We have had the privilege to use Ranch RV and Self Storage for the last 18 months and have used other storage facilities until that time. All I can say is WOW. If you compare, you will never have such a clean, fully staffed storage facility than this place. Anywhere. Not to mention they have that old-fashioned service and courtesy which is quite a thing of the past. Several days ago they hosted a customer appreciation which included catered food, crafts, and professional fall pictures. You really feel a five star experience here. Rented a U-haul from this place since it's around the corner from my house and it was super quick and easy... the dude inside has little emotion, but was friendly enough during the entire process. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes in both times and had no issues! I can't speak for their storage itself and I don't believe they have the greatest selection of U-hauls, but it was enough for me to do what I needed to do without any major hassle! read more

Terrible u-haul experience. Dropped the U-haul Off a day early (during business hours) and the next day they accused me of not dropping it off at all. Didn't check to see if the uhaul had been dropped off until 20 mins after I called. read more

We've been with Ranch RV & storage for 2.5 years. So far so good. The only thing not so good are the rate increases. So make sure you lock in a lease rate for at least 6 months if you plan to use them longer than a few months. We did have our unit almost broken into, they paid to relocate everything to a new unit and hired the movers. Thankfully nothing was stolen! It's very clean here and lots of open space. I only wish the key pad to exit was on the left side so that it's easier to access for the driver. read more

I originally came in to purchase in store items and was met with such a pleasant and personable manager, Rosalyn Graham that when I unexpectedly had need to rent a storage unit, only 1 month later, I made up my mind immediately that I wanted to rent from that kind soul, when I went to rent the unit, the manager was out to lunch, but I found that the staff that assisted me was just as pleasant and helpful as the manager, which for me is of the utmost importance, I found the facility to be very clean and highly secure and the staff was absolutely stellar!!! No concern for their customers. Charging cards on file without a call or consent. Extremely costly and high prices for nothing in return. Just a money making factory with no concern for families that are struggling do to this year's circumstances. Just a greedy place. Instead of working with you, they would rather sell your unit! this is by far the best most Secure Storage facility I've ever had the pleasure of Renting from. Not only is it the cleanest but they have all the amenities you can ask for it from coffee and water to a 24 hour Bathroom and the security is up to date so that every single unit is individually secured with an alarm system. To top it all off the employees are the most kind caring helpful individuals Ive ran into at a storage unit. The property manager has been doing this for 15 years and you can tell because she is definitely a professional. She won't hesitate to go out of her way to help you with whatever you need. read more

I called this business on a Saturday morning after googling local small business self storage units. I really liked that they were a local business and privately owned so I decided to give them a call. On their automated system it says to leave a message because they might be with a customer. I left a message and recieved a call back within 10 minutes from them. I explained I needed to move my belongings into a unit and asked about pricing and sizes. I believe the person I spoke with was Bryan and he was thorough patient and helpful. It was moving day and my brain was fried but he helped me figure out which unit would be best for my needs. A few hours later I came in to look at my new unit and sign some paperwork. I was greeted the moment I walked through the doors. Both of the people that were working were with a customer but they both acknowledged that I was there and thanked me for waiting. I barely waited a few minutes until it was my turn. I talked with a nice blonde lady ( I am awful with names!! My apologies) and she was equally as great as Bryan. This was during the covid-19 pandemic and she was sanitizing and making sure I felt comfortable through the whole check in process. Also, I thought it was great that they have a "practice" storage in their lobby where they can show you how to use their locks lol sounds silly but if you haven't used one of the circular kind of locks before you'd want to pay attention. She showed me how to use it but assured me if I needed any help just to come get one of them and they will assist me. After the paperwork was signed Bryan took me over to my unit and showed me how to get in and out of the building. Most of us have experienced a "moving day" and I don't have to explain how stressful that could be but to receive this level of customer service just made me feel great and valued as a customer. It also helped me relax a little just knowing I made the right decision by renting a unit from such great people. Thank you for the hospitality. I can not say enough good things about this place and these wonderful people. I saw a silly poor review on here and couldn't help but to laugh and think the person who wrote that must have been having an awful day because the people that run this place are great.
