Friendly staff, excellent pricing, a free moving truck with furniture dolly for local moves, clean facilities, the most reasonable gate hours I've found (including flexibility for after-hours if you need it), AND efficient on-site security... what more could you ask for in a storage facility?! I've been in the military for right around ten years, so needless to say I've had to move my share of times. The last two times I've moved, I've utilized All Star Super Storage to store my belongings. These guys are phenomenal. Ray went above and beyond both times to make sure I was taken care of, and that everything went smoothly! I had a great experience with them the last time I moved, but since I was a little further away this time I shopped around Murrieta/Temecula before realizing that the staff here and exceptional customer service, along with the extremely competitive pricing and well-maintained facilities, make this worth the drive! Even though I'm about ten miles down the road now, I'll be storing my belongings here once more because these guys beat out all 5 of the other storage facilities that are within a 1-mile radius of me (both in pricing AND especially in customer service)! I've had a storage at All Star in Menifee approximately 3 years. 2 weeks ago I had 2 change to another storage unit due to a bitter breakup. What started out to be a really bad experience, turned out to be very positive thanks to all star Storage Menifee and it's super awesome team. Most businesses nowadays seem 2 put customer service on the back burner by being insensitive and policy-driven with no exceptions to the rule. All Star Storage believe it or not saved me money, transferred my account to a new account, allowed me after hours access to my unit, provided a free truck rental to help me move from one storage to the other , worked with me by prorating my current bill with my new units bill, and even loaned me a lock until I finished transferring my stuff. All Star Menifee team member Ray suggested that I speak with the manager to see about prorating my current bill with my new unit current bill to make the transition easier on me financially. They were empathetic, caring, extremely professional and made me feel like as a customer my business matter to them. I just wanted to write this review on behalf of my husband and me. We have rented numerous storage spaces over the years and by far the All Star Super Storage on Haun in Menifee is the cleanest, nicest, and professional place we've encountered. We love the schedule, times, and specific rules on checking in and out of the facility. It gives us real peace of mind and a great sense of security. Additionally we would like to give great kudos to Rick, who first spoke to my husband and set him up with the rental. Extremely personable, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He answered every question Mike had and included more info that proved very valuable. He is always stopping by the unit every time mike is there and Rick is working. He offers help, a dolly, especially with big stuff but that's not the most important thing he dies. He stops and greets mike and chats for a minute which is the best customer service you can ask for. I honestly can't remember what year it was that I opened an account with All Star Super Storage in Menifee however I do remember the sweet face behind the desk. Her name is Diane. And she was the reason I rented my unit here. She was and still is the most kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and professional representative of any storage facility I've ever used. I have been in the office watching her multi-task handling several situations at one time and never once did I feel I was placed on the back burner so to speak. She lets you know that you remain a priority while still attending to different situations that arise. She has always been very courteous, offering cold bottled water, and a down-home feel to her warm and friendly personality. She is the main reason I've stayed with All Star Storage for so many years. This place is AMAZINING!! I am so happy with the security system at this facility... I was leaving the property and putting my security code into the keypad to get out the gate and the system told me I hadnt locked my unit. Wow, how cool is that? When I was planning on moving out of the unit, I gave a 10 day notice and was able to pay a prorated amount. The office staff seems more willing to help you save a buck than other facilities I've been to. Plus, they are Friendly and Happy. You even get to use the moving truck...And they deliever it to you! We have had a unit here for quite a few years now and today reinforced why I continue to travel for my storage needs. Ray and Israel are really awesome guys. They were so extremely helpful today when I showed up with a tow truck and my motorcycle that was stolen and recovered damaged. This storage facility is by far the cleanest and nicest I have rented at. I have been with two other facilities in the last year and this one is hands down the nicest in appearance, cleanliness and professionalism of staff. I was in and out in no time (15 minutes), was able to use a truck, utility dolly, pads all for free and I did not have to drive or pay gas for it. The topper is the prices are very reasonable compared to others in the area as well. I personally don't see how ANYONE could be unhappy with this facility. Not only are the staff friendly and helpful, but they look out for you as an individual AND a customer. Moving into my new home, I was very low on funds. Therefore, the FREE truck to help me move was a godsend. The security is outstanding, my unit had its own alarm. I've never seen that anywhere else. Came to check out my dad's storage unit but struggled to find it, turns out I had the wrong one. Ray in the front office was extremely helpful and gave me an ice cold bottle of water, life saver! He helped me look up which unit it was and guided me to where the unit is. Had a little trouble with our locks and no key, Ray helped cut off the locks and got us a new one.
