Her responses often conveyed a sense of impatience, and I felt as though my legitimate inquiries were an inconvenience rather than an opportunity for her to assist a potential client. This poor display of customer service was both surprising and off-putting. While evaluating the facility, I also noted that your rental rates appeared to be considerably higher than those offered by competitors in the area. This factor, combined with the significantly negative interaction I had with your representative, decisively led me to rule out your establishment from my considerations. The lady up front, not Delmy, but the other rude B, was so amazingly rude I ended up walking out after I was going to rent a 10by 10 storage unit and a space for my box truck, but I would rather pay the extra at cube smart than ever talk to that woman again. After she told me how much it would be for me to pay insurance I would be paying the same as at cube smart anyways. And the manager at cube smart Brandon is so extremely nice and accommodating. When I told her that brings the price up to the same as cube smart she said "well you should stay there then". Not only that, she copped a total attitude with her co worker arguing with her about how she is the only one getting a day off or something but I kept trying to interject to get back to my business at hand and she just kept arguing with her co worker. I also did not qualify for their discount because the only unit they had available was too big to qualify . Wow stay away from this place, they use false advertisement and will drive you right out of there with the horribly bad customer service. read more

In this place, a complete deception of the client occurs, first the price is called one and then every month they start adding some additional cost to you, as a result, it turns out that you pay quite a lot, you try to talk to the management, they don't know anything. I don't recommend this place to anyone read more

I stayed here for a one month rental. Carlos the property mgr was very friendly and 'transparent', I found it easy to do business with him. He seems comfortable in his position and appears to take ownership of the responsibilities that come with his role A++ I would recommend this storage location as a place to do business with. read more
