I highly recommend this storage company! When we arrived we were immediately greeted with kindness by Natasha. Although it is currently over 100 degrees she did not hesitate to show us different storage sizes as we were not sure on what to get! She was kind to explain the differences in pricing and was super attentive to our needs! Also gave us really cold water which was amazing! Thank you so much Natasha!! read more

I know it's not for everyone but, we were able to rent our storage unit completely online. Their website is user friendly and gives great size comparisons so that you're able to choose which size is correct for you. When we went to pick up the keys we immediately noticed how clean and well taken care of the office is. The people were very kind and the area feels secure. read more

This place is great! They had a half off promotion they applied when I was ready to pay full price unaware of the promotion. Then they prorated the payment, easily saving me more than $500 for a comparable unit at another location. Thanks Michelle! Ray was kind enough to assist my wife and I with unloading some bulky items from our truck after hours (late arrival) and Patrick likewise insisted on cutting the lock and replacing it for free when we arrived with a load later the next week but without our keys. Oh, and the facility itself is new and very clean. Highly recommended! read more

The team at All Star legit lives up to their name. Patrick, Ray, Rick and the office staff were all so helpful and friendly. From start to finish they always went above and beyond for us! You can't ask for better service! We had a bit of drama due to crazy buyers showing up a day early while we were loading the truck and Patrick did everything to accommodate the setbacks. I love patronizing mom and pops establishments for this exact reason. We were treated like family. You get the special treatment you don't always get at big corporations. We highly recommend this place! read more

I've been a customer for almost a year and they are great. This new review is for Natasha. My family finally moved the rest of our stuff up from another storage down south and we realized we had more than we thought. We knew we'd need more space. I called 10 minutes prior to the office closing and explained the situation and realized we wouldn't make it by closing as we were about 15 minutes out. Natasha offered to stay late for us. We showed up and she quickly got all the paperwork done and even got us the unit right next to our existing one. She was great! This level of customer service and way of doing business is rare these days! read more

Quick and easy secure good experience. Tricia was great took us around and showed us all our options. Very clean also.

It is always such a pain moving but All Star Super Storage made it way easier than I anticipated. I found them with a quick internet search and it was meant to be. When I called for pricing, the staff answered all of my questions without hesitation, were able to reserve a unit that ended up being the perfect size, and then when I was able to actually go in and sign all of the papers, it maybe took five minutes. It was the fastest and easiest transaction I've ever had when it comes to moving. I only needed the unit for a couple of weeks and even when I went to sign out the unit, it was simple and quick. No strings attached, no issues what so ever. If I need another storage unit in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to find an All Star Super Storage. read more

Well for a storage place to earn 5 stars from me is pretty good in my book. I wanted a place that can basically store all of our stuff from a 2 bedroom house because we were downsizing due to a new baby. So we needed an affordable storage location for an undetermined amount of time. Walked in and was helped right away, the gentleman wasted no time and we hopped on his cart and he took us to our soon to be unit. The paperwork was simple and the whole process was just so easy. As for the security I do have to say its top notch. Every unit has an alarm, manager lives on site, and if you get here before 9pm to go to your unit, they don't kick you out which is a plus. They have never had a breach in security according to the employee which is A++ in my book. All this and one of the cheapest rates! Been here for 9months and counting. read more

All Star has been open here a long time. I've used them multiple times to rent trailers. I've also rented a refrigerator dolly from them. You can see their trailers along the road towards the freeway, when at the corner of Holland and Haun Road. The location is very convenient, you can use Scott or Newport Road if you have to drive over the freeway. The staff inside is always friendly and helpful if you have any questions. read more
