Update June 4, 2020 After a year and some change, we unfortunately had to end our rental agreement as we are moving out of state. We had a great experience with All About Storage the entire time. Our rate never raised, the service remained impeccable, and I was continuously surprised by the team. At one point my CC has expired and I forgot to update the new number with them. They called me right away and we resolved the situation. They could have easily let it gone overdue to rack up late fees. This is one small detail that I valued and appreciated. One thing is clear: All About Storage sets the standard and sets it high. I doubt we will ever find a storage company as great as this one in the future. All About Storage was highly rated and Michael was friendly and professional during my tour. Two plus years later it was time for the tools to move. This family owned storage complex has ALWAYS treated us well, given us grace whenever they could, and provided a clean, safe and central location for my husbands construction tools. MIKE is a real business owner looking to create solutions for his clients. His family owned storage facility does just that. I was in the process of selling a home, while purchasing a home... and was in need of a fast, affordable, temporary, yet flexible solution. Mike and his business were ready! I had called all alternative options close to my address (de portola + meadows parkway) and not only were they not accommodating, they were roughly 20-30% more expensive per month (fees not included). Mike's ability to prove affordable was a bit surprising and left me reluctant. I contacted him and after about 15 minutes into the conversation, I had made my decision. I was unsure as to the size of space I required and he was able to identify, for me, what I needed. Because I do not operate without contingencies, he was also able to assure me that additional smaller (overflow) lots were not only available but ready for immediate move-in. He appeased my need for security/ safety and accessibility with his knowledge of the needs of clients, his "back of his hand" awareness of his facility, and his continuous desire to stay ahead of the storage facility industry. I arrived earlier than normal hours of operation, because my schedule was quite tight on the day of move-in and Mike was ready to assist as scheduled, punctuality is key with any business. As I pulled up, there were upgrades, maintenance and up-keep in progress... which spoke to his "always improving" mentality. After about 10 minutes of paperwork (really it was 2-3 minutes of paperwork and 7-8 minutes of rapport building), deal was done and keys-in-hand. I hope this was useful. I am not into suggestions/ advice myself, nor do I put my trust in everything I hear/ read, but I will share my experience. This storage place was great. Everything was clean and orderly, I never felt like my storage stuff was in danger and I felt like it was in good hands. It was a lot cheaper than other storage places in the city but a great value. I even accidentally left an item outaide if my unit and they held onto it and gave it to me a week later. I stored my rv on this property for several years and had two incidents that costed me a lot of money. The first being some damaged the rear of my vehicle. The second and most recent was someone went into the storage lot and cut the catalytic converter off my rv. My insurance paid most of the repairs but I was out pocket quite a bit. I asked the management staff if they bear any responsibility for what happened to my vehicle and they told me"No, we do the best we can". Unacceptable, needless to say I moved my vehicle and if you store your vehicle there, good luck. read more

One word to describer this storage facility is AWESOME! Juanita and Mark are awesome managers! Mike is another manager there part-time. They all made our move SO much easier than expected. We are moving from Hawaii to Temecula and we have all our junk in a PODS container. I had no clue where I was going to dump this thing and they were cool with me putting it in one of the RV spots. About half the price of other locations I tried. I cannot say enough for how great an experience this has been. We are going to unload all our stuff and then whatever does not fit in our new place will go into a storage unit here too. Facility is clean and well organized and staff is awesome.
