Their website is user friendly and gives great size comparisons so that you're able to choose which size is correct for you. Then they prorated the payment, easily saving me more than $500 for a comparable unit at another location. Thanks Michelle! Ray was kind enough to assist my wife and I with unloading some bulky items from our truck after hours (late arrival) and Patrick likewise insisted on cutting the lock and replacing it for free when we arrived with a load later the next week but without our keys. I've been a customer for almost a year and they are great. This new review is for Natasha. My family finally moved the rest of our stuff up from another storage down south and we realized we had more than we thought. We knew we'd need more space. I called 10 minutes prior to the office closing and explained the situation and realized we wouldn't make it by closing as we were about 15 minutes out. Natasha offered to stay late for us. We showed up and she quickly got all the paperwork done and even got us the unit right next to our existing one. She was great! Well for a storage place to earn 5 stars from me is pretty good in my book. I wanted a place that can basically store all of our stuff from a 2 bedroom house because we were downsizing due to a new baby. So we needed an affordable storage location for an undetermined amount of time. Walked in and was helped right away, the gentleman wasted no time and we hopped on his cart and he took us to our soon to be unit. The paperwork was simple and the whole process was just so easy. As for the security I do have to say its top notch. Every unit has an alarm, manager lives on site, and if you get here before 9pm to go to your unit, they don't kick you out which is a plus. They have never had a breach in security according to the employee which is A++ in my book. All this and one of the cheapest rates! Been here for 9months and counting. read more

I had reserved a unit at a different storage center and when I arrived there was an issue with my unit. I had driven over 11 hours and called over 30 storages and none had anything available. I called all star storage and was immediately told that they were very busy but would do anything they could to help me! All Star has been open here a long time. I've used them multiple times to rent trailers. I've also rented a refrigerator dolly from them. You can see their trailers along the road towards the freeway, when at the corner of Holland and Haun Road. The location is very convenient, you can use Scott or Newport Road if you have to drive over the freeway. The staff inside is always friendly and helpful if you have any questions. read more
