Post annex ends their service at 2pm, (who's home before 2pm? ) Fedex office near trader joes no longer offers notary services, UPS on Rancho won't notarize if the notary is the only clerk. Byrd Detention Center in Murrieta and get signatures from an inmate (no lawyer required!), and postal mail me the signed copies. Great service done all in one day. Reasonable rates.
