Like how often can you say something like that lol but Amy's gone now and the new staff is very nice very polite all smiles very pleasant looking all that good stuff. But the one who I like the best is the redder hair kind of blonde red she is super personable but I want to see more of that chitchat kind of like small business friendliness but since they're all new I know that they're probably all training and everything but hopefully I'll be able to get that rapport going with the new staff and that they feel comfortable enough to chitchat and be more personable. But I would say that the blonde red hair girl is the one that has the best temperature in the room. So I don't come often but hopefully next time I see them I can chitchat with them a little bit kind of make it a fun experience again! I drive an hour away because the pricing is good and the facilities are clean and I enjoy my interaction when I come by.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Extra Space Storage facility and feel compelled…read moreto share my concerns. Last year, in August 2024, I rented a 10x10 storage unit for $124.20. By the end of my lease, just over a year later, my bill had increased to $236.20. It is unacceptable that the rent for my unit was raised every 2-4 months, under the justification that your rates were "matching current market rates" -- a claim I believe to be inaccurate. In comparison, locally owned storage facilities typically adjust rates annually or every other year, not multiple times within a single year. Additionally, upon moving out, I discovered that the walls of my unit were marked as 9x10. I signed a contract for a 10x10 unit, and I believe I am owed a refund or adjustment if the unit I rented was indeed smaller than advertised. Between the continuous, frequent rate increases and the inaccurate unit measurements, I am extremely dissatisfied. I intend to report this matter to the Better Business Bureau and seek clarification regarding any refund or adjustment owed. Given the issues I experienced, I consider my time with this storage facility a regrettable use of a year, and I will not be returning as a customer ever.

I received a call from Sasha, to let me know my unit (inside) had been broken into and that they drug my safe out into the hallway and cut it apart. NO ONE HEARD OR SAW ANYTHING. NO SECURITY. After we met with the detectives, we came to find out this is not the first time this storage facility has been hit. Hint NO SECURITY!!! The day after the robbery, I received a call from Tricia (manager) to tell me that my payment needed to be paid and that they had a rate increase and she would be KIND ENOUGH TO WAIVE THAT FEE. How generous!!! Is this a coincidence or an INSIDE JOB??? I spoke to the District Manager Michael and he had the same attitude, NOT EXTRA SPACE STORAGE'S PROBLEM. Pass this on, so that people are aware.

When you have a move on a schedule, even 20 minutes could throw your schedule off. He processed the reservation quickly and had the truck ready in no time. I was also disappointed by the cleanliness of the truck. I get it that employees don't have time to clean, but with the ongoing pandemic, I would expect better cleaning processes.

Their reliability and ease of setting up the packing and move when I was not even able to be present and the timing was truly helpful. It was more expensive than I had ever paid for movers, even without the packing, and that's honestly why I could not give them full 5 stars. As a military member going through an honorable discharge to help my family in crisis while already injured myself, I had to empty out my own savings and my children's I had saved up over a 9-month deployment in the combat zone to move back to my family when they needed my help, not even sure if I could then provide for them. So while I really thank them for the job they did, I never financially recovered from that and I do ask Rock Movers to consider the vets or military members in San Diego and to complete a weight estimate for them to be reimbursed.
