Never left a negative yelp review but this place deserves it. Made an appointment to rent a uhaul for moving and even called them previously to make sure we were still good to go. Long story short we waited over an hour for someone to show up and they never did. Someone who was renting a storage unit even came by during our wait and said the property manager hadn't been there for the past three days. Called multiple times with no answer. Called the uhaul company as well and they were also no help. So ultimately there was no way to get the keys to the uhaul truck and we were forced to leave and find another moving truck company to rent from. If you wish to stay on schedule with your moving do not EVER come here. Worst mistake read more

We were in a bit of a bind from buying our boat, getting all required paperwork and dealing with our HOA on having boat in front of house. We had called SEVERAL storage places and they either didn't store boats, had a "waiting list" or didn't have a spot big enough. Our first call to Menifee Storage was beyond our expectations. They recommended coming to check out the spot to see if it met what we were looking for. After doing just that, my husband dealt with Katrina in the office and he came out with a smile on his face and said, "we just found our place, what a great experience as well as a relief!" Looking for an RV storage is so difficult where ever you go but I was lucky enough to find Menifee Storage. Katrina was great and she really is what ultimately sold me on this facility. I was originally going to go with another storage which is closer to my home and cheaper, they wouldn't take the proof of insurance I had so I continued my search. I found them on Yelp and just walked in. Katrina was very friendly and showed me the facility and the spaces available. I chose an end spot which made it very easy to park my RV. HORRIBLE. Complete thieves & rip-off artists. Go here if you want to be completely ripped off. We closed out our storage unit, on January 6th- and all of the sudden we had $95 worth of 'fees' that populated out of nowhere. She had our incorrect phone number, address and email- all filled in correctly by us, but put into their system incorrectly by her/her staff. She 'The Manager' refused to remove any fees. We had to pay it, to avoid collection/lien & remove our belongings. Disgusting way to conduct business. Run from this place. 1/10/16, still have yet to hear back from owner. read more

This place is actually pretty good despite an initial issue with price that was handled very professionally by the manager. The place is very clean, easy to access, safe, and has a good online payment system. The manager is attentive and communicates about any issues of note. For example, when I didn't lock my unit properly one day he called about about an hour after I left to let me know so I could secure it properly. The only issue I have is with price, but it seems that self storage in general has gone way up and so I can't fault this particular business for an industry-wide markup. If I could do it over again I would take advantage of online specials before walking in the door. read more

We were looking for a storage facility due to recent complications losing our home needed something comfortable and close we had another storage facility and they didn't have what we were looking for we needed something larger to put the rest of our home in to till we did a transition to a new home during this period of time you were homeless pretty much living out of our car and out of the storage something that the old management new about. The ladies who signed us up here at Menifee Storage, Ashley and a manager trainee both knew our situation and appeared to be okay with it as long as we didn'take advantage of it both women were a big help and were a welcome relief to an already hard time.. I've been ill and haven't been able to work for 2 years . we've been doing this coming and going and we haven't had any problems they brought in a new manager John Sta Ana and immediately he was harassing tenants .He didn't want to hear what the situation was so after being gone all day we were posted a notice for loitering on a day we weren't here I don't know about you but I know this I'm not sure what to do 48 hours notice to get rid of two storage units full of stuff because we were loitering please you might do yourself good and find a different storage facility this one has lost its heart. One of the other tenants was evicted for smoking in his unit he doesn't even smoke. read more
