Went there to mail a return and presented the person behind the counter the address. They recommend a method of shipping that does not deliver to a P.O. box. Now my package is lost and I am no longer eligible to return it even if it is found. The guy at the counter was nice but when he asked for help a stinky old dude came up and gave me a refund for shipping. I know why didn't I buy insurance? Cause I went to a " professional " got tracking and have never had this problem before. Everyone else I ever dealt with knows their job. Bottom line. Don't trust those place. Never trust someone that stinks. read more

I was staying at my aunt's place for a week for a little getaway. However, it wasn't the kind of vacation I was hoping for since my aunt kept asking me to do her favors and help her run errands. I'm glad I could help her, but oh man I was stressed out all weekend! But one thing she had me do that I didn't mind at all was helping her out with shipping packages. I stopped by this place twice during the week and on both occasions, I had great experiences! The service was quick and the people working there were so helpful and friendly that they just really made my day! Maybe I'll visit my aunt more often now lol. read more

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Postal Annex. I brought my package in for FedEx shipment, but they refused to give me a receipt. Now there's no valid tracking for my package. It feels like they are keeping packages to sell and profit for themselves. This place is clearly a scam! Do not trust these scammers with your packages. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I have already reported this to FedEx. Hopefully they'll be removed as a certified shipping for FedEx. read more

I went here to have my house keys copied and it was quick and the quality was great. If you ever need your keys duplicated I would go here instead of a kiosk at Walmart or home depot read more

The service here is great! All the staffs were very friendly and informative! I helped my friend move to Temecula over this past weekend and was looking into renting a u-haul. After going to a couple of shops, I came across this postal shop and was informed that they provided this service. I'm unfamiliar with the process but the staff was kind enough to take their time to explain it to me! I was able to rent a u-haul for a very affordable price compared to other places I visited! They upcharge heavily for postal services. Like $9 more for a flat rate usps envelope. Really regret going here instead of the post office or the UPS store. The service was certainly not worth the ridiculous upcharge. I do not recommend this place for postal services at all. Also, overheard the charge for a customers b/w one page print and can tell it's extremely expensive as well. I'd recommend staples or Office Depot for prints (or even shipping) instead. read more

Avoid yourself the trouble. I came in to drop off an envelope for a return with a QR code. The kid working there informed me they didn't have a QR scanner and I needed to email them the return label. He provided me the email and printed out the label for me. I asked for a little tape for my envelope and he gave me a little plastic insert. I was like ok cool thanks for your help. He says to me it's .50¢ I said oh... okay,... I guess lol and the RUDE ASS Asian lady behind the counter said NO! It's $2.25! $2.25 for what?? She says, the email service and the printed label. Not one time did they tell me those things had a charge, the guy told me to email him! Horrible service and greedy ass attitude is what really bothered me. read more

After a very disappointing experience at the UPS store across the street, I was very pleasantly surprised by this store. Anthony helped me get a yearly mailbox set up in 10 minutes when the UPS store refused to do it when I was there. I highly recommend this store and their services over the very poor UPS store across the street. read more

After standing in line for a while, the woman behind the counter (who wasn't doing anything) finally asked if I needed help. She asked me to write the address down to where it was going. I did. She input the address WRONG 3 different times. Wtf?? It couldn't have been more clear!!! I asked her to tell me which would be the cheapest way to send my package. She kept quoting prices between $50 - $100. It was a small envelope. I finally just left and went to the USPS down the street. Funny, I ran into 3 other people at the post office who were in line with me at the Postal Annex just ten minutes prior!! I sent the package from USPS for $9.89 without any problems. I work in a job that requires me to ship various items throughout the week and I have been to about every shipping store in Murrieta/Temecula area, but this Postal Annex location has by far been the best service. The owner gives you various shipping options and recommends the best service to go with based on what your shipping and where it's going. The workers are so friendly and the owner even makes custom boxes when I am shipping oddly shaped items. They also do a wide range of services like printing, faxing, notaries, U-Haul!!! They sell various items such as cards for every occasion and wrapping for Christmas! Will never stop going to this Postal Annex!!! Highly recommend. read more

This review is based upon my wife's opinion. Although I have gone here a couple of times WITH her, she was the one conducting business. She has been here innumerable times over the years for faxing, copying, and shipping. She has not used their notary, although she wished she had recently taking on as POA for Mommy Dearest. The better half keeps returning, because she has always received GREAT customer service from the owners/managers. One of her pet peeves (It's one of mine too) with businesses is when employees don't acknowledge your presence. No matter how busy it is when she walks in they acknowledge her presence; and she has witnessed this with other customers. They are very friendly and demonstrate int he way they interact that they appreciate your business. The rates for whatever service you need is comparable to others in town, but it is the customer service that stands out the most for her. When asked what rating she wanted me to give them she stated, without hesitation, 5 stars! If there is any complaint it would have to do with the parking situation, which they have absolutely NO control over. If you park in one of the rows in front of the business/strip you are at the mercy of other drivers as they ingress and egress out of the complex. I would recommend you park in the lot several yards away, to avoid being irritated by rude or inattentive drivers, and walk. Then when leaving try to have some empathy to those poor souls who made the mistake of parking in front and let them back out and get the hell on the road :-) read more

*DO NOT DROP OFF PACKAGES AT THIS LOCATION!* I recently moved and had done business with the Postal Annex in my previous city for several years (3+) so I was excited to find one within a few miles of my new home. I am extremely disappointed in this location and will never go back. The employee who was working (an older man) was EXTREMELY rude. I had a couple packages to drop off and one of them took 4 days to finally say that it was shipped and the other one was never shipped so now I owe $500 to Cox Cable because the Postal Annex somehow lost my package. I'm not sure how this store is still in business. read more

The employees were not helpful and very rude. I have never been here before so I thought I would try it. The guy overcharged me for shipping although I explained to him I just wanted the cheapest shipping. He said it would be less than it actually was. I won't be using this store anymore to mail my items. I'm going to stick with the postal office off of rancho and margarita, they are always helpful there and have decent prices. These guys are always super friendly and helpful...I have to drop off packages almost daily for my work and they are always accommidating ... They give me a great price on buying bulk packing peanuts... I like to give my business to people who honestly understand customer service... I will always use these guys!!! read more

Update to my original negative review. The business owner reached out to me and offered to refund the difference I was overcharged. He explained what had happened, and I now believe this could have just been an honest mistake. In either case, I appreciate when a business owner reaches to their customers when they have an issue. Mine has now been resolved. read more
