Booking was easy, straightforward, and everything I was told upfront was delivered exactly as promised. I was given an 8:00 am arrival time and told I would receive a text 30 minutes prior to confirm and I did. They arrived at 7:58 am. One thing that stood out was their integrity. I originally called for an estimate 2 months ago, and although their pricing had slightly increased since then (due to rising diesel cost), they kept a record of our conversation and honored the original quote. That level of honesty and follow-through is rare and truly appreciated. The 2 movers who handled my job were phenomenal. They worked efficiently, handled everything with care, and managed to move a 10x25 storage unit in an impressively short time. They were fast, organized, and respectful throughout the entire process. The move was from El Cajon to Alpine, and the total time was about 3 hours and 45 minutes. I appreciated that they prorated the final 15 minutes instead of charging for a full hour, which I found to be very fair and something you usually see in this industry. It's rare to find a company that follows through on every detail and exceeds expectations, but this team did exactly that.
