This is the third and final time I'll ever use Teresa at the UPS Store for my needs. The first time she helped me at the UPS Store off of Clinton Keith she damaged items I intended to ship to loved ones for Christmas. She told me she'd "make them fit" in the shipping box provided and crushed two out of three items I had within the box, so much so I had to COMPLETELY REPLACE the two items upon taking my box back to have shipped by USPS. Second time Teresa "helped me" at the UPS Store she was so rude and short with customers even a sweet elderly woman commented on her behavior in the store when I looked at her horrified at how I was being treated. Today, the third and final time I'll EVER use this woman's help, was when she almost completely destroyed my daughter's very first tournament sheet from her huge tennis win. I came into the UPS Store on Scott Rd. excited to get her bracket sheet laminated for her and explained to another how important this piece of paper was. The employee didn't know enough about lamination to help so she handed my daughter's tournament sheet to Teresa, WHO KNEW THE LAMINATOR WAS BROKEN, and Teresa forced the sheet through a cold lamination machine making it look as though the sheet had STRIPES. My daughter cried BUCKETS learning that this had happened. Doing the best I could with the situation, I drove my kids to the UPS Store on Clinton Keith and they fixed her error free of charge, while they were all aghast that Teresa had done that as "everyone knows that machine is broken." The associates were incredibly helpful and understanding of the error made as it looks like Teresa has botched so so so many things before. The owner of both stores truly needs to reprimand this woman as she creates chaos in whatever situation she's involved in. If I see her again, I'll run full speed the opposite way! Don't make the same mistake I have (three times) and trust this woman! She's AWFUL and truly shouldn't be working there let alone be the manager! read more

We normally go to the one off Clinton Keith, occasionally we will stop in here if we have to run to Albertsons. Service is always quick, friendly and nice. The day we went in, the lady who was helping us with returns kept mixing up the labels between three items and said my husband was giving her the incorrect barcodes. She seemed to be getting frazzled over it, but my husband said she is always like that when it gets busy, like she is unable to multi-task without getting worked up over it. read more

Dropped off a package with a Ring sending it back to seller for refund. I was instructed the employee to leave it and she would, when printed, document into package, seal, and place label. I went to the UPS store to send my tax returns certified return recipe on 10-7-21 the clerk that helped me was Patrick. He failed to put the postage on the packages. My tax return got returned to me. I went back to the store and Patrick told me they are not responsible. I'm so upset! Please be careful and make sure you watch them put the postage on your package and get a receipt. read more

This UPS store is the worst place to do business. The black guy behind the counter acts like he couldn't give a care about anything of anybody. Obviously he didn't receive any training in customer service. The music that was being played was in bad taste and too loud. Being a notary that notarizes a good amount of real estate loan docs I expect a little more professionalism. I'll never use this location again. read more

This location deserves 0 stars - I came here in January to send a shipment to a friend in Mexico for her wedding. I waited about 2 months to contact them because I couldn't see any tracking number. The tracking number did not work. When I contacted the store the store manager Teresa basically said it is not her responsibility once they ship packages. I asked if they can help me track the package down so I can get it back but nothing. The manager basically hanged up on me the last time I contact her. I didn't realize this UPS store used the local post office to send my package. If I would've known this then I would've taken the package myself. All I ask was for them to help me track it down or at least acknowledge that they should be honest and tell Customers that they cannot help with outside (international) shipping. I am out of $40 for shipping and have no package either. read more

Best customer service ever! Jennifer was solo in the store and I was only customer to walk in. She was towards the back working on something but quickly greeted me and came to front counter. I had 3 Amazon returns and a box to mail. She was amazing and very helpful. Patient as I looked up each of the Amazon return codes. A mini line began to form but not once did I feel rushed. And, she made sure to greet every new person that walked in after me. I was in and out in less than 15min. read more

I've been using their services for years, and have minimal issues. To Chris S- I doubt they put a good condition sticker on your package and then damaged it in the store. Most likely, it was damaged outside the store and was mislabeled when it came in. Damage typically occurs during transit. Asking the store to take responsibility for this is unreasonable in my opinion. I wouldn't want you as a customer either. I have used their notary service and the lamination services with no issues. I also send certified mail from here even if it costs more than the post office, which has a endlessly long line. read more

WOW what a difference between Ups Stores. Newport rd store wants to charge you for tape to tape your Amazon return. But this store doesnt. Great customer service. Not trying to charge for everything. And if they have to put your shipping label no charge for that tape either. Only charge $2 to print your label if your printer is broken and tell you about the charge upfront. Please use this UPS Store it's the best. BEWARE of the Newport store I should have read the bad reviews on the newport store first. Oh well lesson learned. read more

This review is for the store associate Jennifer 07/14/21 and the tremendous service she provided. I had to return a portable air conditioner unit I purchased from Amazon. Not only is this thing really heavy (60+ lbs) but big and bulky. The box it came used the plastic straps to hold the bottom portion and intended for one time use. Needless to say, I couldn't use the straps again. So I arrived at the store Jennifer greeted me at the door I explained the situation and my needs. Jennifer was happy to help even went above and beyond by packaging and sealing the air conditioner with all of its contents securely (free of charge). She kept a positive attitude the whole time, maintained professional, and managed the whole process seamlessly. Every time I have visited this UPS store I am always well taken care of by its associates and the only place I go. I rather go out of my way to this store then the one closer to my house solely based on the great service provided. Other UPS stores don't provide nearly as good services as this one. So we went on the 23rd of December to ship out a gift, Amy insisted that she would package the gift after we left, I should've just asked her to do it right then because surprise surprise there was a screw up. I have been a customer of both stores in Murrieta, this one and Clinton Kieth. Out of the two, I have gotten to know all of the employees. Amy is no doubt in my mind one of the kindest, patient people that I love to work with. Always goes out of her way to help me with my business. I don't know what I would do without her. She has saved me quite a bit of money over the years, and has caught crucial mistakes that could of cost me a fortune. Amy is accurate and quick. I wouldn't even give this one star. I would give them NO stars. The Owner Vincent Jordan is a JOKE. He has federally tampered with my mail. Because I had a dispute where it was clearly shown on a package that was severely damaged on one corner and water damaged and they placed a sticker on the damaged box saying it was in GOOD condition when it clearly wasn't. I asked for him to make it right and take responsibility for it and refused to do so and told me that he will not do anything and that I need to take it up with the shipping and the USPS. I then got upset in telling him that it was clearly HIS STAFFS problem and that he needed to take responsibility he refused and then I told him in an email that I will be moving my box somewhere else and he decided to cancel my box WITHOUT my authority. He only game me notice in an email and that he was going to return all my mail and cancel my box. I have already talked to the UPS Store Corporate office and that is HIGHLY illegal. He must receive any mail that is has postage on it for 6 MONTHS. No ifs and's or buts about it. This owner is the most disrespectful person I have ever met when it comes to customer service. He is rude, un-professional and downright nasty to you when you have a problem. They do NOT care about you as a customer they just want your money and don't want to hear it from you when you have an issue. I sent an email asking for this to be taken care of, and his answers are always the same "Not my problem" take care of it with the sender, take care of it with the carrier. etc... DO NOT use this store or any of the stores he owns or his company if you want your mail or boxes to be received improperly or if you tell the man you are going to report him to the UPS Store Corporate office because he is mishandling my packages and threatens to close your box and return all your mail to sender, he believes he is above reproach. He doesn't know that he is tampering with FEDERAL LAW. Stay away from this store. 28039 Scott Rd. Ste D. Murrieta, CA 92563 and any others he owns. I know one of them is on Clinton Keith in Murrieta as well. Not sure if he owns any others. He is a franchise but he needs to follow not only franchise rules but FEDERAL LAW.
