with knickknacks, gadgets, greeting cards, and the sort of eclectic inventory that invites browsing. A touch of organized chaos, the mark of a true general store reborn for the modern age. One small quibble--the scanning platen bears the faint fingerprints of previous travelers, a light film that speaks of steady use rather than neglect. Nothing, however, that a quick mist of Purell cannot remedy (bring your own, or politely request; either suffices). Service requested: LiveScan fingerprinting. Quality: swift and personable. Value: exceptional, given the rarity and proximity. In a landscape where such services are often distant or dour, this PostalAnnex stands as a welcome surprise--an oasis of convenience and cordiality. One leaves with clean records (eventually) and a lighter step. Yes. Most certainly.
