DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I recently brought a computer to this UPS store for an ATT/Asturion repair delivery on special box and packaging provided by ATT. The experience was frustrating from the start. The store is located in a confusing spot between storage units, as handicap it was hard to park. My son initially brought the package inside. A woman working there rudely told him he needed to pay for the box and tape, even though we already had all necessary packing materials and only needed tape to seal it for inspection. My son steeped out of the store and helped me to get out of the car (I'm using a knee scooter) so I could help. She reluctantly agreed not to charge us, claiming she thought it was an Amazon return -- which clearly it was not. She also insisted on using a different box than the one provided by ATT, citing "instructions," which seemed questionable. The package, prepaid for UPS overnight, was not shipped on time (Thursday) and remained at the store with no updates until the following week on Tuesday when I called to complain; and even then, she claimed "unbelievably" she didn't have boxes available -- despite the original packaging being provided. Based on this experience and reviews I've read, this store seems to have a pattern of: * Delaying or loosing shipments * Confusing or incorrect charges for boxes and packing materials * Providing poor customer service -rudeness- * Inconsistent or misleading information -like store hours, need to pay for packaging- Other customers have complained about similar issues for very long time; including lost packages and stores being closed when listed as open. Responses from the owner promising fixes do not appear to result in any real improvement. Next time I will read reviews in advance, I used this store for location convenience but certainly will use the stores at Rancho California and Temecula Parkway where I had no issues, staff is professional and cordial and I don't have to pay for a piece of tape of being charged for packing material unnecessarily. Bottom line: the service is unreliable, staff can be rude or unhelpful, and shipments may be delayed or mishandled or even lost. I cannot recommend this store for time-sensitive or important packages, or may at all. GO TO OTHER LOCATIONS! read more

This was the weirdest location ever and I was thinking I wouldn't want to go there again, but it was extremely fast to drop off a package and not busy compared to other locations, and the person working there offered to give my toddler a sticker and was super sweet to him read more

The location is in a storage facility. There is a gate. It says they open at 9:30 AM. I'm here at 9:45 no one is answering the phone.

The location is in a strange spot, behind a gas station. I went to do several Amazon returns, and the heavier set, taller, Hispanic lady at the desk was very annoyed with me.THEY have poor Wi-Fi service and it was taking forever for my pages to load for the returns. I was very apologetic because I have never had this issue before. As I was leaving, she decided to rudely tell me that I should screenshot them and have them as photos. What I really wanted to say is maybe you should get better Wi-Fi service if this is part of the services you offer so this isn't an issue going forward. I drive from Murrieta to come to this location. They are not as busy as some of the other stores. It's a little hidden but worth the drive. The lady that is always there, is friendly, helpful and patient with my shipments and Amazon returns. read more

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE...HANDS DOWN!! I love coming into this location because Lily is always eager to assist me and provide me the best deals with a smile on her face. The location does get busy, and since she is the only person working there, you would expect a long line and frustrated employee. BUT NOT LILY! She quickly helps everyone efficiently and with grace. I have never had any issues with my packages and she makes sure everything is properly packaged and handled with care. There are lots of different UPS stores closer to my house but the drive is worth it because I am treated with respect as a valuable customer and have complete assurance my packages will be delivered safely and in a timely manner! This is not a real UPS store. They are locked in a storage unit complex. They don't answer they phone.

Very convenient location to where we live. I've noticed the same girl every time we go in and she's always nice. I usually go in for Amazon drop offs. Never really busy or long line which is nice. They do also offer faxing services, which I have used them once for. $1 a page which is the going price everywhere these days, even at the public library. Fast, simple and easy services. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE from LILY! I had never been to this UPS store before until today. I was referred by another UPS store in temecula due to the fact they did not have large enough boxes for what I was shipping. I was so stressed because I needed to get an estimate for a buyer I was shipping to who was 3 hrs ahead timewise. I needed to get his payment so I could ship. I had 4 large vintage luggage pieces that needed to go across the country. They were extremely expensive pieces so I was so nervous about packing etc. I was helped by Lily! Let me tell you.. I very rarely write reviews. She worked her butt off to help me pack these huge suitcases and to make me feel comfortable that they would be ok. She also stayed 2.5 hours after closing to make sure it was done and done well. I asked her if she was paid hourly since she had to stay after. She was so sweet and said "no, but it's ok" I was a total stress case and she honestly made me feel so much better. I was able to get my estimate sent to my buyer on time and get paid. It's very rare to find someone who cares as much as you do about something to make sure it's done right.. Lily made it happen. With out her staying late, figuring out the box situation for me, and helping me pack it so professionally I would have have been screwed! She understood how important it was and took on my problems as her own. I will be shipping out of this UPS store from now on! I visited today after being sent by another postal store because they did not carry the size box I needed. The woman that helped me was efficient & through. I was impressed because she custom sized the box to fit the gift I was shipping. I would definitely use this location again--it is a bit trick to find as it is located at a storage rental facility behind the gas station so it is not visible from the street. read more
