    Update: I had emailed them over a year ago requesting a call back per their instructions and have yet to ever get a response. I even had to call to eventually have the auto pay turned off and couldn't do it in the front office. I don't like to dwell on the past but felt it necessary to let any future customers at cubesmart know that they can do better and look elsewhere as they don't care about their customers or your belongings. And once you're no longer paying them, why would they even follow through on their word and promises of superior customer service? Still 1 star cause I can't leave a 0.

    Having to move last minute was stressful, but these guys were great at providing us with all of the information that we needed so that we could store our stuff while we were waiting for new house to open up. We were very pleased with our experience here. Storage manger by name David went out of his way and make us feel welcomed , great CRM thank you

    I started renting a 10x20 temperature controlled unit in December of 2021. My first initial 3-4 months were great. Since maybe April of this year things have really changed. The place is very dirty and seems to not be managed properly. There have been dead bugs, dirt, and grime in the hallways that have been sitting there for months. My rent has also gone up to over $400 now. Lastly, the air does not even circulate in the building and it is no longer temp controlled.You would think the cleaning standards would be up to par this day and age. See the pics below. What am I paying for??

    MY TRAILER WAS STOLEN FROM HERE!! I recently purchased a travel trailer for my 45th birthday in February. I entrusted Cube Smart with the storage of my trailer, being that they have cameras, gated entry etc. I parked my trailer on-site on 2/23/23, and it was stolen on 3/7/23. I haven't even made one payment on the trailer and it's gone. David (General Manager) was able to see who stole my trailer on camera, and because of the code they used, he also has all of their information (license plate, phone number etc) and refused to give the information to me or the police officer. Claiming he needs a subpoena. Whose side are you on? the thief or your customers? Why aren't you doing everything you can to get my trailer back? He literally sees who stole my trailer, and will not help the police get it back for me. I even offered to not press charges. Just call the guy, and tell him to bring back my trailer. Still nothing. Come to find out my trailer is the 3rd trailer that's been stolen from the SAME GUY USING THE SAME CODE!! And they are doing nothing to support law enforcement or to help me as a customer/victim. DO NOT PARK YOUR RV/TRAILER HERE..IT WILL BE STOLEN!!!

    I'm writing this review to share my honest experience, specifically with the management of Two Men…read moreand a Truck. To start, the two movers themselves were great, I have no complaints about them. My issue is entirely with how this company charges and communicates pricing. This was my first time using a moving company. While I expected it to be expensive, I was not prepared for a total of $1,600. The way the company calculates their "hourly" rate, along with additional fees, was not clearly explained upfront. When I calculated the total time (including travel), it came out to 6 hours (rounding up), yet I was charged for 7.5 hours. The movers took a short break and a lunch break, which I was told I wouldn't be charged for--but the final amount makes me feel like I was. I spoke with "Mr. G" (possibly the owner or manager), and his explanation of the charges honestly didn't add up to me. I was there the entire time and did not agree with the total. At that point, I was exhausted and just paid, but I truly feel I was overcharged and taken advantage of. Another thing I'd like to add--while I had no issues with the movers themselves, there was something that made me uncomfortable. When I received a text from the driver saying he was on his way, he mentioned that their goal was to make "$100 each in tips, more or less." I found that comment inappropriate and off-putting, especially before the service had even started. There was also a communication issue--I was given an arrival window of 11 AM-1 PM, but they arrived at 9:30 AM, which I wasn't prepared for. Overall, the lack of transparency and unexpected charges left a really bad impression. If you're considering using this company, make sure you get a FULL and detailed breakdown of every possible fee upfront. I personally would not use them again.
