I had a terrible experience with this UPS store - I shipped a package that arrived at its…read moredestination torn open and rummaged through and then sloppily retaped - with items missing. I contacted UPS and went through the very detailed process of reporting the problem (that they insist on) - listing contents, submitting photos of the contents and every side of the shipping box - including box number, etc. After all my trouble, they told me I needed to contact the specific store I mailed it from - (didn't take it upon themselves to communicate the problem and pass on all the info and pictures to their UPS store). When I contacted this Murietta/Winchester store, they told me to send the pictures and info. Next in the process, they told me I needed to contact the vendor. I told them, "You are the 'vendor.' This wasn't a package shipped by another company through UPS. It was sent by an individual at your store and stayed within the UPS system throughout the entire process." They said they'd look into it and call me back. No return call, so I called back. They continued to put it off, the one lady went on maternity leave, the next employee said they'd pick up where she left off - many phone calls over many months trying to get some help to pay for the phone that was stolen - or some kind of compensation - and was consistently neglected. I finally let it go - but I have made it a point not to use UPS for my many mailings and shipments since then. I had never had a problem with UPS over my lifetime, but was surprised that when I did, they didn't step up and take responsibility for their mistake. I won't have a problem with them again because I won't use their services voluntarily again. It has cost them (& will continue to cost them) way more than the cost of a (even inexpensive) cell phone worth of business - just from myself and my family. Customer service is not what it used to be - even from long-time companies like UPS. Disappointing.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I hired them expecting professional…read moreservice, but what I got was a complete breakdown in logistics and a total lack of respect for my property. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company... that is unless you love broken furniture and terrible/non-existent customer service! The company showed up understaffed with fewer workers than we'd contractually agreed to. They didn't send the number of workers promised, which made the entire process slow, disorganized, and ultimately dangerous for my belongings. From the moment they showed up we contacted the company to address the concerns, but given we had everything scheduled logistically to be gone from our house that day, we had no option but to move forward with the smaller worker crew that showed up. Long story short, we wasted twice as long as it should have taken to get everything done due to the lack of movers. And in the process, they managed to completely break some brand new furniture in the process. It was broken so badly that they just threw it away. BUT THE WORST PART IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE: The "screw-ups" during the move were bad enough, but the aftermath has been even worse. Trying to resolve the damage and the contract breach has been a nightmare. Their customer service is dismissive and completely unwilling to take accountability for their failures. Even today, they were supposed to connect me with their claims manager (after about 5 phone calls and 5 emails), yet failed to do so as they said they would. It's clear they care more about booking jobs than actually fulfilling their contractual obligations or protecting your home. I've had to spend my own time drafting emails and fighting just to get a response regarding the property they destroyed. Do not believe the hype. They are understaffed, they break your furniture, and they will leave you hanging when it comes time to make it right. STAY AWAY.

He said they had listened to the recording and were honoring the $89 quote. I'm glad they're making good, but the system is not very efficient. What a scam! Terrible business practice, and customer service!! Don't bother with these people. If zero stars was available, they would get less than that. I called to get a quote for hauling a queen mattress and box spring. The quote was for $89 so I scheduled the pick up. When the guys arrived at my apartment, I was told that the removal of the mattress was going to be $229! More than two and a half times the quoted price! Obviously the pick up didn't happen. What a waste of time.

1/28/26: I'm moving in May 2026 and proactively started calling moving companies early. I scheduled…read morean in-home quote two days in advance and even confirmed the appointment via email after booking. My scheduled window was 5-7 PM. They were a no call, no show. I even called once I got off work to verify they were still coming during the scheduled window and was told yes. No one ever showed up. No call. No follow-up. The next day (today), I called to address it and explained that I am personally in the moving industry, though my company does not handle long-distance moves, and am shocked by the way that they have handled their appointments. The first representative I spoke with showed little concern and could only say that I would receive a call back. I then received a call from Destrian, the owner. He actually chuckled while explaining that he mistook my appointment for someone else's canceled one and said, "that never happens," followed by a casual apology. At that point, my time had already been wasted, and I told him I had multiple other companies actively competing for my business. I explained that I would only consider rescheduling if my lost time could be compensated within the quote. Instead of addressing the no-show, he reviewed my inquiry and told me that my move -- a 1-bedroom with roughly 40 items -- was "too small" and that I'd be better off with another company. This was incredibly frustrating considering all of that information was provided at the time of booking. Why schedule me, confirm the appointment, make me wait two days, and then no-show -- only to later say the job is too small???? When I questioned his professionalism and asked for his name, advising I would be filing a complaint, he stated he was the owner and hung up on me. Almost an hour later, after I said I would be filing a complaint with the BBB for false advertising, he left me a voicemail apologizing and offering $100 off junk removal. I never requested that service and have no need for it. Overall, this was a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for a customer's time. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please read the reviews carefully before booking -- I wish I had done the same.
