If I could give no stars I would! My daughter and son-in-law rented a space here in December of 2018. In September of 2019 they had gotten rid of some big items and decided to move to a smaller unit. They moved into the smaller unit and within 2 weeks of moving to the smaller unit they received a call from the management there asking if they had changed their lock. They said no and sent us there as they were not available. The lock was different so the manager cut it off and right off the bat could see many missing belongings. The people that work there are very shady and we believe it was an inside job because they watched us move things so they knew exactly what was in there. We contacted police and management and management was no help. My daughter has had to turn it into her insurance. The cost of items missing was very high and they also had many sentimental items stolen. Don and Kirby who work there know a lot more than they are saying so they have to live with that. They say camera video goes back only 2 weeks and that is why they waited exactly 2 weeks before calling my daughter. They also have drug addicts living there and are there all day watching everyone. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! read more

For anyone ever considering storing your boat, trailer, truck, anything at this site. I would consider otherwise. Recently my family trailer was stolen from this site and there is nothing that they can do. I understand you sign a not liable agreement. However, tell me how is it that someone has time to first of all hop a fence, hot wire a truck, hook up a trailer and ram a gate. And the security camera barely got them on footage. There should be a better security system in place. This is not just a piece of furniture it was much more to my family. Your storage is storing items worth THOUSANDS and you have no security system in place. Keep this in mind before storing at this site. read more

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. My wife and I literally had a 3 bedroom house worth of belongings kept here for a year. We moved our stuff in here back in October 2015 from Orange County CA. Prior to deciding to choose this place we had called a couple of surrounding storage facilities and everyone was out to get your money except this place. Jim, the manager was honest with us since day one and explained on how he hadn't raised the storage fees in over 6 years. We literally had our house in their trust and he also explained to me that they spray around their units I believe monthly for bugs but we never seen one bug in our unit which was a plus. Anytime we would come to put or get things in our storage and if Jim was outside the office he would always find his way to say"Hi" to us. Never did we have a problem or an issue with him and his staff. If you ever need a place to store your personal belongings and want to feel safe about it, this is the place to do it. We finally found a place to live this past December 2016 which we truly were thankful for Jim and his staff. Thank you again Statewide Storage Staff and Jim!!! read more

I have been using this storage since January of this year. I called in to see what was available. I was looking for the smallest unit to store my things. A man explained to me what was available and the special they had going on. I went down the next day and checked it out. Each unit has an an alarm which is turned off and set every time you enter and leave the place (after you punch in your gate code). The best part to me was that the hallway in which my unit was located is air conditioned. My mom has used storage units for years, and some things don't make it thru the summer heat. The man who is usually there is friendly. I have been using this storage unit for 4 months, and I don't have any problems. read more
