This place is Awesome!!! Ignore negative reviews. Every time I go there all the customer service agents at the counter are extremely nice and helpful. I often ask for assistance carrying in Amazon returns because I suffer from back pain. They are more then willing to walk out to my car and carry in any heavy packages for me so I can complete the return. In addition they have great hours and are open later then the other UPS stores in the area which I used to go to before this store was built. Plus there is never a long wait which was typical of the UPS store located next to Albertsons on Murrieta Hot Springs, due to a lack of employees especially during busy times. With this new French Valley UPS store there is parking directly in front of it. They always have enough people working so no lines. They dont make ypu wait as they pack your Amazon return and label it so any line there is moves extremely fast. Nothing but helpful, kind responsive, customer service and accommodation to the needs of those with physical disabilities is what I have experienced at this UPS store. Thank you. read more

Excellent service, great location, plenty of parking. This "new" French Valley ovation is fantastic! The staff is always friendly and available. I've not had to wait more than about 2-3 min since it's not too busy yet. Located right off Thompson and Winchester is very convenient and not buried in a massive shopping center like the other spots in town. Highly recommend!! read more

I only come in here to return Amazon packages. Almost every time I come in, a woman named Michele at the front. This woman appears to despise ALL customers. She's unfriendly, rude and angry. Every. Single. Time. It's uncomfortable as hell to have to come into a store and deal with someone this unpleasant. She has no reason to ever be in customer service and there is NO CHANCE that I am the only one that has this opinion. I avoid coming here at all costs unless it's absolutely necessary. The most unhelpful company I have ever experienced. My wife had to make three trips there because they wanted to charge as $2.75 per label for each label that we had stored on our phone. Then my wife had a lug back the items in which we found a way to print them then she went back there today and they wouldn't even supply tape each box they wanted to charge one dollar per box to tape avoid this company at all expenses how dare them! Beware - this place will not stand behind its services. They charged me about $90 for shipping and notary services, and when it was messed up due to their mistake, would only write off $15 on my next notary service. Back story: I came here for an urgent document notarization, and paid for notary service ($15) plus overnight shipping (about $75). This was in early August. As a result of an error by the notary (a blurry illegible stamp), the document was rejected by the Secretary of State when I sent it for legalization. As a result, I had to get the document notarized again, this time at a second UPS Store location. Again, I paid about $90, and again it was rejected due to a mistake by the notary (he failed to sign). I brought it back to this location, and explained the whole story. As a result of these delays - which were entirely their fault - my client's filing document is now weeks late, the client is losing money, and I am likely to lose the client. I spoke to the manager, and he said the best he could do was give me a free notary service. When pressed, he also gave me $5 off shipping. This does not even come close to compensating me. When I saw this location open, I was hopeful. I run my own firm, so I use the UPS store frequently for shipping and notarization. After today, I will no longer use this location. The manager acted like it was my problem even though all of the problems were due to their mistake. From the moment I started talking, he had an attitude like it was my fault - arguing with me that the stamp was legible even though I showed it to him and the Secretary of State is the one that rejected it. He said he could not refund me for shipping, which was clearly untrue, because the other UPS Store location refunded all services & shipping, and apologized profusely. I don't know why the owner would open a new store and hire a manager with such poor customer service skills. Of course, I will also be making a complaint about this location and the notary to the California Secretary of State, although I don't really even blame the notary. Mistakes happen, but it is the job of the store manager to make it right when they do happen. Even a full refund would not really compensate for the trouble this has caused, but I did not get that, and moreover I did not get an apology. read more

Shocked! I come in here often to do Amazon returns as it is the closest location to my home, always have friendly service. Today was different, the lady assisting me did not want to be there plus this was my first time actually doing business besides an Amazon return at this location she seemed bothered I was even there. I couldn't believe how RUDE she was. I needed a single stamp. She charged me $1.15 for the postage which she says is normally .69 but the convenience surcharge added more. I know this is silly but seriously a .46 markup for a single stamp won't be doing that again or shipping anything from them. I understand charging a convenience surcharge but this was obscene, went in thinking a $1 at most, FedEx or USPS from now on. read more

Awesome location! Like 5 minutes away from me, super convenient. Always friendly staff here. The store is always clean and in order too. They are open on Sunday's which is a major plus, they also take USPS packages to mail out which is great for me I can do several things ha here at one location. I have had good and bad experiences here. Only bad when this one lady is working. There is 1 employee that is so rude and unkind to customers. Her tone is rude and demeaning. It was so bad 1 time I stopped going and had my husband go to do our Amazon returns. I had to go in the other day and of course she was working. I was so dreading the encounter and sure enough she was so rude! The way she talked to the guy in front of me was so mean. When it was my turn she tells me in the rudest voice "put it on the scale". I can't remember her name, but I noticed it had Notary on her tag. The other reviews here have to be the same person because the stories all slams the same.. I went in to say and it was like a breath of fresh air with the nice crew! All were friendly and the guy scanned my return right in my hands and don't demand me putting on the scale.. when this woman is not working the experience is pleasant and the staff is great. read more

I recently moved to the area and was excited that a UPS Store was down the street from me. I came the other morning and was greeted by Michelle. I had a hand full of returns to do and she was very patient with me. I had an Amazon return that I didn't realize was supposed to be dropped off at Amazon Fresh, but Michelle helped me switched it to the store, which I was relieved.
