I called them to see what happened, but it turns out their number is a personal number? The person who answered was a man who said he was driving his kids to school and couldn't talk, but to check the DOJ website-- very unprofessional. 2. After following his advice by checking the DOJ website, it prompted me to check with the agency that requested the background check (Postal Annex). I called back and he simply said "you have to help yourself." and hung up. Both times he was very defensive as if I was accusing him of something-- very sketchy. EDIT: So the owner was quick to respond to this review, but can't help me or at least respond in a professional manner on the phone. Instead he chose to lie and gaslight me in his reply to my review. So I will not be called a liar by someone who likes playing victim and villain at the same time. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company... that is unless you love broken furniture and terrible/non-existent customer service! The company showed up understaffed with fewer workers than we'd contractually agreed to. They didn't send the number of workers promised, which made the entire process slow, disorganized, and ultimately dangerous for my belongings. From the moment they showed up we contacted the company to address the concerns, but given we had everything scheduled logistically to be gone from our house that day, we had no option but to move forward with the smaller worker crew that showed up. Long story short, we wasted twice as long as it should have taken to get everything done due to the lack of movers. And in the process, they managed to completely break some brand new furniture in the process. It was broken so badly that they just threw it away. BUT THE WORST PART IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE: The "screw-ups" during the move were bad enough, but the aftermath has been even worse. Trying to resolve the damage and the contract breach has been a nightmare. Their customer service is dismissive and completely unwilling to take accountability for their failures. Even today, they were supposed to connect me with their claims manager (after about 5 phone calls and 5 emails), yet failed to do so as they said they would. It's clear they care more about booking jobs than actually fulfilling their contractual obligations or protecting your home. I've had to spend my own time drafting emails and fighting just to get a response regarding the property they destroyed. Do not believe the hype. The customer service representative scanned the QR code for the first one and after checking it in scanned the second QR code and said this is already been scammed. Not knowing why that would occur we figured we'd double checked the code and come back finding out later we were only refunded the lesser amount of the two items therefore the employee took the wrong item, and when we went back to address the issue, they refused to return the item and said it was too late, even though the item was still in the store. The complaint was made to one of the employee I assume as a manager, and she refused to offer any solution other than contact Amazon. She was rude and unhelpful, and I would not recommend the store find another place to return your items.
