We worked with James and he let us know upfront that we could buy there lock or get one that was like theirs. Update 06/11/17: My rent has since gone up to $109 a month, and they just made me sign a new lease agreement that requires renters insurance, so that's $10 on top of my rent, with another rent increased supposedly sue in December. Why are all the increases necessary? The overhead cannot have changed much since I started storing my stuff there --------------------------- This facility is convenient for me because it's very close to home. The complex is kept very clean, and I've never seen any evidence of insects, spider or rodents. My only gripe is that in the two 1/2 years I've been storing there, the rent has gone up twice. What was a $79 fee is now $90/month. While that's not a huge increase, that's still $11 that could have gone towards other bills I have. I am curious how often the rent will increase in the future read more

The place is clean and fairly large. They have different sizes of storage units which is really nice because we used to use a small one but moved to a smaller place and needed to store more stuff so my dad got a bigger unit for a pretty good price. The guy that works there has never been rude to me but he's gotten pretty snippy at a couple people I know for going in the gate that someone else opened.
