The customer service by Sandra is awful. The taco truck parked next to us hit our trailer and caused damage. We notified the front office and Susan said she didn't know what to do and would notify Sandra. A week passes by and I have to call again, and this time I spoke to Brian the assistant manager. First off he couldn't find my account which was ridiculous. He said he would figure it out. He assured me that he would leave a sticky note for Sandra to call me back regarding our trailer being damaged by the truck next to us. Another week passes by and still no phone call from Sandra. I call today and Brian answers the phone and says "oh yeah we were going to go out and look at the damage right now." It took two weeks for them to look at the damage to my trailer?!??? He assured me Sandra would call me back in 20-30 minutes. It's been over an hour and still nothing. Also, someone stole our tags off of our license plate on our trailer there at the storage center. When we notified management they said there's nothing they can do. We have filed a police report. I am now filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. This is NOT OK. We pay a lot of money to store our trailer here and they don't care. I'm so disappointed by their behavior and lack of respect for paying customers. Do not store anything here! read more

I came in to pay my storage fees. Older lady at desk was just very rude from the moment I walked in. Just kept making mad faces at me every time I asked her a question. Made me feel as if I was bothering her. This place is far. There's hidden fees, I don't not recommend. I tried several times to make my payment over the phone and they never answer the phone. There's other storage places out there with much friendlier service I went in on 1-30-2020 at 230pm. I was 2 months behind and came in to bring my account up to date Older lady just very very rude, unpleasant. I recommend Extra Space hire a few more folks for the front desk, where their job is just to smile, welcome all questions and get you processed in, because having to "cart escort," and show units is sparking a "hurry up and make a decision demeanor," at the front desk........but questions were answered, units were shown, and access from the street is awesome. The only things holding back that last star are smiles and the sign out front advertising first month free. I don't think I got that. read more

Sasha was very helpful. We received an increase notice which was 100.00 higher than what we ate currently paying. They approved us to keep the unit at our current rate and waived the increase. This was super helpful for my father since he lost his wife and his house a year ago. What he has in storage is all he has and can't afford more than he is already paying. Hello all, I have been treated very unfairly by the employees here, I reserved a space on Sept 27th 2023, and was never able to move in, I made the appropriate calls to Sahsa and Mike and advised them I would not be moving in within days of the date I was to move in, I stated I understood there would be charges assuming a month of rent, I put this on my card that I do not use often, and went on with my day to day, now it is January and I am still being charged, I called again and Mike stated he would submit a refund which I did receive 1 months refund, I called now Feb to check status of the balance of my refund and spoke with Mike explaining what happened he stated he submitted it to Corp. office and they denied it because it was not a Corp. error it was a customer error, I requested the number to Corp and he stated he could not give it to me as this was a customer issue not a corporate one. he was very Rude and would not even allow me to speak, it was not my error as one of their employees did not follow thru with systematic notes, How does that become a Customer error? and how is this a Customer error when I did exaclty as I should have a called and spoke to Sahsa!, Funny when I called they knew exactly who I was without even asking my name. I will seek further action!! Very Upset Customer!!! Sad at the medocrity of employees!! read more

I have had the worst experience with this place. Can't get the manager Shane to call me back. Some how my card got removed from there computer so we fell behind on the rental then they add a 85.00 lien fee for auction on our unit and late fees. Takes to the district manager Zac today and he helped me with absolutely nothing. Have called them three days in a row to talk to manager and didn't get a call back till today. Customer service is horrible. Unacceptable for a business. Then they have a new girl cal me that has been there three weeks and doesn't know anything just so the manger didn't have to call us back. The storage was nice and clean and we never had a problem. Every year they increased the price but this last year they o creased our price from $92-$176. I understand they follow real estate but that's way too much for us we just ended up taking our stuff, junk most of it and call it a day. If you could find a more reasonably price storage I'd say go for that one. Use this only if you don't have a choice. read more

Staff is amazing...that's it! This place is a joke Besides the hidden fees longer then your arm, false advertisement. Every 6 months they do a $20. Raise then at 9 months the Corporate office raises it again by $33. Stating that it is their right as they appraise their property against other storage facilities. It's them fleecing their clients thinking we'll take it cause our things are there already. There are so many other storage places go where there prices are stable. read more
