I have been using a storage place at this location for some time now. I will say without hesitation, it is a wonderful place to rent from. Bryant, the manager is incredible. He works with you, he is understanding, his customer service is absolutely amazing. He is such an asset to this company and represents them in a manner that reflects well and keeps you as a customer and actually breeds loyalty to this location. I cannot say enough about this management, specifically Bryant. He's not only a wonderful representation of A Storage Place, but he is a very good person, a good man all around. I have rented a unit at the facility on wentworth in Hemet. There are people that are living in their van in the storage place. It is disgusting. They are there all the time. I went to put more things in my unit and there was urine running out the back door into the drive way. one day I went there and there was paint spilled all over in front of my unit It clearly states on the gate. No paint or chemicals. I think the people that manage this place should sit down and read the rules themselves. They raised my rent when I complained. read more

Wow, really, owner manger refused service because they were asking personal information about what will I be storing. Apparently they are held by very high standards with homeland security making sure people are not storing things that shouldn't be stored. I said what if I wanted to store barrels of personal items, they kept pressing and wanted to know what were they? What has this world our country the State of California have come to. So I walked out and will not ever do business or store anything from this place. My RC planes and Helis will not partake in here. If you want to give up your rights and privacy storing your items. I stored my whole life here while in a transitioning phase of my life. The grounds were always kept very clean, the staff was VERY friendly, and I never had any issues getting into the gate or my unit. When I left, the process of clearing out my unit and cancelling everything was very easy as well. The prices are fairly reasonable too. read more

The manager was on site, his name was Bryant. Bryant introduced himself to us and had extended his business card. We then were picked up by Bryant in his mechanized cart and given the official tour of the facility. We were shown a 5x5 for $59.00 and then shown a 10x10 for $129. We had committed very quickly. This is a very fast check in/paper work process, it was little to nothing. You can even use your own lock Or locks buy a lock provided in the clean office at a low cost of $10.00. The grounds are well maintained, safe, secure, clean, up to date, well lit. Access was from 6am to 8pm, 7 days a week! The units were clean, wide and tall, we felt it was a tremendous value and very conveniently located to the airport, camping and downtown. As we had exited the secured gate from the grounds, we had parked, stopped in the office to grab our rental contracts and then enjoyed some complimentary gourmet coffee and purified drinking water. As we poured our beverages, we were greeted by friendly front office staff Laura. Laura had given us our paperwork in a neat folder and also had offered to us several referral coupons for our family, friends to save $25.00 off of their exciting storage experience. Our experiences were excellent with Bryant and Laura. Our needs were met if not exceeded. Customer service ultimately made the difference in our decision making process to store here. We needed a storage unit while we are staying in Hemet. Since it gets hot during the summer, we wanted a climate controlled unit. The storage yards are kept very clean and the office staff was friendly and helpful. You get a discount if the payment is set up as an automatic withdrawal. I would definitely recommend this them to anyone. read more

We checked out of a larger unit and into a smaller unit. Laura and bryant made it really easy, even gave us 24 hours to do the transfer. The facility is always swept and clean and well lit. Laura and Bryant give professional tours of the units and entire facility in a little golf cart. There are units for 2 bicycles and units for 200 bicycles. And units sized in between. Laura and Bryant are very professional and are extremely customer service orientated. Their good attitudes and emphasis on good customer service and great value prices for us attracted us and kept us ultimately. There are beautiful gardens. landscapes, ponds, streams, green grass and river stones decorating the front of the business. When u arrive to the office, there are cameras and a gate that prompts you for a code. There is a clean , well stocked customer bathroom in the storage yard which is very convenient. Overall, service is fast, friendly, location is convenient, close to town and prices very competitive. Only criticism is some sections have blind spots. Some of the cameras housing glass has residue and makes the optics not too great. On the plus, this place is huge and what I consider to be the Disney world of storages and Bryant, Laura are Mickey and Minnie mouse. read more

Was in there today as i share a storage w my mother that i have been paying on but she is on contract i had no cell phone the 2 woman in there were very rude. My mother changed the code on me they wouldn't help me even though one lady just saw me in there 2 days ago. Then i asked tp use there phone so i can get a hold of my mother to give me the new code they refused. They said "nope, go find a phone somewhere else and they said leave good bye!" Very rude customer service. I will never ever store anything at that facility again! I understand policy but when i just asked to use a phpne so i can gwt access to my belongings shouldn't of been an issue. There was no need for that rudeness and snootyness. read more

My wife and I had to store most of our belongings while we built a new house. Six months turned into a year, which turned into a second year! We were comfortable, however, knowing that all of our belongings were safe and secure. Kathi and the rest of the team at A Storage Place in Hemet were wonderful, always friendly and helpful. We even had to change to a larger unit once and then later, we downsized to a smaller unit. Once, when switching units, I accidentally left an item in the old unit. We looked around a lot of storage places around Hemet, Homeland and Menifee but as soon as we came to A Storage Place, we knew we'd found the right place. The staff was very courteous and friendly. They had a flag from a soldier who gave it to them as a thank-you gift after they forgave his penalties when he was in combat and couldn't get the payments in on time. I like that. :-) read more
